DO NOT CARE TO EVEN TRY IT. When i went a while back, they made my parent stay in the room even though i was obviously upset over it. I was 17 so it wasnt like i was a straight child. My dad was also not against leaving the room. Fun fact: he even left while i was still in the waiting room because he didnt think he was needed (and shouldnt hsve been.) I just believe this is unprofessional. I thought this was supposed to be confidential. Not to mention, at the end the girl said my dad could leave the room if he wanted. but the session was already over? what good would that do? was she going to ask the questions over again? No. So, i ended up getting a horrible diagnosis because i sugarcoated everything because i was FORCED to say it in front of my dad. This also validated my parents and it almost seems like it was planned. Thanks for nothing.

I see Jennifer Heibler and she is great. She is calm, patience, and listens. She even help me with my ADHD. Which no other mental health professional has ever done.Only problem is with restricted medications. You have to keep track because you’ll be back and forth with them and the pharmacy. Which isn’t really their fault. I blame the people who abuse these drugs and caused these restrictions in the first place.

We ask you to turn unneeded psychiatry bins into facilities that heal by helping people withdraw from chemicals.We must refuse medications that will cause us loss of life in every manner.Please document, explain, and report faithfully.

Doctor Holland is amazing! She takes time to listen to what is happening in your life. If she prescribes a medication, she makes sure to follow up with you soon to see if any adjustments need to be made. Should an adjustment of medication need to occur, she follows the same process of following up quickly. I would highly recommend her!

Played cat and mouse with me for 2 months before telling me that they werent qualified to work with someone who has Bipolar disorder, despite being a behavioral health center. They couldve told me that months ago and let me find a different doctor in the meantime, but they didnt. Theyll call you an hour before your appointment to cancel as well, no 24 hour notice. Most unprofessional mental health facility Ive ever dealt with in years.

Dr Kim Holland was an answer to my prayer I have never been so open and comfortable and to know she cares and listens is an A+

Doesnt return phone calls and Dr Jennings takes over a week to send a script to pharmacy even knowing you will be out of meds in a couple days. Its like he just doesnt care about his patients. I Always get some stupid excuse as to why he hasnt yet and they will call me as soon as he does which is never. He is a poor excuse of a psychiatrist.
