Katie Blair knows more about the body and healing than anyone I know. When I started going to Katie, more than 9 years ago, I was so sick that I could hardly get out of bed. I had just had my first baby and my disease, Interstitial Cystitis, had flared up really badly. I was in constant pain, and it was very difficult for me to do anything besides lay in bed. My husband and mom took care of my baby much of the time. I was trying everything I could to get better: pills, bladder installations, and even other acupuncturists.
