Refinanced a vehicle with them and they failed to request a copy of my insurance. They apparently sent letters requesting this information months after but didnt bother calling or emailing (because we dont live in the 21st century or anything). Tacked on almost five thousand dollars for insurance, which I already had, then after finally getting a refund, they wouldnt recalculate the two payments (principal vs interest) that were made during this dispute (which I was told they would). Mind you I am a brand new customer and this refinance was handled by one of their managers.. Its not about the hundred dollars or so they swindled me out of, its the principal of taking care of your customers.
