The two girls up front are so rude and have the worse attitude towards the customers. They don’t communicate properly or act with respect towards others especially to the patients going in. They give you paperwork with attitude and also don’t give out the right information and make patients waste time. Never experienced this kind of service at an urgent care. Professionalism is with respect and kindness and not talk about the patients right in front of them, while they are watching and hearing you. Ridiculous.

The longest unnecessary wait time. Here for a drug test for a employer. Should not take hours to pee in a cup. Drug tests should not be waiting as long as patients here to see a provider. You walk in sign all the forms provide your drivers license and then they don’t actually “check you in” for a whole hour after you checked in. This place is poorly run and has no regard for peoples time.

Discriminates against whites, based on race , with overall treatment and wait times.I was warned I must wait 2 or more hours for my pre employment urine screen , by the all African American staff up front .AFTER , I already called ahead.Then while waiting I saw 2 non-white clients, who had litteraly just walked into the establishment , wait less than 5 minutes , for the exact same scenario as myself .African American, clientele were also not advised or warned of any excessive wait times , when approaching the front desk counter .I will definitely be doing some follow-up with the appropriate Government Agencies on this one.

Had to do a UA for work, Truck Driver.The lady who drew my blood was awesome. She was a delight to talk to. Made you feel at ease. Overall the whole experience was good.

Very nice and thoughtful staff. I had to wait but they took care of me and were very kind and apologetic for the wait. The time flew by and they were very professional.

The girl in the front was rude and not friendly at all to us when we checked in. She made us feel very unwelcomed. Then the guy that came out from the back and asked why are all these people here still. We got there at 4:07pm and they close at 5pm. I had to leave work early just to be there during their working hours and not show up at close. I would give 0 Stars if I could.

I needed to complete a drug screen for a new job and the Lawrenceville location quoted a 4 hour wait time. I didnt even spend an hour at this location. I was given a friendly greeting, was provided paperwork to fill out, and emailed my drug screen authorization form with ease. Within 15 to 20 minutes I was called back to complete the test and was on my way in about 10 minutes (if that). All the staff I communicated with were friendly and seemed to genuinely like their job. I would definitely go back to this location.

The lady at the front desk that signed me in was very rude and had an attitude. Once I was called back by the nurse the experience was much better and went quickly and without issue.

Everyone in there are very helpful and cheerful. Except for the Dr. who is absolutely dressed well just to treat his Pt’s as a routine and doesn’t answer any questions - arrogant!

Long wait time to be seen, but the staff was very efficient despite being short.They we’re very courteous and welcoming as well. I would definitely recommend this place. Just be patient with them. They really are doing a great job.

The process for getting a drug screen done is horrible. They make you wait like everyone else, even when you arrive with a full bladder. I was told I had an hour to wait. Ive had to pee twice since Ive been here. Getting a drug test should not take as long as seeing a provider. Drug screens should be separate. Peeing in a cup does not take that long and should not be processed with regular patients.

Within the two weeks that I have been going to Concentra Urgent Care and Physical therapy my pain has really shot down. They are helping my pain gracefully and I am feeling so much better

Front desk lady could use some politeness lessons.

The young woman at the check in counter not to be confused with the slender one, was extremely abrasive and rude upon entering. I asked for a mask and she repeated she was all out and I would have to purchase on from the shop next door. After asserting that it is policy to provide masks if they are required she argued until eventually giving up and opening a new box in her desk drawer. Without hesitation she made remarks about other patients being seen and also was verbally aggressive to a FEDEX driver trying to do her job. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Good service, The doctor was very direct, the bathrooms were clean, the staff was very informative.

The nurses were so nice, but from start to finish it took 90 minutes, even though the items that were taken care of took only 15. I waited another 25 minutes after the checklist for the doctor to exam and he ended up saying hi and by at the door and said everything is good.I mean, seriously 25 minutes to just sit there for nothing to do, and not seeing the actual doctor?The staff were very sweet, which is why Im giving it a 3.

Always quick and easy , I go to them for drug tests and DOT medical recertification, less than an hour start to finish . They are about 12 miles further than the closest Concentra but I save about 2 hours even with the extra drive .

I had a great, easy experience. I went for my new employee testing. I took away a star only because I was forgotten in the room, by mistake of course. The Physician didnt know I was in there in all fairness and I work in the medical field so I know it happens but I had to come out after 40 minutes to find somebody. Otherwise, everybody was so nice and apologetic. Kevin was amazing and funny and I barely felt the shot and blood draw. I would recommend this place.

This is the UC my work place uses for our eye and ear exams. Once you actually get to see the doctor its great but the wait to see the doctor last time I went was nearly two hours.

I was able to wait in my car until they had a room available for me. They called me when they were ready which was nice, the wait was about an hour. The nurses were very sweet and friendly. The doctor was nice, but I don’t feel she did anything, it was a waste of time overall. The issue I came in for is still not fixed. The doctor didn’t do anything. I wouldn’t go back just because it doesn’t seem like they have very experienced doctors. I’d recommend going to another Urgent Care facility.

Front desk was friendly and extremely inviting. On this particular day the clinic was short staffed (only know this because I over heard it). However, you wouldnt have known. They were professional, kept a sense of humor and gave me all the attention I needed.

Went there for a pre employment physical. Facility was nice, receptionist were kind and very professional. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and they got me in and got me out very quickly.

The wait was too long just to give urine. They should have designated personnel for the different services. People just giving urine should not have to wait for DOT drivers to process. Two hours is a long time just to pee. And it seemed like the intake processing too a while as well. I sat for at least 30/45 minutes before the intake clerk ask me for credentials. Too long. But the facility was clean and they offered snacks.

The service was excellent and I would give them a full five stars for that. However, I did wait inside rather than what other doctors offices are doing right now and having patience be called in when it is their turn. There were at least eight others in the waiting room at the same time. However, I did not have to wait very long. The staff are also very friendly and professional.

I have used Concentra for years personally and when my staff needs a physical and drug screen. Without a doubt they have always given exceptional service!

Sent an employee of mine to this clinic for a physical and rapid drug screen for an urgent upcoming job assignment offshore. Called ahead to verify they could perform a 10-panel instant drug screen along with the physical, which they confirmed they could. Instead, they performed a regulated drug screen instead of the type requested. Employee even showed them an email outlining exactly what needed to be performed. Now we will have to pay for ANOTHER drug screen at a separate location. Very disappointed

It was a storm the night before my appointment and the lights were out at the Norcross location I was supposed to get services. The nurse arranged a ride for me to get to another location that was far from my house so I could get my medical for my new job. Everyone was working hard to get us in and out at Johns Creek locations. Amazing care and customer service. They explained everything that was done and didnt do it I didnt need done.

The initial process in the waiting room was fine and appropriate. The second phase had a young med tech take my vitals, etc (which were also fine) I was interested in taking on a position serving the US Government possibly in a reserve status or where I could help with my skill set. The first physical test was sit-up for one minute followed by push-ups also for a minute. Both went fine. The last was a bit more specific. For five minutes, They require you to step up on a one foot step, then place your other foot along side, then repeat in stepping down. It must be done with a 120 beat per minute step for the five minutes. I followed the instructions but tried to switch the lead foot half way into the test. The person testing me quickly proclaimed the test over, thats it. When I returned home, I read the parameters of the test which allow you to miss up to six beats so as to switch your lead foot, etc. I was failed for something that was clearly allowed. I would also add that the lady who stopped me was clearly not happy with my endeavors in possibly working with the US government. Politics should not get in the way of being a medical profession.

Went for a job physical and drug screen, wait time was short and staff was super friendly and helpful, I was completely satisfied with my experience at Concentra Urgent Care!

Personnel were very professional and site was clean and well managed. The only complaint is that I had to wait for over an hour to be served. I was there for a drug screening for a Walmart employment offer.

Waited 1 hr after getting there at 8:00 am to take a drug test. Ridiculous for a 2 minute process.

Went to this urgent care because of a medical condition that requires, wait for it, urgent... care.This place opens at 8 AM. Arrived at approximately 8:05 where there were already 5 or so other patients waiting. At 8:30 the front desk attendant announced that the doctor was running late due to traffic.This isnt a coffee shop. This isnt a grocery store or a oil change shop. A DOCTOR should know better, should be aware of traffic. These are people who are sick, injured or in some need of URGENT care. While the service was reasonable once we got it over an hour after arriving, it is completely unacceptable to run an urgent care facility and not have urgent care services available when you are open.A doctor should know better. This is Atlanta. Everyone knows traffic sucks in the morning. I would not recommend. The people are paying money for a service, and promptness and reasonable consideration for ones time is not something offered here based on this experience.

Do not go to this urgent care!! I took my husband in because he has been having chronic stomach pain. He waited approx 45 minutes before a doctor called him on his phone and spoke with him about his condition while he was sitting in a room full of patients!! Why not call him back to an examination room?! This is definitely a violation of HIPPA laws!! Additionally my husbands vitals were never taken which is normal protocol. Without even examining him, the doctor ended up referring him to an ER for CT. What a horrible waste of time!!

If a customer comes in for a specific service that you provide, you provide them with that service. What you DO NOT DO, is provide what you think he should have or what you think is best. Laughable that we must call and email these clinics to micromanage that they are actually doing what our employee is requesting and not what they feel like he should get.

When I arrived there were 5 people in the waiting room. I didn’t print out the sheet for the company drug screen so the receptionist asked to see the email then added a small slip with an email address. I did this then slid the slip back on her desk. I sat down for a couple of minutes to fill out the forms for the drug screen and then returned them and asked for a wait time. She said 30-40 min I was on lunch break so I ask if there was a way to speed up the process. She said everyone else was in front of me which I had no problem with but there were other people coming in being seen before me and I was only there for a 5 minute drug test so I don’t see why I had to wait

I had a great experience coming here for the first time! The wait time was a little long, but it went by very quickly and we were even offered water bottles and snacks while we waited!

I was waiting for more than one and half hour for 2 min test. Other than test (Drug, blood) for everything they take appointment and people come and leave on time. I was not allowed to take appointment and keep on sitting for 2min rest. Should be changed at least for elderly people.

The staff was amazing. They made me feel so welcome, as I was getting my Dot physical. My doctor was great, we talked about where he was from and everything. This place I will send all my friends Thanks.

This location was perfect, very clean and quick response even though they were busy. In fact one employee came in on her day off to assist and she had a great personality and was very friendly. The nurse and Dr were great with what they needed and what I needed to get answers.

Clean with a cool temperature and nice decor. Ms ALLIE was training someone when I arrived. A young Hispanic female who was very pleasant. Allie wasn’t so welcoming to me. She did give good service to the people that came in after me. All the other employees I encountered were very welcoming and friendly.Peppermints, a digital clock and pens were at sign-in desk. There was coffee available and a television to watch.They gave away snacks, drinks and headphones which was really cool. It was a long wait and it wasn’t crowded when I arrived.

I was only there for a pre-employment drug test. While I waited to be called on I was enjoying the wait. Heres why, the lobby was clean and comfortable. Coffee in the air and snacks displayed for an easy selection. TV monitors and various magazines. My wait was just a little over an half hour, but to be honest, I wasnt aware it...and thats a good thing. Thanks Concentra for caring.Juan

This was my first experience with a Concentra clinic. What a delight! From the smile I was greeted with at check-in to the efficiency of the testing facility to the very patient-friendly doctor who then directed me to physical therapy at the very same appointment right in this Clinic, I couldnt be more satisfied. 6 stars! The coffee and bottled water in the reception area was icing on the cake! Well done!!

I had an amazing visit with the Concentra - Medlock Bridge/Abbott’s Bridge Road location the receptionist was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I had my toddler niece with me and she immediately grabbed two snacks and a juice for me to give to her. The coffee area was fresh and maintained well. They maintained my privacy throughout the collection of my documents and my visit. On my follow up visit, the doctor was extremely patient in explaining everything to me and they provided me with all of the documentation that I needed on the spot to make sure my home records were complete. Even with a busy office, the nurse/MA came out to apologize for any wait and moved the patients along as quickly as possible. Thank you for making this visit very positive. If needed, I will be back.

Upon entering, all employees i encountered were very respectful, professional and customer service oriented at every level. They informed me of my probable wait time, to which was much a shorter wait time.They asked if i needed anything and if i was alright during my wait. I definitely will choose this location for any non-emergency visits. The front desk young lady was exceptional. Thank you for a comfortable experience.

This was my first visit. We changed insurance and the urgent Care facility that I have been using for quite a while is not on the new insurance. I was leery of using a new facility but was pleased with the doctor, staff and cleanliness of the facility. I felt that care and concern was given to me and the issue that had me seeking medical attention. So far, the treatment that was given and prescribed for me seems to be correcting my condition. I was very pleased with my experience at this Concentra facility.

Terrible service and sower than anyone can imagine. Place is dirty and unhygienic. I would rather drive 30 minutes to get my drug screening done rather than driving 5 mins to this location and waiting for 90 minutes.

This is the best facility I’ve ever been to! I was treated with kindness and professionalism from the beginning of my visit to the end. I highly recommend this Concentra!! First rate staff!

My experience was terrific! I had to take a drug screening for employment and was given the paperwork to fill out by Theresa and Diamond whom were very helpful through the whole process. My wait time was very fast and effficent. As soon as my paperwork was done I was checked in and ready to go. Results came back fast as well. I recommended this place to all my coworkers. Especially the people who helped me with my paperwork and answering all my questions. Thank you!

4 hours just to pee into a cup

The visit was great , from the front desk to the nurse that took me through my respirator fit test, to the doctor that gave me a physical check up was very professional and kind, they made me feel relaxed, I felt they really cared and concerned about me, great staff, keep it up.

This Concentra Office was the absolute BEST!! IEvery person I encountered treated me and everyone else in the office as family . The staff was warm and welcoming.i was unable to make my appointment time and spoke to Lorianne each of the 3 times I had to call back and change the times. Lorianne was empaoof my obstacles and even offered my children snacks and beverages. I would definitely go back and recommend this location to anyone needing services.

Definitely enjoyed my experience at Concentra. Always prefer to come to this location for physicals because they get you in and out in a timely manner while keeping things professional. The front desk employees are polite and the bathrooms are in top shape. They always have some coffee/refreshments on hand and plenty of magazines to help you knock out your waiting time. Plus the World Cup was on TV when I went and the game was mad exciting, lol!

Everyone was exceptionally helpful & courteous while I was there. It was busy & crowded, but I felt attended to appropriately and in a timely manner. I highly recommend!

I love the office manager at the Johns Creek location. She remembers you from previous visits, despite the high census of patients they routinely see, and always has a smile, despite the workload. In fact, I can’t think of even one staff/patient interface where they weren’t friendly and helpful. A+ Loved the PRN Physical Therapist, as well!

Dr Pratt was wonderful and listened to my symptoms. I will definitely go to back to concentra if I need to.

I was required to use Concentra for a pre-employment drug screen/health assessment. HR scheduled the appointment for me. I needed a Saturday appointment in order to not delay my start date. Upon arrival, I was told Concentra could not do the blood work required because they didn’t have lab pick up on weekends. Apparently a new employee scheduled me in error, as Saturday is not an option. I suggested they call for a pick up, being I worked at a lab and that’s our weekend protocol. They agreed to and I was able to proceed with my appointment. I’m grateful they allowed me to proceed, even though I waited over an hour past my appointment time (had nothing to do with the appointment error). The lab tech and doctor were very nice. The visit progressed nicely once I was called back, and I was out within 20-30 minutes. I witnessed the tech call for the lab pick up. My only criticism is they need to make sure their new hires know the scheduling details, and calling for a lab pick up should be part of their protocol. Do they refuse weekend patients that need blood work regularly? Their competitors do not!

Knowing this is a walk-in clinic I arrived early, right when the doors were unlocked, at 8am. I was the first person to arrive and sign in. Even with me being the first in the clinic another individual was taken in front of me. I then waited 40 minutes to be called back while we could see/hear multiple employees speak about how hard the other patient was, while we were all in the lobby. I was called back, after the wait, and was only needing a quick blood draw. The phlebotomist started with my right arm and had some trouble. She left the needle in my arm for nearly 3 minutes as she tried to get it in the vessel as she wasn’t getting much return. She switched arms and quickly got what she needed. My arms have two very large bruises on them, ecspecially the right as she perforated the vein. I went and took some Bayer to prevent any chance at venous spasm/phlebitis type issues.Being in the medical field I fully understand the stresses of this business but this was a very poor experience. I have easy access vessels as well so was very surprised by the issues here. I will not be going back.

Waited one and half hours for a simple drug test. I had to go express my displeasure after sitting so long before I was finally called in to be tested. I was told they only had one nurse on duty with the waiting room full. Other than the long wait, the service provided was uneventful and quick.

The Doctor was nice but weird, first thing out his mouth was my BMI , he knew nothing about me, nor did he ask any questions about me, but decided i was at risk for sleep apnoea because i was 269 lbs and 2 points over. I came in for a drug test and physical for a job. I left out with his request for me to take an at home sleep test, and then have it signed off by God knows who, and I would have to pay for it. This is to supposedly prevent me from getting dementia and ending up in a nursing home! Really? Oh and by the way, any person under the weight of 260 lbs., I guess they are not considered at risk? i feel discriminated against. Disregarded the fact that I am 53 years old and healthy, I do not have high blood pressure, diabetes, or any other diseases , including sleep apnoea, and do not take any medications for any illnesses. He couldnt find anything wrong so he had to come up with something!

I went to the Concentra Urgent care in John’s Creek for a new, employee health screening. The staff was very welcoming and professional. Each person I interacted with was clear with their instructions and presented with a smile. As a healthcare professional, I have a high standard of what I like to see in practice when I am in the “patient” role and the staff was exceptional.

I went in to take an employment drug screen and the wait time was ridiculously slow just to take a 5 minute test. Either hire more help or retain there employees on their positions.

The front desk lady was very polite and efficient checking me in. The tech that did my blood draw, flu shot, and drug screening was very competent and was very professional and courteous. The doctor I met was a pleasant man although he only said about three words total to me. The lady who reviewed my paperwork before I left was very nice and made sure all my stuff was together. All in all, a very pleasant, very prompt, and very thorough visit considering all that had to be done for my pre employment.

It’s a very nice place. The staff makes one feel comfortable. And this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a DOT physical.

The absolute worst DOT Physical experience I’ve had in 13 years of driving! I’m 6’3” 295 of muscle and they tell me my BMI and neck circumstance is too high for two year card. What a joke! Now I have to waste money on sleep study and get a 90 day card!

I m leaving 1 star because you cant leave zero. The company I work for set up an appointment for 3 employees for 10 a.m., myself included. At around 12:15 I was finally told to go wait in an exam room. Where I sat for an additional 30 to 45 minutes to have what might have been a registered nurse or maybe the janitor posing as a Dr. Come spend maybe 30 seconds to check my breathing.. So. If you are ok with wasting an entire day and love to be seen by unqualified staff this is your place. Mind you I just completed a 10 hour graveyard shift and finally made it back home at 3pm.

The nurse & staff were very friendly. However I got there around 2:50pm and was taken to the back shortly after that. I stayed in the exam room and the doctor did not come in until 5:00pm. The nurse did come check on me. I just think the wait time was extremely long. Besides that everything else was great.

I visited this facility for pre-employment drug screening. There was minimal paperwork involved and I was there only about 20 minutes. Staff was professional and efficient.
