Made you do a useless survey every time and prescribed the same medicine afterwards. Often late for the appointment. No help with the root causes. No long term improvement at all. My appointment requested me arriving by 2:15 today but here i am after 35 minutes still waiting.One rep told me I can cancel the appointment if the doctor runs too late. And after 30 minutes of waiting i called in, I was told i cannot cancel it. I NEED to run for another appintment scheduled long time ago now

Horrible, awful, rude human being. Insisted that Covid-19 was nothing for me to be concerned about without even glancing at my medical history. Hung up on me when I was desperate for help with seizures. AVOID.

No respect for patients time.

Always treats me well. On time and spends a lot of time with me. Great memory for only seeing me yearly at this point. Made a world of difference for me and my heart with CPAP.

Had my sleep study on January 21-22. I was told results would be back in 1-2 weeks. It has now been 2 weeks and nothing from the doctor or anyone. I’ve messaged the dr twice and never got a response. I know they were read. Why can’t they respond to me messages?????

In 2013 I was a sleep medicine patient. I was at a low point because I had undiagnosed idiopathic hypersomnia. Imagine being in your 20’s falling asleep at work and having no energy to enjoy life. I was losing my mind. I was getting depressed. Dr. Mindel, who was a resident at the time, I believe, was very kind and attentive. He responded to my OSU MyChart message with a phone call, got to hear my concerns, and challenged the senior doctor treating me during an appt. The senior doctor was pushing for a CPAP experimentation period (even though Apnea was already ruled out!) Dr. Mindel fought to get me meds because he actually got to know me and knew I was about to snap from the feelings of sleep deprivation. When Dr. Mindel’s rotation ended, I continued seeing a CNP for a couple years and now I am med free. I exercise, drink caffeine, and stay involved in activities. Winter is harder with less happy sunlight, but I make it through. Thanks, Doc!!!

Trying to schedule appointments are a nightmare. Youre looking at a 6 month wait.

This man told my wife to quit her job and it would help her anxiety associated with her Narcolepsy, instead of making her aware of the ability to request accommodations. GUESS WHAT OT DIDNT HELP! He has failed to refill her medication for up to 3 weeks at a time, with no reason as to why. He wont respond to msgs unless the staff ccs the office manager. He refuses to adjust her diagnosis to reflect cataplexy which was diagnosed by another doctor prior to her transferring into OSU facility. I only give a single star so my review could be completed, I wouldnt take my dog to see this man. Negligence at its finest.
