Great and professional personal.I fell from the house stairs of my mother-in-law. The fall was hard and painful. I urgently looked for a specialist and this office is close to my residence. The treatment is very professional, they advise me well. The support is also in Spanish something that is important for me since it is sometimes necessary. Hygiene and practices are adequate.

I have had a very positive experience with Dr. Kelly and the rest of the staff. I have always been told up front about all charges, in fact, because I have a high detectable insurance plan, they have tried to save me money wherever possible. They did this without my specifically asking them to do so.3 months ago, my back and hip pain were keeping me from participating in every day life.Now, I go in once a week, just for an adjustment, which is all I want. It takes only minutes and every time I leave feeling AMAZING!Today, I am initiating new family activities because I feel great!! Im even thinking about taking up running again!

I have been going to chiropractors since a very young age.I have used at least four different practices and nothing compares to the service that Dr. A and her staff provide at North Atlantic Chiropractic.All the staff is not only very welcoming but they are extremely professional,every visit , every time.The attention to detail from my first visit of which they did X-rays (to see what’s actually wrong) and adjustments(which they also did for free) to the following visits of targeting the pain points to help adjust my body to where it needs to be, they have been amazing and you can probably tell from this review but I absolutely love these guys.If I could give them a higher rating of five stars I certainly would. I was visiting Atalanta recently and prior to landing I threw out my back. My pain was excruciating and the lack of movement was causing me to be less productive and just miserable. Anyhow, I found Dr. Amarals office on my phone and must say that they are simple amazing. Their office has state of the art equipment and their staff is extremely attentive, kind and informative. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs help.

I REALLY DONT SEE HOW THIS OFFICE HAS A 4.8 RATING!!!! THE OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT BEING BAMBOOZLED IS VERY TRUE!!! I DID NOT CHOOSE NORTH ATLANTA CHIROPRACTOR BUT, INSTEAD THE ATTORNEY WHO WAS WORKING MY CAR ACCIDENT CASE REFERRED ME (NOT TO MENTION HE TO WAS VERY UNSCRUPULOUS). I had one of the male chiropractors try to do basically the back cracking on me and I immediately told him it was too painful and to stop treatment. He did not. He tried to keep doing it although I let him know what awful pain I was in after my auto accident. So, when he realized I was not going to do that type of treatment he stopped trying to do it. But, when i asked for my itemized bill, THEY WERE STILL CHARGING ME FOR MONTHS FOR A TREATMENT I DID NOT GET INCLUDING OTHER, CHARGES THAT I NEVER GOT OR SAW DONE FOR ME. WHEN I CONFRONTED THE CHIROPRACTOR ABOUT IT HE IMMEDIATELY FELL SILENT AND NEVER ANSWERED MY QUESTION ABOUT BEING RIPPED OFF AND OVERCHARGED FOR SOMETHING I WAS NOT GETTING AND JUST LOOKED GUILTY AS SIN. THEY KEPT IGNORING MY DEMAND FOR AN ANSWER OF WHY THEY WERE CHARGING ME FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT GET DONE. The sad part about it is they did not do anything to make me feel better. And they tried to make me stay longer just to milk more money out of me for themselves. I did not get much back from my settlement and when I asked could they go down on the bill since they overcharged me anyway, they refused. Then, I told the attorney on my case what was going on and he told me not to go to court but, he would file a filing; all to find out that he was in on it to and filed a filing against myself and not them for me deciding to hold out on the settlement money in order to reach a favorable resolution about the charges. So, either way they would have gotten the money they ripped me off and overcharged me for anyway.These people are money hungry and are deceitful!!! And I too was charged for an exam that they said would be free. Now the bigger rip of is Id already had an exam less than two months ago done just like the one they claimed was needed. Alll they had to do if the were honest business people is request a copy of the exam from the other chiropractors office, in which they did not! Thats probably the reason they are extra friendly to make you come back to feel like you are at home all the while really not to get you well but, to keep you coming to get more money out of you!!! I believe if you want real lasting results see the real pain relievers like a PHYSICAL THERAPIST!!!Dont have to worry about getting my business again!!!!

I started treatment at North Atlanta Chiropractic because I was suffering from crippling migraines. I did not want to live on narcotics, or try to manage them with Immitrex. After a thorough consultation, and exam, a treatment plan was designed for me. I visited North Atlantic Chiropractic Center after a car accident in Dec 2013. The staff is absolutely wonderful and extremely accommodating. They have flexible hours and are able to assist with just about any of you appointment needs. After visiting multiple times a week I was still experiencing lower back pain and the staff was very professional and recommended that I get an MRI to help identify the problem(Herniated Disc).After the Problem was identified they put me on a regimen of treatment that included spinal decompression. This was like a huge weight lifted off my shoulders as I immediately felt positive results from this treatment. Basically it relieved the pressure that was being put on my disc. I went from having a constant aching pain to virtually no pain in my lower back within a month. Thankfully North Atlanta Chiropractic center was there when I needed them.I highly recommend them for all your chiropractic needs.

Nine years ago, I was in a car accident rear ended when my car was sitting still on the side of the road. I did not have my seat belt on. My body was twisted as I was leaning over to help my little boy read a book while waiting for his bus at the bus stop. A man late for work thought my car was moving and plowed into us going 35 miles an hour. I went to 4 different chiropractors in Florida and none could relieve my pain. It hurt to stand! It hurt to sit! It hurt when I tired to lay down and sleep at night! I would have muscle spasms driving the car and have to pull over. I felt hopeless that I would have to live my life like this in pain. Then, I moved to Atlanta Georgia. I prayed for God to lead me to a doctor that I could trust. One day I had a feeling to stop and go into this office. It was the best decision I have made for my health. Dr. David did multiple tests on me and located the source of the problem in my neck and spine. He developed a treatment plan and very shortly after I regained my life back. I have been going faithfully here twice a week for the past eight years. I live my life to the fullest. I am an elementary teacher who gives shoulder rides to my students as a reward when they do something super! I mow my own lawn. I dance Salsa with my good looking husband. I go to Zumba classes at my YMCA. Did I mention I am 53 years young? So dont live in pain when you dont have to. There are four doctors here in this office and all of them are highly qualified. When my insurance changed with my job and it didnt cover chiropractic adjustments they worked with me and placed me on a monthly payment plan that works within my budget. I really LOVED the therapy in which I was given here. The doctors as well as the assistants are very polite, friendly, and well organized. I felt as though I were amongst family as opposed to being looked upon and treated as just another patient. I recommend coming here to anyone in need of being nursed back to health. I suffered from two injuries in my cervical spine and they were with me every step of the way , as though they themselves sustained the injury and shared the pain.

At North Atlanta Chiropractic Center I received the greatest amount of care. They were friendly, professional, and helped in every way. For five months I had pain in my foot, that I never got checked. As a result of that, I started having pain and spasms in my lower back, for about two days. Then I started having indigestion and fatigue, and needed the help, so I called the doctor. He suggested that I come in for a consultation to see what was wrong. The doctor worked his magic and now I stand straighter with no pain. With the realignment of my back, my indigestion went away and is nonexistent. I am so thankful for the staff at North Atlanta and can’t wait to tell everyone I know about them!

Where to begin... I too thought that this office and their staff was exceptional until I was bamboozled.I went to this office because it was convenient after being rear-ended in a car accident. After I stopped going, my attorney was given completely bogus information. - that the doctor that had taken my case was an out of network doctor although the office is in network. How absurd!!! The very first question that was asked by the receptionist was what type of insurance do you have? Why in the world would one go somewhere and pay of pocket when you have insurance thatll cover all expenses? I know..it doesnt make sense. Bottom line, this office will never get my business again nor a referral. I feel used and abused and for these reasons I took the time to write this review.

Dr. Amaral is very kind and knowledgeable about chiropractic. I first saw her for a lower back pain, but have also had her look at other areas as issues have come up. I work at a desk all day, so alignment is a big issue for me. She not only treated my issues, she gave me pointers and advice on how to improve my posture so that I dont continue to have problems!

I am astonished with the response to the other unhappy and ripped off and overcharged customer. The owner says IN RESPONSE they have no record OF THE PATIENT/CUSTOMER AT THEIR CLINIC when I TRACKED DOWN AND WAS ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THIS CUSTOMER WHO SHOWED PROOF OF AN ITEMIZED BILL THAT CAME DIRECTLY FROM THIS DULUTH LOCATION!!! IT IS THIS LOCATION BECAUSE SOMETIMES THERE IS A YOUNG FRONT DESK LADY IS OF SOME SPANISH DECENT AND SHE PICKS AND CHOOSE WHO SHE WANTS TO PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO. AND AT SOME POINT A WHILE AGO THERE WAS A HUSBAND AND WIFE CHIROPRACTOR WHO BOTH WORKED THERE WHO SUPPOSEDLY WERE GOING THROUGH A DIVORCE AND THIS ALL WAS RELAYED TO ME BY THE REVIEWER MRS. CLAY!!! As a chiropractor I have been covering this practice for 2 days, and this is the greatest staff that is so helpful and knowledgeable.

I was charged $90.00 for an exam which I was not told of. When I called they told me the consultation was free and then the doctor took me in the back room and starting doing the exam without telling me its $90.00. I will be calling the Director as I was not told there is a $90.00 fee.

The service here is fantastic...everyone here is very friendly and polite....my schedule is very hectic at times and they was always ready to accommodate me...since coming here my lower back pain has definitely improved..
