Great customer service! I gave them the information over the phone and they were able to get approval for a knee brace in less than 2 hours. I then went to the store and she adjusted it for me and gave me a manual. The brace is helping a lot and I am very happy with how fast and efficient they are.

Wow this company will be the only company I would deal with ever deal with again for a breast pump. The customer service via phone was excellent. I do not remember the lady I spoke with but she needs to stay and the company should do whatever to keep her spirits up. Awesome customer service! Fast delivery! A couple days before I delivered my baby, like all my great procrastinators, I did not have a breastpump. We had to rent a wheelchair due to a recent injury. We called a number of medical supply companies in the greater Gwinnett County area but most of them didn’t carry rentals. We were fortunate to speak with a wonderful woman at Worthy Medical Supply. Patella was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about her merchandise and set aside a wheelchair for us. She even called to remind us to pick it up before she closed up for the night. When we arrived, she had the chair and paperwork waiting for us. We highly recommend Worthy and the saleswoman Patella next time you need medical equipment.
