Hello everybody, this review is for Duluth Injury & Rehab Center on 3780 Old Norcross Rd in Duluth GA. My name is (Removed) i am (now was) one of there customers. This is a 100% honest review of there business. I found them online and went in for my shoulder/arm treatment. They treated me good and I was happy with the Doctor (Dr Hans). They gave me a payment option and made my first payment and treatment started. I made the second payment and after that I had a sudden emergency and I had to go out of town. I did not visit there location for over 2.5 weeks. They called me and I told them I can not visit them as I am out of town and will return next week. They still charged my credit card with out even asking me. (They did ask me before every time before processing a payment). This time they were worried that I may not be coming back so lets go ahead and charge him. Basically they they took money from me this time with out any treatment. They did not have any decency to let me know, that they wanted MONEY even without me being treated. Basically they proved that they cared more for the money rather than a long term customer. This is BAD BUSINESS. No one in this world have free money to throw away. I know me and other people reading this review work hard for there money. Money does not come for free !. They were suppose to charge me for treatment. I would pay and get treated. I have no idea why they charged without confirming if i am continuing my treatment or not. A Good business would have made attempts to call me/text me/email me and ask me how i am doing and if i will continue treatment. A Good business would have actually told me before attempting to charge my credit card. Please do your self a favour: Do not sign any agreements with them. Pay as you get treated. Dr Joseph Hans is the most thorough, precise, effective chiropractor I have ever been treated by. The best of the best. He is caring. He meticulously discusses each of your concerns and his recommended course of treatment. On each visit he gets a detailed update on your progress. They do varied types of treatments with me in addition to the adjustments. All feel amazing! Pain relief in my back and neck started immediately on my first visit. In my arms and foot Ive had numbness and nerve pain for months. I had 50% more feeling back by just my 2nd visit to Dr. Joe. The nerve pain is 80% gone in less than two weeks. Am a patient at Duluth injury and rehab center and am extremely pleased with the treatment and personal attention I receive every time; the staff are wonderful and always receive you warmly. I was introduced to Dr. Han by my aunt after I have been experiencing sharp pain for the past six month on the left side of my buttock all the way to my feet, I couldn’t sleep or sit for a long time, the only way that relieve the pain a little was by standing. My doctor suggests shot, but Dr. Hans was able to pinpoint the exact shot where the pain was coming from. At the consultation I did have questions regarding my injury case and how cost works and did not appreciate the dr’s response and we had a little tiff. Having the Medpay made getting chiropractic treatment from Dr. Hans much quicker and simpler after I got into the car accident. Did I mention that Dr. Hans chiropractic care significantly reduced my back and neck pain? I dont know what I would have done without his help. I am grateful for his care and health advice. One stop so I didnt have to travel all over Atlanta, fighting traffic.Did not have to wait long to be treated, that is important.
