I will never recommend this clinic to anyone who doesnt like being tricked. They will perform procedures without telling you if it is covered under your insurance or not and they will just hit you with a bill. I have no problem paying for it but atleast let me be aware of what is covered under my insurance before doing the procedure. Imagine if I was someone who is at a limited income and only have a budget for a copay. Very shady. Staff was nice though.

Dr McCauley and Hope are amazing! They both have the best bedside manner and were very helpful. They took such good care of me. My incision was from the corner of my eye to bottom of nose and is no longer visible. Can’t even tell I had surgery. Love them!!

I can’t recommend the skin clinic. The cost me about $1,200, didn’t fix my issue, proscribed medication that cost over $200 and when I said it was too expensive they proscribed medicine that cost $300. They are rarely in the office to answer calls and don’t return calls. I’m still dealing with irritated skin and I’ve sunk over a grand into their office alone. DO NOT GO TO THE SKIN CLINIC!!!

Never in my life have I taken any of my children to any doctor office where they left crying where they couldnt breath. We were referred to the duncan office when the doctor came in he didnt give me enough time to even explain. Why we were sent there before he thought it was ok to tell my daughter she is obese and if it continues she will not live a long life and continue to cut her down . I would never recommend this place to anyone in my life . Horrible horrible doctor. The nurse was very nice the doctor was way out of life . We were there do to the skin on her hands not her weight . Thanks for giving my child a low selfastem good job .

Very frustrating and disappointing that they wont allow a family member with elderly patients. I understand limiting number of people in the clinic because of covid but when you have patients who cant hear or understand what is being said because of masks you are not giving them the care they deserve. On top of that you use medical terms they dont understand and cant remember by time they get to the car and you dont provide any printouts for them.

Dr did not listen to my issues and therfore led to an incorrect dx. So very dissapointing, alot of practices are doing such, not listening to their paitents completly, derive an opinion prior to hearing the entirety. Have to keep lioking and hate that i have to leave town to get proper care. Use at your own risk, i can not recommend, nor will I return.

The receptionist was very rude and snarky. She was unprofessional about my personal information that I filled out on my medical papers. What I put on my personal documents as personal information is no concern of hers and should never be questioned by the receptionist in the lobby. It does not matter if I’m married single divorced who I place as my emergency contact. That information is filled in by the patient and should not be looked down upon regardless if the receptionist approves of it or not.

I never leave bad reviews, so this makes me sad. However, I am leaving this review based solely on my experience with the reception desk. I’m sure the doctors are fantastic, but I will not return to this clinic because of the office staff. I was mailed an appointment card with the date of my appointment on it (after waiting four months to get an appointment in the first place). The date the card said was not the same date they had on the books. I took off an entire day of work to make the appointment only for them to tell me my appointment was not on the schedule. I told them I cannot take off another day of work. Let me remind you, my appointment card SENT BY THEM stated otherwise...I even double-checked myself when I got home to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. My card was indeed incorrect. The worst part is that they made me feel like it was MY fault that they wrote the wrong date on the card. I feel sorry for these doctors because I will not return, and it is not the doctors’ fault. I was extremely disappointed.

I love it because it was quick. Dr Hope looked at my head and said: is psoriasis prescribed med. and boom 💥 problem solved I have been having this issue for a year my Dr was treating as dry scalp issue. tried all kind of expensive shampoos and nothing. Thank You very much Skin Clinic.

They were very short. For our first appointment they basically didnt answer any question just use this and do this. they looked my 1 1/2 year old over and said its just eczema and there is no cure. they also told me I only need to come back if a bad flare up happens and I cant control it, but they would just tell me to do the same thing they just did. Not a good place for answers.

Love The Skin Clinic. They have taken good care of my entire family for years

Horrible experience. The medical assistants fraudulently call themselves Nurses- it is against the law to do so. And, they also go around representing the Physican Assistants as Medical Doctor’s. The clinic has no integrity whatsoever... so why would I trust them for any facet of my healthcare?

The people who answer the phone and set up appointments are rude.

Message on phone says open 830-400 but when i call at 3.15 no answer.
