If I could give Dr. Elizabeth Gibbons zero stars, I would! I’ve always been a proponent of St. Luke’s over the other big player in town, but sadly, when I started caring for my mother who has dementia/Alzheimer’s, I wanted to bring my mom to Gibbons because I viewed her as a good doctor at the time and boy was I mistaken (she was my doc too). Quickly, I learned that Gibbons was treating my mother cookie cutter for her disease and not listening to family or even being remotely compassionate. She would behave as if she took our concerns into her decisions yet decided to take my mother off of a med she needed at night due to her extreme anxiety without consulting family first. We tried to fill it and that was how we found out!! For the first week of Moms move into assisted living, she couldn’t sleep. I called Denfeld Med several times to discuss the issue with the doc only to have a return call from a no-name assistant that didn’t know anything other than to relay the message over and over that the Rx wouldn’t be filled. Where’s the compassion for my Mom and her situation? Where’s the professional understanding and concern for the families wishes? Not here and not with this doctor. Heed my warning.. think twice if you want to be involved with your own care and to be a part in your own decisions or that of someone you love. She is a dictator and a garbage-individual.

Dr Schaefer is a wonderful dr. Even though she is always booked she still makes time to return messages.

Move to another hospital in town immediately.St. Lukes service is similar to these reviews. Not only cookie cutter Drs and cookie cutter service. But only responding to the 1stars with the same copy/paste response...really shows they care........Not!So to tell my story quick.. I asked St Lukes, on a Saturday so my dentist was closed, for a very basic service to help with a swollen infected tooth and was denied. So I called the other place and set up a video call right away and was taken care of! Saving the swollen infection under my right eye! What a relief it was!!So.. St. Lukes owner please dont bother copying and pasting your cookie cutter comment. Iv already seen it, the number and the email. Which Im calling and persuing this major issue to find out exactly why I wasnt taken care of!Thanks for nothing,Andrew J. Ovind Sr.

Been comming here for yrs an I have no complaints. Im in an out withn 30min. Iv had Drs change on me but other then that all good

Was scheduled for PT, they did not send out an appointment reminder (refused to send out a card) and then even lied about calling me and not being able to leave a voice mail on the 16th. I have voicemail set up, but good to know this place is trash.

Went for physical therapy. Asked the price per appointment and was given an unclear response (depends after insurance, which wasnt what I had asked). Come to find out before insurance is was billed at $381 per 45 minute visit. So, my advice is to ask before going on exactly what the price is without insurance so you know the starting point. If only they had communicated this as asked initially, I would have been able to plan accordingly. My rating is reflective of the deeply inadequate communication.

Always wonderful and caring staff. Phone Svc, Greeting, and my Dr. Fabulous Dr. Schaefer. My whole family just loves her; or keeps us another Dr in the St. Lukes clinic. She also corespondent with my oncologist in Madison.

Receptionist at this place is absolutely nuts, and should not be working at a clinic or any other place related to customer service! Be wary of this, and complain about her, so you dont have to deal with this power tripping vindictive attitude when you seek health care! Absolute nightmare of service!

Doctors here do not seem very educated on how to diagnose things went there after having a fever and started to develop a rash was diagnosed with a virus turns out I had a very serious Staph infection which required antibiotics..
