My mom was at this Rehab Facility for 21 days due to a broken bone in her leg. Well while she was at this location this is what happen due to neglect and not taking proper care of her while she was at threat location. To top it off they send her back to the Assisted Living Facility like this and said she was able to stand and rotate, you can clearly see she was not able to do that. She is now at the local hospital Fairview Park in with septic shock and is in critical condition!!! I would advise anyone that is thinking about sending their loved ones to this location to rethink it and find another location. We will be seeking legal actions against this facility.

Just had my mother enter the facility for rehab and the experience was excellent. They received her with loving care and made her feel welcome immediately. The attention to her needs in the first two weeks has been superior and the rehab has been provided with getting her better as the objective and done in an efficient manner. Highly recommend the Dublinaire.

We had the worst care at Dublinair for my grandmother. They were NEGLIGENT to the utmost. She didnt get the proper fluid intake. She can drink on her own but someone needs to help hold the cup. Family visits nearly every day and the nursing home still could not do their job! They didnt so that she had enough to drink. She ended up dehydrated and a septic UTI. She nearly died. I hope someone can get that nursing home back on track. Right now it should be CLOSED.

They need to be more professional I have been calling them for a week and no response from anyone.
