I have had several of the doctors at virtual retinal surgery. They rotate through on a monthly basis from their main clinic in Minneapolis. Although I wouldn’t recommend some. Most of them have been excellent. I now work only with Dr. Parke, the one doctor that I like the best. However I do believe all of the doctors are excellent, and would recommend vitreoretinal surgery in Duluth Minnesota to anyone needing those services.

Were mixed up and arrived on the wrong day. They were extremely gracious and somehow fit me in. I was tested thoroughly for my problem. The doctor efficiently explained the pros and cons of surgery, it was my decision to make. In the end, we decided to monitor things for a few months and I’m very comfortable with that. All staff were personable and efficient.

The docotor that did my moms surgery did a good job. But the doctors and there asscoiates always seem crabby and treat us like we are stupid because I ask a simple question. Every time we need to go its with a diffrent doctor and they dont look at what the other doctor did.

Brought in my grandmother since she got a referral here and they didn’t tell us anything that was going on, the doctor only talked to the nurse he had in the room with him. He yelled at my grandmother when she didn’t do something the second it came out of her mouth, and she’s jumpy anyway so that unnerved her even more. Then they just started treating her before giving us options of treatment then left the room. Then they scheduled us another appointment without even asking when we could come back. I’m very unhappy with the whole ordeal.
