Duncan Pet Resort is a wonderful place to take your pets. The staff there are kind, courteous, and see that my questions are quickly answered. My Stevie looks so precious after her day with the groomer. I will definitely keep going back. Thank you for all the great things that you do!!!

Whenever Zeke sees that we’re going to the Pet Resort he gets so excited. That says it all! If he’s happy then I know they’re doing a great job. Everything about the resort is friendly, professional and fun!

Katie, the trainer is amazing! Her approach is science-based and she teaches you how to use these principles. Training with Katie all-but eliminated the contest of wills I used to go through with my hard-headed and over-reactive dog. Using positive reinforcement, she teaches you how to guide your dog to more healthy behavior and this has deepened the bond between me and my dog and made my life easier.

Makes the effort for the animals...Really cares about them and the owners.

Super friendly and excellent job of grooming

We had our giant schnauzer groomed here. They were so nice! Very good customer service. They answered all the questions we had and they have reasonable pricing. Our GS lincoln has never been so SOFT! The groomer was also very nice and gentle with him.
