Very disappointed. What kind of practice cancels your annual appointment every year and reschedules. The appointment was made 1 year ago. Then when they reschedule they know full well your prescription is up and should have at least called in a script enough to get patient to next visit. The receptionist is rude and billed my insurance wrong. I fought a noncovered bill for 7 months all due to office billing error which they never corrected. I am too frustrated to go back and found a new office. Which really is to bad because Dr Persaud himself is wonderful.

Doctor drops you as a patient because he lied to you about having a health issue. Dont trust the guy!! He dropped my mom also as a patient because she went to another doctor to have a hysterectomy instead of having him do it.
