Dentist Cao and her assistants were so genuine with their services, consistently alert to care for my individual needs rather than following a basic formula. Cao communicated almost the entire time about the importance and care for those in need and she and her assistant clearly communicated their values regarding dental needs. She also made me aware of the current system’s inadequacies for the dental industry and the relationship between government reimbursements and how their office operates to continue to sustain operations effectively so they can reach as many clients as possible. Cao was respectful of my health needs to ensure that I felt supported, important, safe, and honestly cared for by all of the staff which affected my sense of well-being later. They acknowledged they couldn’t treat all needs at this time, such as cosmetic issues like teeth alignment or whitening services, though they genuinely wanted to offer the most effective and beneficial services for the public.There was some miscommunication with the administration’s office regarding appointment times, though the overall experience was honest and genuinely caring, which made me feel comfortable at all times. I hope they receive more to expand in the future, they are doing a very good service to those in need for the right reasons.

Great chiropractic office. Doc explains things well. Staff is friendly and efficient. Had a lot of pain relief immediately. Non judgmental environment. Highly recommend

There was a guy that had two kids and the person who brought the dad in said they couldn’t come back. I understand covid but childcare isn’t easy to find. The lady made the kids stay in the lobby with the female taking temperatures who was clearly a stranger. Most public places do not even have us wear masks anymore. I just don’t see the big deal if they were to sit back there..

I had a broken tooth fixed Friday. Problem is due to the severe incompetency of said dentist I literally can’t chew my food as my molars do not meet and sleep is non existent. Whenever my mouth rests it causes so much pain to the rest of my skull and jaw. I have to keep my jaw slightly agape 24/7 to not cause pain. I’ve filed a complaint with the dental boards and will not be continuing care here

They are closed for Martin Luther King Jr. day even though it says open. Most holidays will show up like this. If you call and it tries to go to voicemail after a selection, then they are closed.

Just called for new pt exams for family and was told they schedule 2 to 3 years out. Staff sounded pleasant, but obviously need to hire more providers. Sad I couldnt stay in my neighborhood for care but glad they were upfront about the wait.

Initially I was very satisfied with the clinic and my physician. Its with mixed feelings I take my business elsewhere. I really like my doctor Barbara, but the scheduling has been a mess this past year to 18 months. Its gotten harder and to get an appointment, the clinic mailed me a cancellation for my appointment scheduled 2 months in advance just a week before the date at the beginning of July. They gave me new date at the end of July when I called in and I put it on my calendar as it was given to me, but when I showed up they said I wasnt scheduled. It seems a different person is doing the scheduling every time I call. Temps?

Very kind and professional! Super gental when pulling teeth and helped with 6yr old daughter so she didnt have to watch it be done. I really like this place. They told me honestly if I had another dentist to stay there because they are so busy it takes forever between appointments. I believe I would be better off there now since Im being seen maybe once every 6 months now or more with my rude dentist. I would definitely recommend this dentist office if in need of emergency dental care!

I have been here for more than one service, and I never regret it! A couple of times Ive had a mix up in paperwork, but the care given has been wonderful.

The staff and the dentist were very friendly and professional. I was in and out with almost no waiting. The office and waiting room were clean. No problems at all : )

I absolutely LOVE this clinic...the people here are ANGELS!!! SO helpful with anything and everything. Small clinic so never much of a wait and they are so personal! I wouldn`t go anywhere else!!!!

Terrible place I have to wait for a dental appointment. I am currently pregnant and needing to see a dentist asap. But I have to wait. Currently 75th on the list. Id rather go to the cities where I can see a dentist faster. What a wreck.

Horrible... they did a paitial root canal, left it open with nerves and everything still intact was suposed to go back 1 week later to have it finished, and the morning of my appointment I received a call stating my dentist was called out on an emergency and I cant get in till the end of may!!!! **with no pain meds**

Waited 30 minutes and when i ask for an eta was told i would be next. Got passed up by 2 people that came in long after me. Walked out.

After the nurses aid told me she would call in my prescription in a 1/2 hour she final did it a day and a half later. Not professional,Plays games.
