(I used to see her every few weeks and have referred friends to her). What should have been a 2 hour drive extended to 4 with rain, accidents and bumper to bumper traffic. Ruth said she would wait. It was well worth the 4 hour drive. I consider myself an excellent judge of massage and of people. Ruth is 5 star on both. Ruth is so very talented/skilled at what she does. Ive had intermittent foot pain over the course of 3 years. Ive also had back and neck tension with occasional pain. Ive recently developed a heel spur that pretty consistently gives me pain with walking and standing, particularly while barefoot. I decided to try adding reflexology to my course of various treatments and exercises to help with this.During the session I gradually released tension through out my body, and I noticed that some of the tender areas in my feet, ankles, and lower legs began to dissipate as well. After my session, (holy cow) I was able to stand more upright, with minimal pain left in my heel. My feet and legs felt more alive and I was able to move without hobbling. The tension throughout my back, neck, and shoulders also reduced greatly. The bonus was that I was able to sit up straighter and taller when I got back into my car, evidenced by the fact that I had to adjust my rear view mirror. Thank you, Ruth.
