This is an honest opinion of the facility. I was taking my infant and elderly mother to this facility but Ive had to leave. The office itself is not kept. There are stains on the walls, ceilings and the infant waiting room is never clean. The chairs have accumulated thick dust and the carpet is dirty. I personally wipe down the chairs in the waiting room before sitting down and not dare let me infant touch anything. Once you are in a room to be seen there is no air circulation. It gets stuffy and hot quickly, especially when youve been waiting an hour to be seen. They have a nurse that walks around in flip flops which I think is highly unsanitary and I hope she doesnt ever have to draw blood at anytime. All in all Dr. Bunch and his nurse practitioner seem overwhelmed and rushed in giving diagnosis. I would personally seek services elsewhere.

Rude girls(not ladies)they mixed up my payment information and now im in dept with them. Will be looking for a new family dr.

The front desk people are extremely rude! One lady rolled her eyes and said “oh my god” as if she was very annoyed by a simple question i asked? TERRIBLE SERVICE

I am personally very happy with this dr, his staff, and office. I have been seeing him as my PC for going on 20 years and the whole staff always goes above and beyond to see me when I need to get in and always jump through hoops with my insurance company. The office is always very clean and professional. In all myself nor any family or friends I have sent to him have every had a complaint.

Would give 0 stars if possible. If you’re here for work and need to see a doctor, go to Amarillo or another town at the very least because Dr. Bunch will treat you like you don’t know what’s wrong with you when you’re the one experiencing it. Just read the other reviews.

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. Dr. Bunch doesn’t listen to anything you have to say. His words exactly to me about an issue I was having, “sometimes I don’t even know what I’m doing and in this case I have no clue”. Why go and pay someone money who isn’t going to help fix your health issues? Save YOUR time and money because he will completely waste both. Worst dr I’ve ever seen, and I’ve been to many.

Well, I didnt die! If youre not a picky cry baby, this place isnt bad. If you want a better experience, maybe you shouldnt live in small town Texas with limited options. Ive survived on Bunchs care for 25 years...but then again I am a super human!

Customer service is rude and people behind the first desk are extremely rude. Sent my baby home with nothing wrong with her and ended up having to take her to the ER with a fever of 104.9° because she had an infection. Told me to check back up with bunch office the following, tried and they said they cannot get her in. Worst service ever, very disappointing

We begged and begged my dad to get a physical for months and months because of his terrible wheezing, inability to breathe, his constant tiredness, and lack of being able to sleep and his terrible snoring. We knew something was wrong and we needed help, my dad being very stubborn FINALLY WENT to Dr Bunch. Dr. Bunch did not do a physical, he did not do blood work, only said You are fat and you smoke. Thats it. My dad did smoke and my dad was not obese but was overweight. Turns out my dad had asthma, congestive heart failure and had to be put on oxygen. My dad is now DEAD because of Dr. Bunchs failure to do a proper physical. Had Dr. Bunch done a proper physical, taken some blood work, maybe sent my dad to a heart doctor, SOMETHING JUST SOMETHING this could have been totally preventable. My dad walked out of there with the false security that he just needed to lose weight and stop smoking (though smoking is a big deal, this was not the whole of the problem, it may have been part of the cause but there was much more going on.) For someone to have claimed friendships with my dad at one point or another (only in words I suppose) he sure didnt treat him. This doctor is only worried about his welfare and medicaid patients. Take your business elsewhere because this doctor will not do his job, and if you have a serious problem he will not catch it or even try to catch it and you will end up in worse shape or worse. Like I said, my dad is DEAD now. A PROPER physical could have caught all of this much earlier and he might still be here with us.

Worse customer service ever. Even with an appointment they make me wait over an hour before my baby daughter was seen. Ladys behind the desk are rude and seem careless

Hated this dr office. Pretty much everyone is rude, the dr DOES NOT listen at all, and is a smart ellic. Ive tried to get a different dr several times and even though I signed the medical release forms each time in order for my children and I to become a patient elsewhere, these people have failed every time to send our medical records to the new dr. I am now living in another state and once again, I have signed medical release forms for our new dr and once again Dr. Bunch and his staff has failed to send any of our medical records to the new dr. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS DR!!

Southren hospitality?? Not here!! Every one had a horrible attitude. I have never been treated this badly at a doctors office before, the receptionist was very rude and the doctor made it clear that she did not want me or my children there! I actually left in tears.

I hate going to doctors in general. I go when I’m in dire need. Don’t go here. You’ll be waiting for a long time, and the appointment in general will disappoint you.

I was so sick and I had problems getting in to see the doctor. They could not make an appointment that day when I needed it. Had to work the next day and Im on call. Told the the lady who answered the phone and she didnt care. Front desk people were rude and need to be fired! I went to a Doc in the box that got me in right away. Just had to go to Amarillo instead. But was worth it!

This place moved.
