Absolutely loved the customer service that was provided. I went in to dye my hair and the lady did a great job. I got the exact job I asked for and my hair looks amazing! Would really recommend to anyone who is looking to dye their hair or go for a cut.

The worst experience ever!! It is 12:30 on 11/5/18 and just finished leaving this place. Whoever greeted me was the rudest person I HAVE EVER MET. She should not be in customer service. I work near this place and decided to stop by for the first time for a quick haircut. Without going into detail I would never recommend this place. If the owner new how this individual treated new customers, I know she would not be please, AT ALL!!

I went to do a gradual layered swing bob and grapple left me like Dora the Explorer! Be honest! If they dont know how to make a certain cut, say so! My hair does not even connect from short to long and no volume made the cut all even from behind and I cut a lot!
