I have been taking my kids to see Dr. Elvambuena for about 2 years now. To say that we love her, would be an understatement. The staff is wonderful and so is the doctor. I also recently became a established patient at the Dunedin location and my experience as a patient was also amazing! We have found the perfect clinic where my whole family can be seen and where we feel very comfortable with all the staff.

Over an hour to reach call service for scheduling an appointment.. appointment with a actual doctor are very far out.

Ive had 3 appointments for my son at this location and have always had a very good experience. Today he recieved his 15 month booster shots and I was seen quickly, had all my questions answered, and the woman who administered the shots was absolutely amazing. My son whined for a second and didnt even cry. After TWO SHOTS. Theyre very professional and clearly take precaution with coronavirus by checking temperatures at the door and asking questions before even being let in. Thank you to your entire team for always making me and my son feel heard and cared for well while were there.

The staff at the facility for the most part were friendly which was comforting. However, I waited for over an hour PAST when my appointment time was to see a doctor. Never once was I checked on to make sure my stay was still comfortable or at least to give me an update on where the doctor might be or when she’d be able to see me. This was incredibly frustrating.

Just had an appointment at 3:00.... was told to come 15 mins prior to fill out paperwork. Did that, and ended walking out at 3:20........... was never seen........

I am all for policy and procedure as I am a medical office administrator myself. However, rudeness is not necessary. I was addressed in a most unprofessional way by the MA at this office. The sweet lady in the receptionist position wanted to be of assistance but was quickly shut down by the MA. I was told that goes for everyone as if I were acting entitled or demanding a service. I was simply dropping a form off that I was told earlier on the phone would be no problem and could be filled out promptly. I even requested faxing it earlier but was told I had to be present to fill out. However, when I arrived they told me they would call me in a day or two when it was completed?!?! Which is it?!?! They accept walk-ins yet couldnt accept my walk in that was a simple form. Hmmm. I assume because most patients are low income they are accustom to treating people badly. Well... no matter what my tax bracket is, I am a human that deserves courteous service.

I literally just tried to make an appointment here and requel or whoever her name was! Was extremely rude to me on the phone for just asking two simple questions! If I get treated like that over a phone call I couldn’t imagine how badly you treat people in your office! That’s sad! Over two simple questions! I’m appalled!

I’ve been trying to call for a week and no one is getting back to me! I’ve left voicemails and my number on the call back multiple times, why is this happening?!

I had a great experience with Dr. Genovese! She was very nice and caring. She answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all! The nurses were very good too.

DECEPTIVE. Purposely changed the codes and charged me for a wellness visit which by law everyone is entitled to one free a year. Watch out people. illegal and deceptive practices here. I guess maybe they thought they could tack on some bills without me noticing. You people screw up my credit in any shape or form I will take you to court greedy and deceptive. The Jig Is Up. Shameful.

Tanell, Connie , Babelyn are an amazing staff and they take care of their patients. This is an awesome facility.

They work really quickly and thoroughly and the doctors are super friendly making you feel comfortable every step of the way!

Tanell, Connie, Babelyn, Yeidi, Dr Ivy and ARNP Genoves are fantastic. The entire staff is so helpful. My children and I always receive excellent care.

My kid had an appointment today at the Dunedin location.The front desk lady, I think her name is Michelle or Nicole, was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude to other patients and my self. She kept saying how bussy and crazy the day was going, which it wasnt even that busy. Demonstrating the lack of multitasking skills she should have.She keep rolling her eyes, talking down to people, she had no patient with anyone there, it looked like she was bother to even be there as if she was doing us a favor to even be checking us in, or anything that should be under her job description.She also made rude remarks about one of the nurses. Does not help her coworkers but looks like she is happy to see them fail.She should not be in a customer service position at all.I would not go back there if it wasnt because this location is 5 minutes from my house, and the Doctor was very nice and knowledge.I have never written a bad review but given the circumstances I would like patientd and her superiors to know about her lack of professionalism.

The girl who made the appointment over the ph was very nice. When I got to the office Connie the girl at the front desk told me I was half a hour late when I was 3 mins early. Then she was rude asking me for payck stubs and court order paperwork. She said she would have to charge me $200 if I couldnt provide documention. Then she was talking about child support and even admitted she personally hasnt dealt with child support and its obvisous bc she had no idea what she was talking about I had enough and told her I was going to another location. Would not go there again!!!

I used to love going to the tarpon office, but lately I have been going to Dunedin. The only good DR at the whole corporation is dr. Malicar (probably spelt wrong). The other drs paid no attention to me either time Ive been there, and the medical assistants are straight retarded! I called this morning to tell them that I have forgotten to take my medicine on multiple occasions and that obviously isnt working and the medical assistant tells me if you take it right it will work, but you need to finish it anyways to see if it does. Any one that knows anything knows that if youre not taking your medication right its not working. The wait time is always ridiculous, in office and on the phone. I dont recommend it. Go to a private practice instead.

Dr. Genovese is amazing!
