A representative over the phone had me verify my account with 6 basic questions, then said that I would have to further verify my account with security questions. I asked him why so many questions, he replied he wanted to know who he was speaking to. I replied that I’ve never had to answer so many questions before (I guess he didn’t like that), he replied “ok, have a nice day” and hung up.I called and spoke to Kevin and explained what happened. No resolution for the rude representative was offered. My initial question was answered but over all there isn’t any repercussions for bad behavior. I would not recommend this branch. They need to learn better people skills.

Great Experience with Gracie Thimons, I was completely indecisive and she never lost patience with me and my Auto-Loan. She was very sincere and has done an excellent job. Would absolutely recommend her service to anyone banking with State Employees Credit Union.
Not willing to work with us on our payments. Will NEVER EVER use them again for a loan. I will pay higher payments then deal with them again. They are robbers they will steal every thing you work for and they wouldnt care about it. Ruined our thanksgiving and Christmas.
