I visited with Dr.Erin and Amy for a few months late 2019, early 2020, for neck and back pain. Although Dr.Erin seems very knowledgeable and Amy is pretty polite, the two ladies made it very clear that they had insight into my personal life. Im pretty well known, so Im not surprised when people know of or recognize me. But I wasnt expecting my doctors appointments to feel like some sort of highly judgemental networking event.During such a sensitive time in my healing process I most certainly did not want to discuss or hear anything about me that could be found on the internet or social media and I feel that the two ladies could have performed with more professionalism.I have more than enough reservations about this office and their conduct but the comments about my social media accounts surpass them all. I wasnt visiting the office to make friends, I was going based off of a suggestion provided by my attorney. Peachtree Rehab received thousands of dollars that they really didnt even deserve.In this day and age, it is somewhat wise to Google people that we have dealings with, however, some things, are just better left unsaid. As aforementioned the ladies are qualified to do their job, they just lack professionalism and empathy. I still have back pain resulting from my car accident. But I probably would have healed a lot better if I didnt have to worry about the awkward and uncomfortable comments and conversations from Dr.Erin, Amy, and their substitute staff members.

I came to the Duluth office for my time of getting chiropractor treatment. From the time of meeting Amy and Dr Erin the two ladies are amazing. When coming into the office in a rush or late for my appointment, I always felt overwhelmed. Amy and Dr. Erin always has something positive or uplifting encouragement to take the load of the stress of my shoulders. Both ladies would go above and beyond when it comes to customer service satisfaction. From the times of leaving or having no breakfast in the morning, Dr. Erin has brought in breakfast package that’s fully wrap and hand them to me. Before covid- 19 Amy always would have a smiley face that’s so welcoming and responsive. I would recommend this office to future patients.

Let me say that finding a provider and practice that truly care about their patient and course to full-body recovery, is really difficult. Dr. Erin is EVERYTHING! She has a stellar bedside manner and likes to look at your individualized health portfolio; from start to healing. Dr. Erin is so patience, so resourceful, and address the root cause of your health versus addressing symptoms. I swear it, I have come a very long way in such a short time. So much so that I light up and collaborate with her in order to reach my goals. Ooohhh and a biggie, Dr. Erin and Ms. Brenda, Dr. Mark and Ms. Esmeralda are angles from above. I was heading towards a stressful breakdown and the team partnered to ensure privacy and extra time (and a darn good ear) Just for me to breathe. Dr. Mark is such a delight and is so versatile, oh n he loves the kids. Ms. Brenda and Ms. Esmeralda are everything!

Dr. Erin and Amy are amazing. Their customer service is great and they make you feel comfortable. I never waited to be seen I always went straight to the back to start therapy. I came in with pain and left feeling like a new person. I will recommend them to anybody looking for a chiropractor.
