I had high hopes the first month or so. My daughter had counseling sessions set up weekly. One day we showed up and they were closed because of COVID-19 but we had never been informed of this and we live 30 miles away so it was a wasted trip. Then the counselor set it up to FaceTime my daughter every week. I think she has done this 3 or 4 times since March. We haven’t heard from her in over a month now. My daughter had gotten comfortable with the counselor finally and now she is more detached than she was before. It looks like we have to find someone that actually cares and hopefully they can get my daughter to open up again and can help her to be herself again.

I would not recommend any one to this business. The counselors are unprofessional and not very ethical. I made an appointment and the counselor was a no show. No receptionist. Their ineptitude is mind boggling. I recommend going any where but here. Lawton has better facilities.
