Wait time is horrible I was there in February. I had a cough due to allergies. My chest was sore. Took an x-ray and really. Didnt find anything. I paid $250 for services. Was sent home with a five day antibiotic. Had to go to the ER six days later. This establishment is a ripoff.

Online it says it closes at 7:30. I get there at 7:07 and they wont even open the door and let me in. Drove from out of town, just bad business...

Front desk staff was rude. They were not able to give me an accurate wait time. I spent my entire lunch break there, was never able to be seen and the staff gave me HUGE attitude 😒

I really was glad I brought my dad here today. I feel Phyllis gave him the attention that he needs and was very thorough. Yes there was a wait, but we all know you cant be seen time you walk in the door all the time as there are many sick people in this world. I love that she is caring yet very direct and stern at the same time. In my search for him a new physician, I pray I find someone with qualities such as the ones she possesses. Thank you to all the staff here that assisted us today. A big thank you to JoAnn for her wonderful customer service when I called and arrived at the center.

My first visit went great. I called a couple days ago, needing information & Karen was very rude! I will never go back! Customer service is always #1 & she FAILED!! RUDEEEEE!!!!!!

Went on an emergency due to a fall and suspected broken arm. Was X-rayed and told nothing was broken. Was given some pain meds and sent home. I spent the most miserable night of my life suffering in horrible pan with no relief or sleep. The next morning I was waiting for the orthopedic clinic in Dublin to open. In fact my arm was broken and I’m now in a cast to my shoulder. A total waste of money for a missed diagnosis. Horrible unnecessary pain and suffering due to it.

Drove my boyfriend 45 minutes from our house so that he could get some kind of care for his spider bite. Ive been waiting over 4 hours for his visit to be finished; he waited over an hour and a half between filling out his paper work and actually seeing a doctor who, by the way, only drew a bigger circle around the infection and told him he needed antibiotics. To top it all off, the doctor didnt even say what was the bite was; were assuming its a spider bite based off looks alone since not once during my boyfriends 4 hour visit did anyone tell us what was wrong, what was causing the inflammation or pain, what kind of discharge he should be looking for, ect. Staff was very nice, which is great, but obviously were still extremely displeased with todays visit.

Very nice and very thorough! They went above and beyond. Outstanding bedside manner! Very caring!

Mrs. Phylis is absolutely amazing and helpful. I feel comfortable talking with her about anything. Dr. Abou is also wonderful, she has been so helpful with all of my questions and concerns. Nothing but wonderful experiences here! Definitely recommend.

I love Phyllis!! Walked into this office for the first time in October 2018 and got the best care from the entire staff, but Phyllis actually took the time to sit down and talk to me and listened to what I was going through. I didnt feel rushed or like it was going in one ear and out the other. I feel they genuinely care. Ive been using Accordia as my PCP since. Highly recommend!!

My experience was very negative when I went. Got there at 4:00 on the dot, didn’t get called back until 5:05 and waited an hour in the exam room all for the provider to tell me I had a sore throat. No tests were done or anything else. And the provider had a sarcastic tone the whole time. Should’ve went to the hospital instead

First Visit - Visit based on recommendation, current duration of pain, since 5am, & 7:30 am open time. Expected timely pain relief & good service. However, reasons below for rating.1. Lack of care within reasonable time frame.a. 7:30am in - 11:00am out.2. Lack of customer/patient focused care.a. NP not concerned with wait time orpain. Condescendingly We are not anER when displeasure w/ servicevoiced.3. Lack of decision to treat then complete insinfo or accept cash.a. Staff informed cash on person but insinfo still pursued prior to treatmentb. Ins. Grp Admin known to office & wasable to provide all but 3 letters that arecommon to all policy #s.

Dr. Abu and Phyllis are fabulous. I have been seeing both of them for many years. I am so blessed to have these wonderful women look after me and take care of my medical needs. Both are professional but warm and caring. Dr Abu and Phyllis are very knowledgeable in all areas of the medical field. I would encourage anyone to see Dr Abu or Phyllis.

After having made a visit to this establishment with my mother, I am extremely disappointed to say the care and attention we received her was below par. The visit was not done in a timely manner and we sat for an extremely long time before we were ever seen. In addition to this, during the time we were waiting my mother felt sick and needed a restroom. She waited at the desk for around five minutes, but the person at the counter was not at their desk. She almost had to go outside in the street to throw up since the people at this urgent care were not doing their jobs. I would not recommend this place and would advise you to seek somewhere else for your medical treatment.

Dr. Abu, Phyllis, and there staff are always so accommodating and helpful. I can’t say enough about there staff and will continue to keep coming back.

Dr Abou and phyllis are great dr. My dr retired last may and I switched all primary care to this wonderful place. Nurses and doctors are awesome. I would recommend to anybody.
