Im not going to say my experience was pleasant beacause, lets face it, a vasectomy isnt exactly the most fun way to pass the time, but Dr. Hayes was as excellent as I could have hoped for. He made sure to clearly explain everything to me and his personality truly does make you feel better about the situation. He cracks tasteful jokes and puts you at ease in a rather uncomfortable position.I would be remiss if I didnt also mention his nurse. She was also polite and professional and did everything she could to make me as comfortable as I could be before the operation.I would 100% recommend Dr. Hayes.

I call Dr. Hayes my miracle Doctor. He changed my quality of life and I pray every day for God setting me in his path. He is kind, diligent, will work with you to solve your issue. He is empathetic and really cares about helping people. I tell my husband all the time how much I love Dr. Hayes and how grateful I am for having such a special Doctor in my life.

On behalf of my husband, every visit was in reasonable timing-no long wait time, Dr. Hayes took the time to listen to his concerns, made helpful suggestions, and the staff overall was helpful and very pleasant to work with. They all were willing to help and help us understand what we needed to know and do. Thank you all.

My experience was pretty good. I went for a second opinion and Im so glad I did. Dr. Hayes reviewed my previous records and images and told me his thoughts about moving forward. He spoke professionally and non complex. First impressions with patients really do matter. I drove over an hour and it was well worth it.

My 1st visit. It was all 1st class, what we all expect from our medical professionals! The staff was friendly & professional, the facility was very clean & respectful of COVID concerns, my wait was minimal, and I loved Dr. Hayes. We literally had an informal discussion as well as a professional visit. His time with me was very thorough & professional. Very pleased!

The staff in Dr. Hayes are very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Dr Hayes has the greatest personality and works with me to solve my issues. I would recommend Dr. Hayes to anyone having urologic issues.

Dr Edward Hayes and his staff are number one. The moment you walk in the office you are met with a smile with the front desk they make you feel like you are important the office is clean and the bathrooms are clean well kept plenty of room I am in a power chair and it is convenient for me well stocked with all the supplies I needed. And there is very little wait time to see the Dr and Dr Hayes greets you with a friendly smile and tells you all the info about any test that you might have and ask if you have any questions then check out and next appointment day and time that is convenient for you and out the door. Just an awesome visit and out the door. Love everyone!

GREAT Dr. Would HIGHLY recommend! He took his time with us and listened to my problems and concerns. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful also.

I wish all doctors office was this proficient. My son was the patient, and everybody treated him great and made him feel comfortable. The Staff and Doctor Hayes were great.

He wanted to help, and is working hard on finding me a specialist. Due to my disability and bladder condition he was not able to treat me and is referring me to someone who specializes in my disorder.

Bad doctor. Shame on him for the way he treats certain patients. Everyone deserves a certain standard of care not just some. Witnessed someone leaving his office in tears. Very rude and does not listen. Will not go back even if I have to have procedures elsewhere. If you have no compassion you should not be a doctor.

Dr Hayes really listens to me when I see him. He’s a very caring Doctor and if anyone needs a good urologist, he’d be the one to see.

Absolute terrible doctor he is! I had my cystoscopy yesterday and the doctor didnt use any type of numbing and he was rough! I couldnt even urinate after it hurt so bad! It hurt so bad I cried and Im so hurt that he felt so low of me that I couldnt get any numbing, lubricant, or anesthesia! And then I bled in my urine when I used the restroom but somehow he saw nothing wrong with that and he yelled at me because of it! Because I shouldnt have such pain With no cause.Not only that he looked at my bladder for maybe 5 seconds and was done, didnt see how much I could hold, didnt give any feedback except I saw nothing I dont know whats wrong with you, didnt look to see why it was hurting or where the blood came from in the bathroom. The worst pain Ive ever felt in my life. And while I was in so much pain from the procedure and had bloody urine from it I asked for some meds for the pain and he rudely said no. No pain meds after this painful procedure that I could not get lidocaine for! That hurt so bad! And it wasnt right how he did!He was already aware that I have constant bladder and urethra pain and thats why I was referred for him. Did he not remember that while giving me nothing to numb the area and no after pain meds!And his excuse for not using anything to numb is because he prefers not to but one Google search shows thats the standard! He has discriminated against me because of my age by saying that he doesnt usually have to give a 22 year old a cystoscopy anyway. Every appointment he is rude, talks over me, and does not listen!The force in which it was inserted was so unnecessary and painful without lidocaine at LEAST! And I dont just have bladder pain I have pelvic pain daily so this has exacerbated that! I could feel Every single movement of the scope!I just woke up after taking Tylenol PMs so that I could sleep through the worst of this! That doctor made me feel like my severe pain was not important! I cant believe the judgement in his attitude and the way he said No to me just asking for something for the pain I previously had experienced! Hes unbelievably rude and talks down to me as if Im 5! Theres still blood in my urine and no one talked to me about after care or what would be normal and what isnt! I will NEVER be back.
