Rude!! I reached out to make an appointment and was told that I was a mess to deal with, and my insurance was a pain.....and she remembers me from talking to me so much when I was going to make an appointment months ago and ended up not. We spoke on the phone 1 time, and I have 4 emails with her! I did not fill out a single piece of paperwork so I am not sure how she would have known who my insurance even was! Beyond disgusted that this is how I was treated by someone who is supposed to help others.
