I am now several years free of the nightmare life I endured do to the incompetence of this doctor. He does not care that the supporting staff is the industry worst. Medicine does not get called in for days, mistakes in dosages, phone systems that are cronically tied up and Dr. Wiley only prescribes opiates far out of date of safer modern less addictive medicine. If you value oeace take my advise, stay away. On my last visit a young white nurse turned to me and said Have a nice day knowing I was released with out any planning for withdrawal because I could not afford to have another unnecessary shot or procedure. I will continue to post warnings and reviews as long as people will continue to fall into their trap thanks to the nurses rudeness in my most darkest hour. Thank God I found a good doctor and better medicine.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Wiley and I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and patient care. This indeed was a great patient experience! He listened and allowed me to ask questions that were causing me some anxiety. Together we we’re able to develop a treatment plan that we both agreed that would be very beneficial to me.Thank you, Dr. Wiley!

My experience with this doctors office is horrible. My first two visits were with Dr Wiley and seemed to go well. Dr Wiley prescribed a pain patch that you apply to your skin. I had trouble with them not staying on. So I called the office to find out what I needed to do ave report the problem. They told me that I needed to contact the pharmacy and ask them what to do. The pharmacy instructed me to call the manufacturer and report the problem and so I did. They even gave me a claim number.. When I went to my third appointment I didnt get to see Dr Wiley I had to see the nurse. When I told her about the problem she blew up and started in on me like I did something wrong. And because I had 2 fall off and i replaced them (exactly how the instruction say to do) i ran out early and she took it as I went through them too fast. I did everything this office asked me to do. When I asked if I could reschedule to come in and speak with Dr Wiley at first they said i could. Then they said they would call me to reschedule. When I got the phone call from the office they said that they were unable to see me anymore. I didnt do anything wrong. It seems that this office needs to look into how this nurse is treating people because there seems to be history of bad reviews regarding her.

Dr. Wiley is a well rounded, well trained physician who presents as a kind and gracious man of integrity and dignity. He did for me in one month what multiple doctors couldnt do in many years. As a disabled Veteran appointed to multiple American Embassies, I incurred seven disabilities equaling 400% disability, yet, this man picked me up with such loving arms and instilled hope vs rejection or ridicule. Dr. Wiley is Gods gift to the hurting and forgotten.Dr. Kim Hobson, LPC, Medically Retired.

I have had chronic pain for 15 years, and I am only 30! I have been to pain doctors after pain doctors and they all say the same thing constantly, or they just don’t WANT to fix your issues after 5 months! And Dr. Wiley listened to me, did not judge me, or tell me what I needed but instead, he listened, cared, told me about a plan we could start, did not mention how “young I was to be on pain killers for 15 years” well, he’s great and I drive from Carrollton just to see him and I will be a returning patient for years to come! The staff is wonderful, so patient, so kind, and all around the best experience I’ve had at a pain management office before! 🎉🥰❤️

Excellent top ranking doctor whom is doing a spectacular job! Since seeing Dr. Wiley I refuse to see any other doctor to manage my pain. I am grateful to have a doctor whom genuinely care, and make it his business to make sure I am taken care of. His patients come near and far to see him. A+++++

The actions by this doctors office and i use that term very very loosely are so bad I reported them to the White House Veterans hot line for bad Doctors. I also called and made a formal complaint against him with the Texas medical board. I also reported him to tri-west insurance. You see as pain management persons know all too well you MUST keep your monthly appointment every thirty days or your prescriptions wont be authorized! Evey pain patient knows this AND SO DO THE DOCTORS!! This fraud with only two hours to my first visit,(Im new in town and was looking) called and cancelled my appointment gave me a week later date!!! BUT WAIT IT GETS WORSE. This guy on the next appointment does it again. Any questions! if you value your life dont go to this butcher.

For two months I had to pay for my pain medication. I had new insurance and the medication had to be verified. So for two months I kept calling leaving messages, talking to a new person everytimeOn the third month I called and Itzel answered the phone. I told her everything that Ive been going through. So she called my insurance instead of waiting again for a fax ,and something going wrong. 15min later she called me back and the problem was solved!!! All because she took a extra 15 min and took care of my problem!!! Thats the BEST FEELING EVER!!! SO PLEASE GIVE HER CREDIT CAUSE ITS DUE!

My name is Jeremy Franks I havent seen Dr. Wiley just yet I dont see him until first week of April. However I giving a five star cause his staff in the front has been so respectful and caring. I was in a car accident back in 2014. I had issue with my neck and L1 spine. When I did my MRI come to find out I had disk on my neck and my L1 spine. The Dr I seen to have it done was David DeLapp in Leesville, LA. There nights I cant sleep due to the pain, I hope Dr. Wiley can help with the issue.

This guy is the best overall pain management physician that I have found in my many years of searching! He takes as much time as necessary with you during your appointment to ensure that you understand everything thats going on and answers to all of your questions and then some. As well as; explaining things in such a way that they are easily understood with the end result being, making you feel comfortable and is if somebody really actually cares!I continue to sing his praises to all of my friends family and even certain clients that, I know could benefit from his demeanor and overall professionalism and ability to treat even the most inhumane levels of pain such as mine! As I have two fractures currently in my back, ruptured discs as well as, severe nerve damage and other painful issues brought on by blunt trauma.I am currently awaiting emergency 360 surgery performed by an also amazing doctor (orthopedic surgeon) named, Dr. Neil Shah in Dallas. You are currently seeking the perfect professional knowledgeable and overly capable pain management physician please do yourself a favor and call this man!His staff is also amazing and seems to pull off miracles by getting even new patients in almost immediately!I know this post probably sounds like there is a hidden agenda or motivation or possibly even someone whos part of their staff LOL but I assure you that, its not the case!I do not do this very often, almost never actually, unless, I truly support and believe in the cause or individual...as I do Dr. Wiley!Take care and stay safe!Sifu

Dr. Wiley is a actually a good doctor but I cant believe he let all this happen or that he chose a pa like this. I saw a new pa there because when i called them someone had told me i needed to come in to talk to a Dr. This was because my car window was broken out and medication was stolen. First thing she (the new pa)said in a raised tone was well thats all you fault. I swear she said that at least 6 or 7 times. I had a hard time not to be defensive so instead i asked is there anything that can be done? I had never had this happen and i was scared. I asked her if someone broke into the wondow of your car and stole someone valuable from you, would that be your fault? I just needed someone to be calm and understanding that i was in pain and very worried of what was going to happen with withdrawals that might happen because im a teacher and a single grandmother raising her 4year old autistic grandson. She was more angry and accusingly in my face like i had this happen on purpose when i have a police report and the police had said they had this happen alot recently. She finally said she would give me colonodine and in 2 weeks to call up there to get my refill and this would count as my refill appointment. Then I made my next appointment and appointment to get injections in about a month. I get a voice mail over a month later to tell me i had an appointment at 330 and to not bother coming in because i had been discharged from the practice. I was in complete shock! I had been going there for years and knew everyone. I had made a rhinestoned rock with a stand for them and they had it sitting in the window of the new office at that appointment i went to. The PA Lamatha had even hired me to make a rock for her daughter and friends graduation which i still have the voice mails from her about them and the pictures of the rock i gave them sitting in the check out window of the new office . I called up there and ask why i was discharged and they said that the new pa which i never seen before had said that i had bad behavior at that app. I have never been arrested or discharger from anywhere for bad behavior. I teach bible school and 3 year olds in an accredited preschool. They never sent a letter or called me. I had been discharged a month before i knew and that was in a voice mail. So i had to try and find a dr in 2 weeks or i will go through ungodly withdrawal from fentanyl, oxycodone, and soma. I have progressive scoliosis, degenerative osteoarthritis, neuropathy, and have already had one surgery and numerous procedures. I am going to have to have reconstructive surgery and surgery to fuse 10 of my vertebrae in September. My surgery has tried helping me find a dr but I still cant find one. I have called over 30 drs and been to 5 appointments that cost me pretty much all the money i had and i still cant find one because of this mess. I will be getting really sick in about 5 days. I will probably loose my job and i dont know who will take care of my grandson. I never even got talked to about why or how i had behavior or got even 1 warning. I have seen people in that office act crazy and then seen them back at my next appointment. I never raised my voice, or was combative, or aggressive, nor did i cuss. I currently talking to our family lawyer and i know that they have not taken appropriate measures nor was there any reason for the discharge. They even said 3 times they would send in something for withdrawals i will have but didnt even do that. I asked to have someone contact me to talk to about their actions and they never did that either. What they did is not right and i am scared for the next person that this might happen to that did nothing wrong. when this place has been giving me this high of opioids and then tell me im discharged on a voice mail after doing nothing wrong and is facing withdrawals that can cause death or even suicide. I will be reporting this and speaking to a lawyer. Its sad because Dr. Wiley and Lamatha were always good to me until now so I am just at a loss. This is under my old married last name.

I have cancer an ive been seeing Dr.Wiley for about a year and half almost 2 years an i love him he is the best doctor i have ever been to the compassion he has for his patients to get them feeling better without him my quality of life would not be very good when all other doctors gave up on me because of the medications i need to be on just to be able to watch tv with my kids. He takes his time an listens to what i have to say other doctor ive been would just look at me listen to my heart an out the door they went. Thank god i found this kind caring willing to take his time really good doctor if not i would be confined to a bed 24-7 by myself crying because of the pain an agony. Cancer is one of those things that will bring the toughest man to his knees begging god to take him because he cant take the pain anymore you become a shell of what you were before. All i have to say is thank you doctor so Much for what you have done for me and my family i dont think i could ever thank him enough for what you have done thank you doctor Dr Wiley.
