These security guard at this store is VERY RUDE!! Once I came with my small bookbag purse and he told me I had to leave it up front. It has all my debit cards and personal items in there. I told him this is my purse and he told me its not a purse its a bookbag. I had to walk around holding all my debit cards and personal items in my hand since I couldnt bring my PURSE with me. That would have been the last time I went, but they were the only ones open so I went and gave them a second chance. I bought a few things and this time and carried no purse so it wouldnt be an issue. I realized I forgot rubberbands, so I tried to go get it really quick. I sent my daughter, they locked the doors 8 min before closing, and when I said can she just get some rubberbands....the girl asked him and he told her to tell us no. She said it with an attitude too. VERY RUDE! WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY THERE AGAIN. I shouldnt even have spent money the first time! Someone should train all of them they LITERALLY MAKE MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMERS COMING IN AND SPENDING MONEY. SO STOP TREATING THEM POORLY Smh

I’m glad they have a location on the Northside because they have everything you need from hair products, beauty products and other miscellaneous things that you’ll realize you need once you’re in the store. Basically it’s a one stop shop. They also have other locations on the Southside too.Their prices are very reasonable and most of the time their prices are cheaper than other beauty supply stores. I always compare their prices than other locations.If you can’t find an item in another store I’m pretty sure they’ll have it. They have a wide variety of products in their in their inventory.Due to COVID you are required to wear a mask while in the store and they have an officer on site to do temperature checks before entry.

After having a remarkably horrible experience at So Good Beauty and Bridal around the corner, I decided to try somewhere new. I am SO HAPPY I found Beauty Master-- this place is a beauty supply lovers dream. I found a 2-piece Sensationnel wig that was originally marked for $60 and found it marked down to $35 at the register.They have a great range of inexpensive clothes too.Eyelashes galore.A respectable formal gown collection.Bags. Hats. Belts. Jewelry.I could go on, but you get the point.Will absolutely be going back :-)

I called today asking about passion twist color hair & they lady was extremely helpful. She put me on hold to see if they had the color I was looking for & returned back to the phone with great customer service. I just found this place on google & i will be coming to shop there.

I even leave my big purse in the car to avoid being stereotyped and this lady still felt the need to watch me. Reasons why I try to shop online for all my hair items. Drove through 40mins of ATL traffic to come here. It was a serious matter and they did not disappoint. Most hair stores dont carry much variety of color and this is one of the places that does. Only downside is the distance from me and that its not black owned, Im still on the hunt though.

Location sales everything from hair to clothing which is great for some but they have no customer service skills. No one asked could they be of assistance while I was in the store. I had to ask for help which I dont feel should be the case when you are in any store.

This is by far the absolute best place to purchase any kind of formal dress with a great price! My daughter and I searched for weeks for her prom dress. We went as far as 2 hours+ from home. After a long day of searching she and I found beauty master! We walked down the stairs of the store and it was truly a Hallelujah moment for the both of us! My daughter was able to get the dress of her dreams! It was the same dress she tried on at the OVERPRICED Formal dress store in the Georgia Square Mall. That stores price was over $500! I had refused to pay over $300 for a prom dress! Beauty master had my daughters $500 dream dress for under $250! They also have a wide variety of bridal gowns, quinceanera gowns, gorgeous shoes, vaills, and much much more! Beauty master is the last stop get everything you need store for any kind of special occasion! I did not spend much time upstairs. Although, passing through I did see EVERYTHING you could need to get ready for a special occasion! They had hair extensions, hair straighteners, makeup, jewelry, skin care products for men and women. This will be the only store I ever go to for any sort of special occasion for as long as they or in business! I have never even written a review this long before. I truly do believe beauty master deserves any review that would explain to any potential customer what a great decision it would be for you to walk in the doors of the store. I just left yesterday and plan on going back Saturday. This Saturday theyre having a fashion show and at that time between 1 and 4 p.m. all dresses in the store are 50% off! I will be returning this Saturday to pick out my wedding dress!

It is a very clean and organized beauty supply store. Very big and spacious. Has a lot of items and I dont have to go to the rough area of town to get the things I need. I usually order hair online so the price that I get is cheaper online then in the store but this location will have what you are looking for if you need it fast. I love the small items and trinkets you can find at this location. Im sure there is a downstairs but Ive never been because down there because upstairs has all of the things I need. Sunglasses collection could be a little bigger but you can still find something you like. The one thing I will say is that you can always find help around the store but sometimes I did feel like I was being watched... (Ive worked in retail so I understand, plus Im not a criminal). The staff is friendly. Now when I looked at some of the purses and jewelry I did notice that some of it was over priced (compared to online) but the cheaper items are separated on a different side of the store. This beauty supply store does have larger sizes of hair products at a very good prices. Salon shampoos are sold here too but Im not sure of the prices.

They claim to have do-rags. And to b fair they just might. I was n there a tad past their 2030 closing looking for 1. I found various and sundry caps ranging from items designed specifically for dreds to wig caps. But alas, no run of the mill tie-down do-rags. Thus the reason why i gave 4 stars. But the store is pretty massive physically and enclosed with all manner of merchandise but not cluttered. I was thoroughly impressed with the sheer magnitude of product and the cleanliness of the it on display

Adriana in the bridal/prom department was so helpful, sweet, & kind to my fiance & I. She was very patient and happy to help. That was the best customer service Ive received in a long time from a clothing store. Another lady in the clothing department helped me pick out a veil today and was also very kind & helpful.

This spot has a nice selection of clippers, trimmers and hair cutting accessories. Finally found replacement blades for T-Outliner!!! Great service and friendly staff as well.

Large selection of beauty products. BUT if you are African American be prepared to be followed and watched as if you were stealing I suggest that if you have other options and the time to go elsewhere please do so. One great place to go is So Good Beauty on Steve Reynolds Blvd. They have just a little less products but the great customer service is worth going there instead.

These people follow you around the store like you are going to steal something. I will not spend my money where Im being treated as a criminal. Place was clean and they have ok prices but customer service in that area definitely sucks. Will not buy from them.

Had gone to 6 other stores and was exhausted. Wanted to throw the towel in and go home. Not only did my niece find the prom dress she wanted but it was only $207 after receiving a great discount. Will definitely keep this store in mind for future events.

I enjoyed my visit at Beauty Masters in Duluth today and my daughter walked out one happy soon to be Sweet 16. The service we received was impeccable from finding dresses, to lacing them up, to finding accessories. I feel the prices are reasonable and the quality of dresses is excellent. They have many sizes in the dresses all the way to plus size. The store is clean and has everything to fit your beauty needs (hair, jewels, product, shoes, purses). Oh, and great location. All the associates that I encountered were friendly and helpful. Beauty Master was a very great place to shop at. We were able to find my cousin her quince dress for a very good price! Maritza was very helpful and patient with us and the staff was very nice. We had two customer service representatives help us select a formal dress. They have a beautiful and vast selection which includes Wedding and bridesmaid dresses, too. The service was very good, the selection was attractive, the prices were amazing. The dressing rooms are clean and roomy.

This place is huge. 2 full levels of stuff. Downstairs is nothing but prom dresses, evening gowns, bridesmaid dresses, wedding gowns, quincinera ball gowns, and all that goes with it. They are nice and reasonable priced. Have some good sales if you can catch them. Upstairs is hair, wigs, any kind of beauty product that you could want and or need, jewelry, bags, clothes and stuff like that. Can be overwhelming. The girls in the wig section are great and super helpful, they are awesome and deserve a raise for their hard work. Good store. Will be back for more wigs thats for sure!

I had a really good experience finding a dress for a quince! There was a lot of different styles that were wondering and beautiful! The best part is that there so much Cheaper than all the other stores I’ve Been to! I really recommend coming here if your on a budget and looking for a really good dress!!!

Best beauty masters in Atlanta!!!! I believe this may be a mega store. The first level is stocked with beautiful evening gowns! The staff was very polite and helpful!

I first really liked this store for the vastness of it. They have a lot of beauty products, which leads you to believe they have a lot of different hair brands. I recently went in looking for a specific brand that even much smaller stores carry, and they unfortunately did not. You travel out of your way, and you learn. Ill probably return to the location for actual hard to find hair care products, but not much else.

I am white and shop here regularly. I completely disagree with the other review that this place carries products for only Black or Asian people. I have extensive knowledge in the beauty and bioscience industry (30 years). The Korean skincare products are phenomenal!!! I buy the sheet masks and other skincare on a consistent basis!

My overall experience was great at the Beauty Master Duluth location. Customer service was excellent, Adrianna was the associate that assisted me and my daughter while we shopped for a prom dress. The store was easy to navigate through and everything in the store was organized neatly. Great customer service and great experience.

Beautiful dresses!!!! Great prices!!!!!! This is the second year that I got my daughters prom dress here and customer service is great. They have a large selection of dresses, makeup, hair products and more. I drove over an hour to get here and will continue to.

Ive been shopping at this store since it opened, today was the first time Ive had to experience what Ive heard several of my clients complain about. I noticed a sign that quoted a sale price on some hair. Once I made it to the register to make the purchase the price was different. I told her what the sign said and she went back to see for herself. Took the sign down and refused to honor it. Im a stylist and I shop here more that 3xs a week. I will not be returning.

I actually really like Beauty Master and I think its awesome they hired people of color. I find the customer service is much better than all the competitors located close to them. Ive had horrible experiences when it came to customer service at other places and I now find myself coming here quite often. They have anything that you want when it comes to beauty, even carrying lower end makeup brands. Ive been at least 5 times before leaving feedback.

I ordered dresses from this place for my wedding and the dressee came back different colors. They could not replace the dress or send it back to manufacturers. However I did get a refund Im stuck with a bridesmaid that will have a totally different dress.

This place has terrible customer service. The store is usually empty. I would think management would focus on customer service in order to get repeat customers. Also, everything pretty much is FINAL SALE. You dont have to option to return anything. Prices are easily 30% to 50% higher than Wal-Mart and Target.

I ONLY SHOP AT BEAUTY MASTER AND I CHOOSE TO DO SO BECAUSE I NORMALLY HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND AM TREATED WELL. AS A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COSMETOLOGIST I DO NOT SPEND MY MONEY WITH ANY ASIAN OWNED BUSINESS THAT DOESNT NOT TREAT THEIR MAIN CUSTOMER BASE, AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMEN, WITH RESPECT. HIS RESPONSE WAS UNMERITED AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Nice place and very huge place. However, I had a real problem with the black lady who were working in the wigs dept. Again, black lady with an accent, gray hair with a ponytail pulled back. RUDE!!! I spoke to that heifer and her demeanor was COLD. She wasnt approachable at ALL. Not to mention, they watch every move you make. First, I had some intentions of purchasing an item, but after receiving a cold shoulder from that rude ___itch, I decided not too. Secondly, I will not visit that place again. The same items I use that were there can be found online. Not to mention, Gwinnett Place is a DUMP and secluded.

I would really like to talk to the people that have had this AMAZING customer service. I have given this place a few chances but the owners have NO customer service skills. What else is new. Next time I go in there I will take video of my experience because none of the times Ive been there, it has always been AWFUL service. I find it interesting that there first reviews coincide with what Im saying, then out of nowhere its like their service improved.
