This facility has one of the nicest and most professional staff members. The nurses there really know what they are doing, and they really connect with the families. I love that they are Covid-19 safe residents, and employees get tested every week. I adore everyone, even the social service workers. I couldnt have picked a better place than Duncancille Healthcare Rehabilitation Center.

This is one of (if not the best) place I have found thus far for my loved one. The staff is just absolutey outstanding. I have not had an issue with them not once. the facility is so clean, the food even smells good and taste pretty good too. :) The thing I love the most about this facility is that everyone (even the administration side) is involved in all of the residents lives. The new administrator (I think her name is Sierra) is just amazing as well. She is super bubbly and enthusiastic and welcoming! You dont get that everywhere. Just with speaking with her, I can tell she cares for her facility by the way she answered ALL my questions and eased my concerns. Another thing I adore is the activites they do with their residents. It seems like they are always having an event going, and the amazing thing is family is always more than welcome to join. They also abide by COVID regulations which is super great. I am beyond happy I chose this place for my aunt. I highly recommend this facility!

I visited my Aunt who is a resident at this facility over the Summer and I now work here part time. I love to see my aunt smile when she sees me there with her. She brags to her friends “that’s my niece, she Is in college”

My grandmother is a resident at the facility and her stay has been amazing. The staff has been respectful and very attentive to my grandmothers care. I appreciate everything you all have done. Most of these reviews are employees. This use to be a great center to have a family member in. Unfortunately it has seriously declined. Staff members on the weekends are clueless and rude. Patents are in beds with no bedding, dirty rooms, little food available if any.Week days are not much better. Nursing staff need more training. No compassion what so ever!! Things are hidden and covered up. Unless you have medical knowledge you would not know how many times your family member has been truly in need of care. I would not recommend this place anymore as I did in the pass.Very 😢

The staff at Duncanville Healthcare really helped me to get my admitted to their facility. Before we to this facility we attempted to get him into another one where he was denied and they never really tried to help me. But the staff at Duncanville from the Marketer to the admissions Director and Business Office did everything to get my brother admitted . I am one satisfied customer.

My husband was at this facility and at first things seem to be good but unfortunately the good took a turn for bad. His room was not the cleanest and his bathroom was out of order for a few days until finally fixed. I would cry as I left our visits because he would be so sad for me to leave him and would try to follow me out. At the time I thought it was because of course he want to come home but noooo that wasn’t the case. When I was able to get him to a transfer outpatient facility and they provided him with a body physical he had bed sores on his behind after only being at Duncanville healthcare for 3 weeks. Often times his TV was not working in his room and when I would come and visit he would be sitting in a dark dull boring room. Not to mention his clothes were lost / stolen that I took him. When I mention or pass by the facility he shakes his head and tells me to hurry and get from by there. I’m sorry my experience was not good at this facility and I’m not one to bash any company or person. God Bless

The residents are happy and always seem to enjoy this live upbeat location full of excitement. This is a location you must come out and visit to get a feel for the environment. In September of 2017, after Hurricane Maria destroyed the Island of St. Thomas ( Virgin Islands). The admission staff at Duncanville Healthcare assisted my family in admitting my 94 year old Aunt to the facility (coordinating services to get her from St. Thomas to Texas) and providing her with the care and medical attention that she so desperately needed.It was her fist time in a long term care setting and her experience was a good one. The Felix family is forever grateful to the wonderful team at Duncanville Healthcare for the great care and attention that was given to our beloved Aunt.

My father has not been at this location for more than 24 and he has been nothing but neglect. His tube feeding have been hours late, he sits in his BM and urine for hours, and they done even attempt to care. Family has been at his bedside and you would think that would make a difference but it doesnt. Please take your family members elsewhere. I dont know how the reviews are so great if the care isnt.

This facility was very welcoming and treated my loved one with great care. Although our stay was only 3 weeks, they got my father stronger and helped him very much

My family and I picked this place because the reviews showed a 4.6 rating! Yeah right!! The first 2 days everyone was wonderful and after that!! Lord have mercy!! Some of the CNAs seem like they have their favorite patients here because I constantly see them in/out of their rooms! Several times I was here visiting my mom...we waited at least 45mins before someone came to check in her! And I did it on purpose to see how long it would take for someone to respond to her call light! Smh...Im sorry, but this is no 4.6 star facility!! Top it off! Last week, one of the CNAS threw my mother on the bed and made her hit her head! We made a report and still have not heard a follow up regarding this incident!! God forbid my mom has to come to one of these places ever again!! If you can take care of your love ones at home...DO SO!!! You and I probably will take care of them a whole lot better!! Just saying!

Place smelled like urine staff unprofessional arguments with the nursing staff plus my mother very ill and doctor was not notified. Avoid this place.
