Extremely pleased with my outcome! I was referred to Dr Terebuh after experiencing chronic neck and shoulder pain. He reviewed a x-ray and MRI, pinpointed the problem and discussed options of treatment. I felt I understood my options and set up appointment that fit my schedule. The support staff were also cordial and clear about what to expect. The procedure was not difficult and the results after 2 weeks have been significant. I am now almost completely pain free and know some exercises to assist in preventing recurrence. Looking forward to Spring and a little Get R Dun! 👍

Dr. Terebu is great! He takes time to listen to my concerns and works with me on finding the best solution. He personally called to let me know that he sent my Rx by email, because he couldnt get through by phone. Later, the nurse called to confirm that the pharmacy did get my Rx. I thought that was impressive as most Dr. offices wouldnt take the time. The staff is very kind and competent as well.

Dr Terebuh is a rare find. Helps you honestly explore all options and if you need 45 minutes to go over them he will take his time and do it. I have never felt like he was in a rush to get done with me and move on to the next patient. Friendly and personable you quickly feel like youve known him forever. The staff at the front desk is equally impressive, its really a shame more doctor offices arent this way.

My visit was very good. My MRI was reviewed and thoroughly explained to me and what my options were. I am going to have a median branch block to help determine the branch nerves that are causing pain in my facet joints diseased with arthritis. The procedure was explained so I understood exactly what takes place.

Dr. Terebuh was great! He took time and explained what was going on with my spine and what my MRI was showing. We discussed all options and which one(s) were right for me. He answered all of my questions. Very thorough and would highly recommend!

After spending almost three years of severe pain and getting the run around being sent from one Doctor to another. It was suggested that I go here and about a week later I had my first appointment were I meet a friendly staff and a great Doctor that was friendly and upfront about everything and he took the time to fully answer any questions. He continued to work with me and brainstorm options (even if it was to refer me to others) when all others specialists gave up (including five nuerologists at a world class facility.) I was referred to Dr. Terebuh by a spine surgeon about 3 years ago as an option to fusing my L5 and L4 via pain management. Since then, Dr. Terebuh and his staff have addressed multiple other injuries sustained and made my pain manageable. Mary always checks for insurance costs and does a wonderful job with letting me know cost. This has allowed me to continue my physical lifestyle.The radio-frequency ablation lasts for about a year and offers great relief of pain. Other services are epidural steroid injections for sciatica and overall advice for knee, wrist, shoulder and elbow. He has advised me more than once on over the counter solutions to remedy issues rather than charge me for treatment. Honest and seems to care for his patients. I cannot say enough how much he has gone above and beyond to explain all options. I used another pain specialist prior and replaced him base on Regenerative Spines courtesy and results Thanks!

Dr. Terebuh is a wonderful and knowledgeable doctor. He has been seeing my mom who has arthritis, severe spinal stenosis and extreme pain in her back for about 3 years. He truly listens to her, takes time with her and is extremely good at explaining the spine and its parts and what is happening in her body to give her options. He always makes us feel like that addressing & improving moms pain is one of his ultimate priorities He is compassionate and sympathetic to her pain and sometimes repeated questions. Each visit he provides detailed information and allows mom to feel very involved in her care and treatment plans. I also appreciate the fact that he knows her insurance and without overstepping he helps us navigate and make sound decisions, for example, he suggested to buy a cane from Amazon so that she can save her one mobility device allowance on something more expensive she may need in the future. I also want to give high praise to Sharon his office assistant, she is always pleasant and even remembers to consider my schedule when making future appointments because she knows that her daughters need to take her. Mom calls often to check to see if she can take different medications and they are always kind and responsive. Mom has tried several alternative methods to help her pain, but always comes back to Dr. Terebuh because he provides proven relief and care. I highly recommend him not only for his skill and knowledge but for his wonderful bedside manner.

Absolutely positive experience! The most exciting part is I am healing myself...no drugs involved.
