I am very pleased with Kelvin Reese, I find him very conscientious, caring and knowledgeable. He’s keep apprised about my medication, ask pertinent questions concerning my health and well being, yet, he does not waist his or my time. I appreciate Kelvin professionalism, and humanity

The ladies at the front are nice and friendly.The ladies in the back are kind and respectful. Love Dr. Sanderson but wish he was at the Dundalk location more than 1 day a week. Extremely hard to get an appt with him. The P.A.s Kevin and Emily are nice too.

I normally go to the GBMC or White Marsh locations but due to schedule availability for an injection with Dr. Bednarek I had to go to the Dundalk office. When I arrived via Uber I had to text that I was there and wait outside for them to tell me to come inside which is different than GBMC and White Marsh. Then when I was called to the back to get the injection the nurse or whoever took me back didnt do anything except ask what my pain level was. Now its been a bit since I received an injection due to me having spinal surgery but at my other appointments at the other offices they checked my blood pressure and, because Im diabetic, my blood sugar prior to the procedure. Unfortunately the Dundalk office doesnt really measure up to the standards of the GBMC or White Marsh offices as far as Im concerned. However, Dr. Bednarek was great as usual. Hes the best physician I have had throughout my journey with pain management companies. Due to insurance company changes Clearway is where I ended up and its been a blessing due to Dr. Bednarek.

Love the staff at the Dundalk location. Theyre very friendly and efficient. Its run like a well oiled machine with very little wait time. Dr. Gurman is always friendly and attentive and really listens to my concerns, issues, and how Im feeling. He is genuinely invested in his patients.

Staff was very friendly and efficient during the check-in and check out process. Dr. Gurman was very polite and professional. He asked appropriate questions and was attentive while I responded. Dr. Gurman explained treatment options and formulated a basic treatment plan while waiting for the test results. I would recommend this treatment location.

I have been a patient for many years through multiple changes in management. I am glad Dr. Felix Gurman and Kevin Reese have survived all the changes of hands, they are both amazing. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

The office receptionists are always respectful. Dr. Sanderson is wonderful. He always explains my care with me. He made sure I felt comfortable when I had my injections.

I usually go to the White Marsh location. My last two visits have been in Dundalk. The office staff is very friendly as are the Providers. Miss Emily was very kind. She actually did a hands on exam just to be thorough because I had a fall the previous week.I love Clearway Pain Solutions. I will always recommend them to others and have no plans of exploring other practices.A+...again. 😃

Hello I like my experience with Clearway, staff is very nice. Dr Bednarek is very nice and explains things to u very well. Ive never been there over an hour (in and out). Just wanted to give a shoutout to the team. 👊 💕

1. My first day At Clearway Pain Solutions the NA’s were talking about me as if I couldn’t hear them. I DID! (It was time for them to get off) and I guess I wasn’t moving fast enough for them. I turned and said, “excuse me”, then things got silent.2. Dr. Gurmen talked down on my previous provider, Dr. Nava from JHH whom I’m very fond off, as if he lost his girlfriend to him.3. I was in soo much pain the other day (after he UPs the dosage of meds that He recently changed ) as if I had no pain medicine at all. Called to speak with him about possibly changing my meds and he would not call me back to discuss anything with me.I am beyond discussed with Dr. Gurmen and have no desire to ever be seen there again.

The one and only doctor thinks he knows better than the specialist you have been seeing for 2 yaers who recomends pain management for you says your doctor who gave you shots in the back who is a spine surgeon wasnt qualified truthfully after talking to clearwys doctor think he is not a good doctor needles to say i waited a month for my referral and appointment was a waste of my time now i have to try and get another referral and go somewhere else id give it less but the lowest you can go 1 star

My experience with the doctor was great. They pay attention to what you say.They really here your every word. Most of the staff are very nice and pleasant and there are some that arent, just a few but most are very nice. I really like my doctor what is important is the care they give their patients . I would say they all care about you. This is a hard time we are in right now and I think they do the best they can.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Sanderson is very knowledgeable and has a great bed side manner. He’s not the one to push medications on you but to try other means (physical therapy) to help with my pains. Something I find respectful. I highly recommend this place.

Ive been a compliant patient for over 5 years now. They took me off of my long acting medication and decreased my instant pain medication to almost nothing! That was fine but now that I need more pain medication because im working (one pill/day or 5 mg) they flat out refuse and tell me there are other options... duh ive had them all and still suffer w severe pain! I am now looking for a new pain management doctor....its been real!

This was my first visit this past Thursday. My wait time was a little long, most likely because it was my first visit & the Doctor was extremely busy. This is understandable. Dr. Sanderson was a very polite guy & impressed me with his knowledge & professionalism. These are people qualities that are rare nowadays. I hope their quality of service continues. I, so far, recommend these folks.

This facility is unbelievable. The doctors really care about you and go over your problems with the upmost care. The nurses are very caring. Ive never had a problem with them or the staff that check you in. Even when you call them, they address any problems immediately.I highly recommend the.

He is professional, caring, friendly and listens. I trust him and he treats my pain appropriately. I always feel better once he treats me. He informs me of his next step when giving me injections. He communicates nicely and is very caring. You couldnt choose a better doctor. The ladies in front are kind and so are the ladies in the back. I can’t leave Vince out, the Office Manager. He very nice as well. They are a very professional and kind staff in the Dundalk Office. I can say the same for the White Marsh Office too. I see Dr. Gurman there at times. I seem to always get good care by dr simmions n now Kevin Reese since Dr Simmions left. Kevins takes good care of my meds n paper work needed. Only problems ive ever had, has been needed information in main office n the long wait time to talk. I feel its goid service overall.

They are not cooperative when it comes to what they are supposed to be doing. Pain Management is abused by a lot of people, I get it. But if you have no interest in actually reviewing your patients charts and knowing what they need, then why be in business? I shouldnt have to feel like Im in for an argument every time I go in there. I literally have to pump myself up to go into my appointment. Im already in pain, went do I have to be in pain and argue about what you do or do not normally prescribe. Not friendly or sympathetic.

Had a bad experience with Dr.B today I will never go back there. This guy was really having a bad day and I was sympathetic with him. This was my second visit and the Meloxicam was not working. Also he missed diagnosed my pain my right hip is out. Dr.B said it was my lower lumbar and prescribe me Meloxicam. The first thing he said to me today was I’m not giving you any narcotics.I said wait..., is that what you think I’m here for, and from that point the visit turned from bad to worst . Dr.B even as a doctor has bad days but not this guy. He even had the nerve to ask me what am I looking at. But it’s just him and I in the room plus he was asking me questions. Then I said you, aren’t you asking me questions, then he storms out the room and brings a nurse in.While the nurse is in he is trying to plead his case to her me while where is the administrative personal.They wanted me to continue to sit in a room and wait for them to decide what should happen to me. Finally I asked for a refund. I was given a refund and I left. I really felt disrespected by this doctor with all his degrees and he doesn’t even have enough since to say sorry sir I miss spoken but he wants to keep saying things to me as if to say I’m a drug addicted. I went to pain management for an alternative solution to my pain with out narcotics. I also left a lot of things that transpired because of certain ppl that helped me out.I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR.B TO ANY ONE!

Very courteous staff and wait time was brief.

After being seriously injured I called to make an appointment with clearway pain solutions. I was told that they will provide narcotic pain medicine when is deemed necessary. I spent about 2 minutes with the doctor And he told me that I had a talk screen from a hospital four years prior, and that he would not consider narcotic pain medicine as a remedy Despite the fact that the injury that I was suffering from highly warranted such medicine. I left the office in less than 2 minutes and was billed almost $360. This office seems to be Dundalk, Marylands 2nd sewage recycling plant. Im guessing they recruited the doctor from the other sewage recycling plant. I would never advise anyone to go to this clinic or any clinics that are associated with them.

Everything was really good, Dr Sanderson gave me some trigger point injections in my base of my head neck to shoulder area and it has helped. Dr Sanderson is an awesome Doctor!

They have worked with Me for a while now due to Back Surgery and Metal in My back. They have been a Blessing to Me and I dont know what I would of done without Them. Especially Dr. Benerick and Dr. Emily and the entire Crew. The Ladies, most of them, are very nice and will work with You.

I have been with Clearway Pain Solutions for almost 12 years.. I have had some very good doctors i came across one bad Apple and it didnt let one person make it bad for all others.. I just wished this doctors would show more compassion...

They are awesome you get in an out in a reasonable time.all protocol was followed for the covid19.

I went there twice in such pain because I have many illnesses and the only relief that I was offered was an injection into my back. Yeah that may work for my leg but what about the rest of my illnesses? Nothing and my mother in law has barely an eighth of what I have wrong with me and she goes there and gets meds every month. But I have had 183 surgeries and all that I can get is an injection in my back. If you are really in pain don’t come here for relief!

I have been under Dr Sean Andersons care and have been very pleased with his bedside manners and how he listens to me and doesnt use the standard cookie cutter method. He has been by far one of my favorite Drs in this location hands down. I drive twice as far to be under his care.

I can honestly say that from the time I arrive to my appointment the front desk personal is always professional, patient and knowledgeable. As always, my visit with Dr. Sanderson, is outstanding, I dont want to go anywhere else.

July 17th was my first visit to this facility and I must say it was the best. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, I wasnt even waiting 10 minutes before I was called back to be seen. Wish I could have given minus 0 they treated me terribly wrong and dont read your chart notes the doctor I last saw just assumed and all he wanted was to make a lot of $ doing procedures for the company not looking hearing or caring about me. I am going to Hopkins for my serious issue maybe they will have some kind of compassion instead of the arrogance.

Very, very receptionist and it was not first time that she act like that. She told me that I have outstanding balance/I paid always/ and if I dont pay I wont be able see doctor. Nobody called me or sent a bill find out about that balance but they sure know how to threaten the patients. NO visit no medication.... Very sad

I was 20 minutes early for my 4 pm appointment. I only waited 5 minutes and was called in to see Dr. Gurman. Wait in room for Dr. was less than 5 minutes. Ive lived in pain all my life. When I told my Mom as a child, I was told I was too young to have back pain. I thought everyone lived with this pain. As an RN I learned I was born with a lot of symptoms & had degenerated bone disease. I met Dr. Gurman in 2014. Since this time I have pain, but now much more bearable. With his help I can say I experience pain free days. Procedures are sterile, painless & long lasting.. The staff is very professional, helpful, and friendly. Im VERY happy to be a patient of Clearway Pain Solutions.

I scheduled an appointment based off of the overall reviews for this medical facility. Today I thought that I would finally get some relief from the pain that I have been experiencing in my neck and cervical spine area. My visit today with Dr. Grusman did not meet my expectations. As a new patient I was not given a physical evaluation. No measurement or assessment of my range of motion was conducted. No laptop nor pen and pad was present to take notes. I walked away in pain. I received a script for a mri that indicated lumbar spine and not cervical spine, and a script to go to physcical therapy. As a new patient I am skeptical of returning back to this practice. To make matters worse. I have to wait until I am off next week to possibly seek medical treatment elsewhere. I used my personal leave from work for absolutely nothing!

They were extremely nice and accommodating. I had an appointment for a Wednesday and had to cancel due to a family members passing. They rescheduled my appt to Friday. Then I found out the service was Friday. So I called again and explained my situation, and the rescheduled my appt. to Thursday. They truly do care about their patients.

I want to start off by saying that I will refer anyone to this establishment. The doctors are great. I want to give a big shoutout to Dr. Sean Sanderson. He saved my life basically, because he caught on to my vitals and sent me to the hospital which i found out i was on a verge of a heart attack and a stroke. I found out that i have a hole in my heart that’s leaking fluid and if it wasn’t for him it would’ve went unnoticed. My own PCP missed the symptoms. Also Dr. Kevin Reese had his hand in it as well as the whole entire Kure Smart pain nurses and employees. Kevin is a great doctor. He genuinely cares for his patients & makes every visit worth while. Thank y’all again. Kure Smart pain out Dundalk on Merritt Blvd is the best out of them all hands down.

Dr. Sanderson is so understanding and compassionate. He listens and point you in the direction that will help alleviate your pain. I would recommend this facility for anyone who is interested in pain management.

Clean professional office. Doctors are caring. If you call about a problem you are having they call you right back and take care of your problem right away. You do wait about 2 hours to be seen. But good care is worth it. The only down side is the Dundalk office has made their waiting office half the size. So you dont have much room to walk or to sit if the room is full of patients. If you are in a wheelchair or on a walker it can be difficult to move around. One other thing I do not like is the check in process. You are giving a small computer to put your information in and everyone next to you and you can read all your personal information. If you want to pay by credit card you slide the card on that it shows everything nothing is confidential. All this is new there,it should go back to how the old paper system was, but this office has excellent care if you are considering going here.

Dr. Christopher Bednarek was immature, condescending and insulting. Did not help. Cursed at us 2× and rudely stormed out of the office. 2 witnesses saw this. A pitiful display. Do Not solicit. Felix Gurman is a PA, but is the doctors boss??!!. Does that even make sense?. Choose another place to solicit.

Kuresmart is a great place with wonderful staff. Every month I go and they already know who I am. The lovely ladies out front always greet me with such warm smiles. As I wait for my name to be called its always very quiet and the staff talk to me and ask me about my week and how everythings going with my daughter. After my names called and I go in the back to wait for dr. Sanderson Im greeted by a nurse that takes my blood pressure heart rate it listens to me gripe about my current struggles or pain all while smiling. When dr. Sanderson comes in he always comes in with a style look to show you that hes a regular person and not just a doctor. He comes in and greets me with my first name not my last because he knows that a patient feels more comfortable being talked to and not down to. Every month I go to get my medication but your pain medication and instead of being your typical doctor and annoying me with you really shouldnt be taking them he prescribed them to me and tells me one day were going to have to lower your medication. And every few months I usually lower it by 5 so that I can get off of them slowly. Dr. Sanderson knows Im reluctant to get surgery and I have a back brace and I go to therapy. I am trying to live the best life I can and the pain medication allows me that without being an addict. I wish more pain clinics were like this one because then people wouldnt feel like theyre being judged when theyre in pain.

They have been very consistent and professional the doctors listened to me and addressed all my concerns. I absolutely love the doctors especially Kevin Reese he has been really kind and has giving useful information regarding my pain not all medication related just helpful tips to go along with medication management.

I would like to share my experience with Kure Smart pain management located on Merritt Boulevard and Dundalk, MD 21222 they listen to what I have to say and are working with me on my medication because I am being weaned off of medication and has been weaned off of medication it is a process that I never would have imagined to go through but I have done it and I am continue until I feel mostly comfortable with the day today pain that I have to deal with due to my health issues The ladies at the front desk are very nice and polite I have not had any problems with this location and all has went well even through my surgery getting my medication back on track from the hospital to outside pharmacy went smoothly I am grateful for this and would like to just take this time to say thank you to everyone that works at this location

It’s been a rocky road at this office site Dundalk . The front desk employees are not very nice or helpful maybe 1 out of the 4 or 5 might be somewhat helpful depending on the situation. The “office manager” needs a class in how to manage a successful staff. He needs to interact with the patients when necessary. When an issues become apparent in the waiting room instead of waiting for someone to ask for his help he should get up an additional. If the patient isn’t getting the help or the answers they need from the front desk girls he should be right there to defuse. The patients in the waiting room don’t want or need to hear someone displeasure. The Ma’s are not very friendly or personable either maybe 2 or 3 out of the 6 to 8 are somewhat friendly. There is no empathy n compassion from any of the staff really (exception of my main dr I see Dr Simons-good man professional, smart kind n considerate) the few other physicians that I’ve seen in this office were overall good n a good experience .The staff needs a Employee make over from the front desk to the ma’s they need training on how to be professional n kind to everyone treating everyone they come in contact with kind n considerate n most importantly valued. I don’t see or feel that it’s a priority at this particular KureSmart pain management site. This review is all based on what I’ve witness n experienced during my own personal visit (8). Looking to see a positive change- 🤞🏼 Some people just need a little guidance to be a better person or better at what they choose to do 9-5....

Ive been going here for about 8 years now..I get different drs all the time.. They will piss test you randomly.. So be ready.. Drs are great but some times it takes a while before your meds are in the pharmacy.. The back injections have relieved most of my pain..they really get you in and out...they dont always prescribe opiates.. But the drs will work with you... And the drs treat you like family...great place!!!

I see Kevin Reese I like him a lot he does not rush you out he cares how you are doing. Some days I no he has ruff days but he has never been rude or disrespectful to me. I don’t like coming in when I no he will not be seeing me but things happen if he is off or in meetings I no I have to get someone else and I smile answer there questions than I’m gone .
