Kim is the best teacher ever. Very patient and tells you step by step how to do the poses. Hot yoga is amazing, and all ages and beginners can do this class.

My review has nothing to do with the studio itself. It has more to do with the owner. I was witness to her very un-namaste demeanor when dealing with the hard working server that brought her all her drinks. Kim, was extremely disrespectful. I sincerely hope that no one at her business talks to her like that. I believe she might cry as well. Just like she made that hard working girl cry.

I visited Dunedin for the first time and fell in LOVE with this yoga studio. My husband and I were here for a month so I wanted to find a local place to practice a couple times a week - Warrior ONE definitely is it! Ive never like HOT yoga classes before but here those classes were my favorite. Not too hot, only 90 degrees, and in a room where the floors are wall to wall mats, very easy on my joints. I would definitely recommend taking a lunchtime class as it was less crowded and students could even request what they wanted to work on that day. Overall an AWESOME experience.

My first time doing yoga in over a year and only my second time ever on a Wednesday night with Brandon. It was a great experience and he was very helpful I plan to come back again.

Warrior One is an awesome studio! Whether it is your first time, or you consider yourself a Yogi, you will appreciate your experience here. This facility is clean and inviting, and all of the instructors are incredible. The 6:00am Hot Power Yoga classes are my favorite, but Zen is a close second. Want to switch things up a bit? Check out a rowing class!

Truly the best yoga studio I have ever been to. Warm and welcoming people and the classes always challenge me. I never think about time when Im there, and that is the greatest feeling. Cant recommend this place enough.

I love this place. Very friendly, with a variety of classes. Great location. Active in the community. They are huge on form and safety, while encouraging you to your limits. HIIT and Hot Power are my favorites.
