The new employees don’t know what their doing. I went in to get my eyebrows done and when she was done she left so many hairs behind and it seemed like nothing was even touched, but somehow she still manage to mess up my eyebrows and their shape. It took everything out my me not to cry. Definitely not what it use to be.

I didnt even get her name but she did an awesome job! I would definitely be back again.

Refused me 8 minutes before closing time when i called asking if I could come in cause I was outside and needed my brows done.. so rude and unprofessional if you close @7:52pm and not 8pm list it in the site. So us as costumers don’t waste our time calling and driving there.

Bonnie was very attentive. She asked questions, listened, and applied the information shed gathered in order to sculpt beautiful eyebrows. Shes earned herself a customer.

I always get this specific brow lady but for some reason I went to another, asked for a brow clean up and she didn’t even thread my brows. I’m stuck plucking them right now 👎🏽 regret giving a tip but I was being nice. That girl I think is new bc I’ve never seen her but she does need a bit more training

Im not one to post reviews but this experience is review worthy. I made an appointment at 2:50, with Sumi who is usually quite cordial buy she accepted another client who it seems she was excited to see and disregarded my appointment that I was on time for. VERY DISAPPOINTED, WILL not PATRONIZE!

I went there yesterday June 30 to get my eyebrows done usually I got SUMMI she is the best . I have been going to her since 2011 I love her but yesterday when I went there she was off so I decided to go to other young lady umna or something was her name where she did not change her gloves after threading another customer eyebrow and didn’t sanitized eye brow brushes when I asked her to take her glove if she ignored me when she should be using new glacé every time . I asked her to leave my eyebrows thick not to thing and she arched them thin I am very disappointed at the service they provided on June 30. Sanitizing everything very important after every customer.And I will definitely will never go to her .

Normally they do a great job, however, they had a new gal & she needed a little more training/guidance. It hurt horribly too! I had to have one of the regular ladies correct my brows because they were uneven.

At times we take things for granted thinking others can do the same job. Never again. I went to a different Soi Brow and the experience was painful. I can go into the Duncanville location and put “no preference” because EVERYONE in there does such a great job.

I walked in 10 minutes before closing and they still done the job and done is correctly. They didnt rush or anything. And they even asked me about a medical condition I have called Bells Palsy because of the reaction my face had. They were inquisitive but yet not rude. I explained and they were in awe. Very personable. This location is a staple now.

I would not go here if you are looking for a wax. I got a leg wax. It was rushed. Two worked on me even though the place was empty. Got home I still had several long hairs all along my legs. The wax they use is not the good stuff they use in actual wax only spas. Legs do not feel smooth at all and it was a waste of money. Will stick to actual wax only spa where it’s their specialty. May be a little more but at least you get the proper results. Plus there was double dipping. Very nice workers though.

I love this place. I have moved all over Dallas and even in Red Oak and no matter where I live I always make the drive just to go here. Everyone is very well trained. I do not have to stick to one person because they all do a good job. Sometimes I have to walk away because there is a wait but I will just run an errand and when I go back it dies down.

Always have a great experience. They have never messed up my eyebrows. This is the only one I go to!

Ive been to this place on several occasions and they are usually pretty good, but the last few time have been horrible. When I arrived I signed in (like everyone else) and I chose the next available person. When my name was called another lady stood up saying she changed her mind she didnt wanna wait on the person she chose. She wanted to go right then, and they let her. My question is.. why have a sign in when whoever doesnt feel like waiting anymore can go when they no longer feel like waiting? I can guarantee I will NEVER spend another dollar or recommend anyone here again!!!

They messed up my eyebrows TWICE!! The first time the girl cut off the tail on the left brow. Even after giving her instructions. I figured Id go back just to give them another chance. Went over the weekend and now Im messed up for 2 more months until my brows grow back. The lady did not make my brows match. Ugh!! Very, very unhappy and will never go back!!

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here for over a year. Recently I left a different person inside of the location wax and thread my face. It’s only one person I let that works their do my service but she wasn’t there . The young lady threaded my hair and my skin and now I have a permanent scare.

I asked for a cleanup only and specifically asked for my eyebrows to NOT be “thinned”. Unfortunately they cannot follow directions and I left with thin, newly shaped eyebrows. If I could give them zero stars I definitely would because I now have to walk around with a bad brow job!
