I called and spoke with a representative from this firm for an hour and he promised to go over the information with a colleague and call me back and NEVER did! I called back and was advised they had NO INFORMATION OF MY CALL!!! The woman who answered the phone stated she would be happy to go over the information with me and determine if they are able to help me!!! I am HIGHLY disappointed and would not EVER recommend this firm to any of my family or friends due to the unprofessional service and disregard that I have experienced!!! He took notes or so I thought he definitely asked the questions as if he did! Now I see that he wasted my time and because our discussion was personal regarding a wrongful death it was emotional so to be completely disregarded is very disrespectful and disheartening! I thought this was a company that was trustworthy, helpful and had a familial aspect that’s why I chose to call them but I was truly wrong! I would not want anyone else to feel this way!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do not expect this law firm to help you. Their rude and tried to have me do their job for them even though Im being charged. I recommend Kevin kurgis. My husband was the one who contacted this garbage Elk and Elk law firm.

They didnt really want to take the time to review the case at hand. They apparently want cases that are not disputable
