The girls up front were helpful and nice. Dr Fritts was awesome and knowledgeable. I Was in and out in less than 20min. If I had to say anything negative it would be waiting on glasses to come in is quite long. That being said shipping is not really under their control, but still long.

We have never had any problems with Dr Fritts or his staff until today. I was notified the day before my husbands appointment that he took off work for that they no longer accept our insurance. She was very snippy and flippant as if she didnt care a long standing client would no longer be using their office. We have been Dr Fritts patients since he bought that practice. Were very disappointed in the way I was spoken to. We have already set an appointment with a different doctor that actually understands how our insurance works instead of dismissing us. I just hope he knows how she is speaking to his clients. And to add, the woman from my husbands office called to try and explain how to file the insurance. The receptionist wouldnt talk to her, in stead hung up on her. The second time she put her on hold until she finally gave up and hung up. . She apparently has no interest in keeping patients.

I have went to Dr. Fritts for several years. He is already friendly and eager to help me with my vision needs. Most of his staff are fantastic!

Dr. Fritts is wonderful! He is very intelligent. When he explains everything, you can tell he is a scientist, and really knows his business. I truly appreciate that he doesn’t try to get you to have expensive tests, like many are starting to do, unless they are necessary. And, I have never had a single problem with their handling of my insurance claims. I’ve seen several different eye doctors in Texas when I lived there, and in Duncan. Dr. Fritts’ practice deserves, and has, my utmost trust.

Dr. Fritts is an excellent Optometrist in Duncan, OK. After I moved from Indianapolis to Duncan, he came highly recommended and for two years running hasnt let me down. My vision remains in good standing thanks to his detailed exam. The staff are also very friendly and extremely helpful.

Dr. Fritts is by far the Best optometrist in Southwest Oklahoma. The staff is friendly & healthful, they have the best selection of frames in town, expert knowledge & eye testing equipment that exceeds local competitors. Dr. Fritts provided me with contacts that works excellent with my need for bifocals and my severe allergies. I have been able to wear them with no problems at all.
