Avoid this place. worst place to be as a expecting mom.

I had my 1st appointment in September, I waited an hour past my appointment to see the doctor. They put me in an unclean and unused room that didn’t have napkins or paper towels for me to wipe the cream off of me. The doctor didn’t ask questions at all. 3 people went before me and I was there before all 3 with an earlier appointment. The staff is rude! I am here today 10/21/20 at 8:50 for an appointment at 9 am and no one is HERE!!! Literally no one!! It’s unorganized. I suggest you find a better doctor and staff. Everyone’s time is valuable not just doctors! Who want to be out in this environment longer than they have to pregnant!! Finding a new doctor!!! DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY!!

A terrible clinic. Don’t come here. At present, in 37 weeks, I was asked to go to the hospital to make an ultrasound appointment. Their front desk has not sent my information to the hospital. As a result, the hospital can’t get an ultrasound appointment. Very irresponsible. The doctor’s attitude is very poor.

I dont know where the negative comments are coming from. Ive always had a good experience with Dr. Shirley during appointments. She delivered my first child by doing C-Section. She did an excellent job.

This office is horrible! Not up to date on modern to day equipment. If you are pregnant I really recommend you find an OB that is up to date on what is going on. The doctor rushes you , front desk is unorganized. Office is nasty, and very unprofessional . How can you run an OB office like that?? Please go some where else especially if your are expecting! You want your baby to have the best care... this is not it!

Horrible experience! They waste your time and money! I was scared about test results that were not disclosed and given wrong information. Over charged twice. Rescheduled without being contacted. Waited for 2-3 hours after my appointment and moved several times before being seen by the doctor. The staff does not speak English or know how to do their jobs and bumble around looking lost. I can’t say enough how aweful my experience was. On top of they had me come in 5 times in a month, probably just for my money, since they just changed offices.

We have had a great experience with Dr Cao. Very friendly and alot of help.

Im hoping I dont go into early labour during her vacation time for the second. I trust her with the stitching, if thats needed.Furthermore, her staff has always been helpful. Just because someone has an accent, it doesnt mean that they are incoherent or unable to help.

I used Dr. Cao, Xuan for ovary removal I thought she was a wonderful doctor. I was very pleased with her performance as a doctor very considerate of your feelings.

She did a wonderful job ! Even though I had a c section she stitched me up GREAT! I KNOW SCARS are not the prettiest things ever but she made mine look good. Great place everyone is also extremely nice :)

Ive been coming here for three years just b/c Im too afraid to change Drs. Over time the place got worse. My first pregnancy I had to have a c-section and she was 2 hours late. Although she delivered my baby safely I questioned things while waiting. Second surgery also late. And third surgery late even with the hospital trying to get ahold of her all three time. Then to top it all off they ask for a ridiculous amount of money for a deposit b4 getting with insurance company. Then on post-op visit ask for remaining balance b4 insurance company gets back to them. I sorry to say that I feel like they are more interested in my money than my wellness.

Dr. Cao is rude. She told ne I have bad genetics because some people in my family died from cancer. She also refused to give me a referral. She assumed that I am on medicade and I should know that Medicade does not cover fertility testing. I feel that she assumed I was on medicade because Im African. Im nit even on Medicated. I was highly offended. Another young African A girl had an abortion and she referrered to it in medical terms to this young girl as as a miscarriage. The young woman cried and pleaded with her that she did nitbhave an abortiin. Dr. Chow kept telling her she did without explaining what it means. The girl was traumatized and she went to Gwinnet Medical for a scan and she was crying. Dr. Cao encourages black women not to concieve. She tries very hard to tell you all tge cons of conception. She refused to give me a referral to get fertility testing until I demanded it. And she double bills. Gwinnett Medical Center on P.T. industrial knows that she double bills. She is mean, condesending, and predjudice. The Asian doctors she is affliated with only reffer out to each other. They dont wantbyountongo anywhere else.

I just want to give a fair review about Dr. Cao. I think she is fine. The major differences here and most the complains are from that they ask you pay the co-pay or put a deposit before a surgery or seeing the doctor or do the ultrasound no matter your insurance covers it or not. It is very different from regular Obgyn or clinics. They do give you money back when your case close (I had a surgery and after about 5-6 month I received a check from them but no any other details).And they apparently run tight on officers/nurses so the front desk are mostly busy and it’s also very normal they pick up the phone but ask you to wait on the other end. The clinic is small so expect to have less privacy. To be honest I think other ob clinics let you wait about the same amount of time as well, just they hide everything behind the door. Here you can see they deal with everything basically in front of you.Right now we see Dr. Cao and Jennifer(nurse practitioner) for regular prenatal checkup. I guess it’s because we are in the stable second trimester now although we were never told we will be seen by someone else than Dr. Cao.Also I would avoid non-ultrasound appointments on Monday afternoon and Thursday morning because it’s the time they do ultrasound and the whole clinic is crazy busy.Overall I would actually give 3.5 stars. For that the pharmacy almost never receive the prescription and medical record for another obgyn that does level 2 ultrasound for the first time. We almost always have to call back to ask for resend. It could be the system’s fault but I just feel we wasted a lot of time on it. Getting a paper prescription is definitely easier if you decide to be seen by Dr. Cao. And also there are many things they don’t explain unless you ask. And the billing issue. If you are precise on money or are busy making ends meet you won’t like it here.We will have to transfer to other state because my husband’s job. Cross-fingers that the transferring is smooth and will update that later on.

Saw this doctor last year when my insurance changed. She was very nice and knowledgeable and had a friendly staff. I would go back to her in the future.

I have no idea why it is so freaking difficult to get my exam result from this clinic which was the only reason why I went through a lot of trouble to see the doctor. I called the office several times and left voice message, but I still dont know my result three weeks after my visit.

I was reluctant to see this doctor after reading so many negative reviews. I went there anyway in spite of all these, hoping to give it a try. However it turned out to be a terrible experience. Cheap looking and not so clean office, low notch devices, rude and unhelpful doctor and receptionists (except for the nurse who tests blood pressure, she is the only nice person I met here). Making money is their first priority, patients come the last. They will ask you to pay the money before waiting to be be seen by the doctor. Very disappointed, will NOT come back again and definitely will NOT recommend this doctor to anyone else.

I have never been so unsatisfied by a health provider. Dont go to this place! It is full of liars who want your money! I had a procedure done on 8/4/2015 and 8/27 and put down a $200 deposit each time. It is now 12/23 and Im writing this review. I have yet to receive my refund. They will tell you its the insurance company but I always call the insurance company before speaking to them. The insurance already told me the amount I have to pay and the rest will be refunded by the doctor. I am sitting here four months later with no refund. MAD & ANGRY. They told me to get the check in 3-5 business days on 12/10. I went to get the check on 12/22 and they said they didnt have and would call back the next day. Now they tell me I have to wait until 1/1! This is ridiculous. I just want my refund and to move on. The office billed the insurance company twice each time I saw her. They are highly disorganized. Please stay away. I have transferred to a different OBGYN who fixed my problem in one appointment, while I had to see Dr. Cao over 5 times to try to locate the cancerous cells. I got cryo-therapy done at another office and am feeling great. Please stay away whatever you do！

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! terrible service. rude front desk( was made to hold for over 20 before being hung up) insanely slow and unresponsive. Erroneous prescriptions all the time!!! Seriously, please shut down your business and stop inconveniencing people.

Stopped seeing me at 24 weeks and when I tried to switch doctors they took over a month to send me records to the new doctor and then put a bunch of lies into my file so that no other doctor will accept me as a patient. Im now 34 weeks pregnant and cant get access to any prenatal care. Im extremely upset and dont know what to do. I have no idea if my baby is even okay at this point and I cant get any medical help.

I’m pregnant and only about 6 weeks but I have been very ill so I went into this office and I paid $200 because I’m self pay for now and the doctor only talked to me for 5-7 minutes. Didn’t check me or anything. And when I called and asked is this standard procedure all of a sudden the doctor isn’t there

At first I was scared, but my gynecologist Dr Xuan Cao, anesthesiologist Jennifer, nurse anne, and There is a sister named Grace at the front desk. Their attitude made me feel very kind. I was no longer afraid and felt like family. Thank you!

I paid cash since I just moved to this area, the doctor rushes you, nurses dont know what they were doing... didnt get my exam results after two months of waiting. called several times, never get my prescription even though they told me already sent to pharmacy. Please go to another office if you can. This is just a waste of time and money.After waiting for two full months, I was cured of my illness, and I have not received the prescription. The test results are still delayed, and no one answers the call. After more than a month, I called and told me that the sample was not enough and it was very unprofessional.
