Everyone was pleasant throughout my time today. There were not a lot of other appointments present, so almost immediately after competing my intake paperwork, I was able to go back and begin my oral exam. The technician performing the exam was friendly and personable during the exam, so I felt comfortable the entire time. The dentist who came in after her was thorough in her assessment and gave me clear feedback and potential next steps. The final staff person I saw explained the cost of future options based upon what the dentist recommended and was patient as I reviewed my current schedule in confirming my next appointment date and time.My entire visit went very well and I enjoyed this dental experience!

Entire staff made me feel comfortable. Very considerate asking if I was ok or if I was feeling any pain. Needless to say my experience was a positive one. Most definitely recommend it.😊

As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by a friendly staff member to screen me for covid. Inside the exam room, I was asked to wash my hands and gurgle with mouth wash ( no one has done that before ). I can tell that they are very conscious of their covid protocol as they washed their hands before touching my mouth and they are wearing PPEs.The assistant tech name Heavenly is great and very friendly.Now Dr. G is very warm and friendly as well. She explained fully whats going on and the care plan she has in mind for me.Lastly, the total cost of my overall treatments are very reasonable especially for seniors like myself with no dental insurance. Im not sure if being a member of AARP, AAA and Costco have anything to do with it 🤣Ofcourse I havent really tested Dr Gs expertise since I havent really scheduled my actual tx. But Im confident that shell be great. Stay tune....

Loved it here! The staff members are so kind and welcoming. Especially the young woman at the front desk. Dr. Gaskin is wonderful! She tells you exactly what you need and doesn’t just try to get money out of you or your insurance. You can tell she actually cares about her patients. I definitely recommend this place.

My first visit was very pleasant. The office environment is clean and decorated well. The staff were pleasant and friendly. I can tell that the care is genuine. I would recommend this office for dental care. Definitely helpful in terms of finances.

Dr. Belinda Marsaw is so personable. She cares for her patients . She makes sure you are comfortable and explains procedures very well. She makes sure you understand before she gets started.

Love Love Love them. I am not a fan of the dentist but Dr. Gaskin is wonderful not only did she give me a beautiful smile she did it with expertise and a professionalism. I love my new teeth and I get so many compliments on them and I have sent my daughter and now my best friend is wanting to see her. She did a great job!

The appointment was for my 15year old twin boys. The staff were all friendly. They made my boys comfortable with their services received. The twins both shared with me how the individuals that serviced them were COOL. Needless to say well be returning soon. Thanks everyone

My husband had not visited the dentist in years due to the fear of the dentist. However, the doctor at dental delite made him feel comfortable and very minimum pain. The front office staff gabby is amazing she is very knowledgeable and knows what she is talking about , and did not try and overcharge us. I recommend this office

Great dental practice! Office staff is nice. Dental hygienist & Dentist did thorough work and were nice as well. I’m glad this my new dental home!Update: I had a routine cleaning scheduled after my first appointment. I received a call 2 days before my appointment. They left a voicemail stating they are not doing cleanings at this time due to COVID-19 and my appointment is cancelled. Fast forward to the day of my appointment, I receive a call with someone saying “We had you scheduled for a cleaning appointment today at 9:40.” I told the lady about the voicemail I received the other day. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or say anything about them not doing cleanings at this time. She she proceeds to reschedule me. They attempted to reschedule me for a later date this month (August) but I was unable to make that Appt time. So they rescheduled me for a cleaning in October. A simple cleaning appointment over a month away! I just made the appointment but will be cancelling it once once I get another dental office. They need to have staff meetings or something because the communication is horrible! This is unacceptable. I am disappointed.

My experience was awesome Dr. Koloko really cares about her patients, she took her time with me and when asking a question she explains everything in great detail, you can tell she takes pride in her work. Kimberly at the front desk is the sweetest, very friendly and made my experience so welcoming. I definitely recommend this place.

I decided to bring my son here because my mom and stepdad spoke so highly of them. It was a great choice! They were professional and my son felt comfortable during his visit. This will be the only dentist office that we’ll go to.

Wow..a Dentist where theres No Pain Yes....customer service and professionalism oh my gosh.....well establish team....doing dental work long enough to quickly identify a problem and trendy enough to give you the latest dental work......dont take my word for it...you be the judge.......but those that know me....know.....I dont trust just anybody to my mouth .....

FIRST TIME GOING AND DR K. WAS VERY NICE AND EXPLAINED TO ME IN DETAIL WHAT ALL WORK SHE NEEDED TO DO. MY FIRST EXTRACTION AND BOY WAS I SCARED PULLED MY TOOTH OUT IN LESS THAN 3 MINUTES. I CAN SAY THIS WAS A WONDERFUL EXPEREINCE AND I RECOMMENED ANYONE GOING WILL LOVE HER WORK. SHE IS VERY PATIENT AND DETERMINED TO MAKE YOU SMILE LIKE NEW ALL OVER AGAIN! GREAT WORK

Ive had extreme anxiety my entire life with regards to dental work and I can tell you this was the best dental experience Ive ever had.I had several teeth pulled and Dr K was so patient, attentive and kind and undersrood and helped me thru my anxiety.The staff are awesome as well from the insurance girl to the dental assistant.I wont go to another Dentist!Thanks for a exceptional experience.

Messed up my upper and lowers have not been happy with my look, when I advised of the issues... i was told i would need to pay for new ones... dont know why i am expected to pay for their mistake. bottom is shorter then natural ones...and top ones have a tooth that was cut crooked to fit bottom... their decision not mine, looks awful when i smile.Wish theyd take responsibility and remake them.If it was them wearing my uppers and lowers, they wouldnt be happy.

I have been a patient for over 5 years. I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism, care and comfort that the dental delite team provides. I highly recommend dental delite for all your dental needs.

I wouldnt even give this place one star. This was the worst dental experience I have EVER had!!! If you care about the health of your teeth, do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I went here to have fillings done and they did a horrible job and left decay under the fillings. They also jumped on the opportunity to do a root canal on a tooth that wasnt causing me pain, just was a deep filing. After complaining of being in pain and not being able to eat or bite down on either side, Dr.Gaskin and her team kept bringing me in claiming it was the material used and put in temporary fillings, which come to find out was not even the right protocol when xrays clearly showed there was lingering decay under the fillings they did. She was also recommending more root canals. I did not come in with pain and grew frustrated that I was now in constant pain due to their work. Thank God I went to a second opinion who noted how it did not make sense for them to add all these different materials in my mouth when the decay was not removed thoroughly. I could not eat for a month, could not bite down without pain on both sides, it was a horrible and painful dental experience!! The wait times are long and there are a bunch of externs. I am sooooo glad I was sent to a different dentist. It was also discovered that the crown they did was put in wrong, it was not filled in all the way and now I have to have that redone also. Save yourself the money and time and seek higher quality dental Care. The goal should be to restore your teeth and smile, not damage It. Worst place EVER!!! Try it if you dare.

While the office staff is very nice and professional I waited over an hour to see the dentist. Even though I was on time for my appointment. Dr. Marsaw was very educational and helpful. However I cant say the same for the billing department.When I received a printout of the cost for my dental work it did not include the payment that would be received from the dental insurance. I was only given what my out of pocket would be for the dental expenses. I thought it was too much so I contacted my dental insurance carrier and asked for a breakdown.At that point I was informed they had sent payment for work that I havent even received. I contacted Dental Delite and their billing person is adamant that I am incorrect about the information I received from my insurance carrier.Im not so sure since I was billed for an extraction I never received. My insurance company says they sent a payment on 09/19/14 for dental services that I never received. I was already a little concerned about Dental Delite. At this point Im not sure I really should be doing business with them at all.When I spoke with Terry about this issue she continued with the story that the insurance I have only pays a monthly contractual fee there for I get a discount. They never sent my insurance company a claim. If it wasnt a claim how did my insurance company know to pay for an extraction and a bridge and what teeth the bridge consisted of? So does my insurance company just send you money monthly not even knowing if you will be providing me service???Im not looking for any freebies, all I want is to pay whats fair and reasonable. If I was only getting a discount on services I wouldnt need to pay for dental insurance. Most doctors give you a discounted rate when you dont have insurance and pay with cash.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!! Dr. Belinda Marsaw acts like is she here for you, but she is really out to take your money and your insurance money. I put all my trust in her when at the end she has messed me up for life. I currently have a case open with the state board against her. I strongly urge you to seek another dentist. I put all my all my faith in her, I recieved crown and bridge work from her. She did all this work over decayed teeth. She left me in my tempories for 2 years while taking my money in the process. I had to loose my upper teeth after all the excruciating pain that I went thru get the perfect smile that she promised me. Now Im in denture getting prep for implants, they are going over the work that she messed up. I spent over $14,000 of work in the result of me having to spend $10,000 more for a implant denture. She needs to loose her license on what she did to me. Please go look her up on The Texas State Examiners Dental Board, there you will see she has 2 cases filed against her for messing up someone elses teeth.
