You cannot literally have a company deliver worse customer service than Henry Schein. Equipment rep William Zenahlik, operations manager Jennifer & manager Gabriela all have shown how poorly to deal with customer concerns. Their only motive is to sell equipment aggressively and no customer service if any corrections needed. Wrong billing to follow. I would highly recommend to stay away from working this branch.
