RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!..THE MOST RUDE practice i have ever spoken too. (Thankfully didnt have to see their faces).So i took an appointment as a new patient and completely forgot about it! Since there was no reminder, no Text confirmation, No email and absolutely no mention of their rude cancellation policy. And when i called back and honesty stated that i missed my apt., they are sooo soo rude, repeating it is their office policy not to entertain someone who has missed an apt/no show, and that is, for my whole life!!and to top it she just banged the phone on me!!!Is this medical profession they are in? punishing ppl for missing their appointments?We will not send any confirmation, any text reminder, any email (i dont event know which doctor i got apt with), but will have the guts to blacklist any no-shows. such ARROGANCE!!And very proudly they pronounce, its not a medical service, IT S A BUSINESS AND WE ARE HERE TO MAKE MONEY.highly disappointing!! didnt expect this from a doctors office! ://You decide if you want to see a doctor or a BUSINESS for your health!THANK GOD i didnt have to visit them.

They dropped me as a patient because of a $60 charge that was sent to collections, which I had no idea about, and denied the refill on my medication. Im without a doctor or medication during a pandemic. I love that for me.

Stephanie McDaniel is an extremely kind and thorough Dr. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is awesome!

I love the doctors and nurses who work here - they are absolutely fantastic and definitely care about their patients. And I love that there is no wait time when you arrive! My only stipulation is that the front desk ladies aren’t always the friendliest. Still would highly recommend this practice; they take great care of my family.

I have been a patient for about 15 years. Love this practice and everyone there. All medical professionals and office staff are friendly and pleasant from my experiences and are concerned about their patients well being. I primarily see Stephanie but have seen Nick and Wendy also! Appointments are quick and they always fit you in fast when your issue requires some urgent attention. They actually help me coordinate my care between specialists and go above and beyond to make sure any issues I have ever had with conditions involving specialists or surgeries are attended to. I can tell they read all the reports they receive from specialists and hospitals. They know you as a patient. One time I had poison ivy so bad the seepage was literally running off my arms. I get it several times every year. Wendy herself returned my call to the on call service within an hour early on a weekend morning. So that I did not have to go waste hours at an urgent care she helped me. I blew off going to the doctor for a whole week so it got pretty bad. She didn’t have to take that time to help me on a weekend because I was irresponsible. And Stephanie is a health care angel. My experience is the people at this practice are rare gems in the world of medicine and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

First time here and I am absolutely here to stay. The staff in front is not super pleasant but Nick is SO friendly and incredibly thorough. I have never enjoyed speaking to a doctor before, I will be a patient here for life.Update: Over a year later, I have been back and Nick is absolutely amazing. He is so attentive and thorough with his questions, I feel very cared for. Highly recommend seeing him!

Dr. Ahner has been my primary doctor for less than a year. Ive always enjoyed my visits with him, not like I like being at a doctors office but I do enjoy the chit chat throughout the visit.More importantly Dr. Ahner communicates whats going on and really listens as well.Ive always found the front office staff to be nice, the people that take your vitals and take you back to the exam rooms are also cool (and quick with some jokes, which I appreciate because Im a little nervous at the doctors office).I felt compelled to leave a review because I had to go there today and was anxious because of the Corona outbreak but everyone was prepared and the experience was the best it could possibly be.

I have been going here for years. I see Nick, but Stephanie is great, too. Nick is the best medical professional I have been been to. I dont have any problems with the front office or the nurses there. Every time I am asked to give a doctor recommendation, I give them Nicks name. 5 stars, and if I could give them 6, I would.

First of all - the staff is rude. The girl that answers the phone is rude. The people in the office are rude. Wendy is rude, to her own employees in front of people. The only reason I kept going back was because her associate - Nick - is a good doctor that has been really helpful with my hernia and then kidney stones a month later. I can look past rude people and take the good with the bad.My insurance changed and they refused to see me, even if I offered to pay them directly. Even though I was already a patient. The girl on the phone even said that would be insurance fraud if they were to take my money since I wasnt in network!I was in pain and needed an appointment so I asked again and she said she would check - and came back on the phone and Dr. Summerhill herself said no.Worst Doctor experience ever. What a piece of work. Stay away, find a different doctor. Nick, if you read this - get out - Ive seen how Dr. Summerhill condescends to you in front of patients - and you dont need that.

We visit Stephanie McDaniel she is the nurse practitioner and she is wonderful. If we have an emergency she always gets us in quickly. She shows general concern for your well being and talks with you about what is wrong. I think it is difficult to find that. We have had nothing but a good experience !

**UPDATE**After years of pain I was finally diagnosed with fibromyalgia by a competent doctor.I started seeing Stephanie Mcdaniel when I was in high school. She was a great physician for a few years, or so I thought.She never addressed the chronic pain Ive had for over 7 years, even though I brought it up nearly every time. She blamed it on my weight - which, can you please explain to me how being slightly overweight effects my knuckles? I dont walk on my hands. She claimed to do blood tests, and then I never got results for them. The only good thing she did was help me with regulating my periods, but she never did help me understand WHY they were so screwed up. I once asked her specifically to help me with a certain test, and she said she would, but then did something else, instead.When I got sick this past year, she refused to write me notes for work, saying that sometimes we just have to be adults and go, even though I was battling constant sinus infections, colds, and multiple rounds of stomach bugs and flu. My work requires a note to waive your absence, and I REALLY WAS very sick, so I needed her help at that point. She said that she believed I might not be telling the truth about my illness after I came into the office (Monday) to get a note for the last day I had missed (Friday) because they are not open on the weekends. After Friday my fever had broken and I was no longer feeling sick, so I was not exhibiting symptoms. This somehow means I was never sick and was faking. Okay.The women in the office are also really unprofessional and rude. They would roll their eyes when I came in for appointments. I could hear their annoyance when I called in to schedule, and I could always hear them talking about me behind my back.Wendy Summerhill is very VERY nice. But her employees are not. Its sad that such a nice woman has such a bad practice.I would recommend Wendy, I would not recommend Stephanie Mcdaniel. As a whole practice, I wouldnt recommend any of it. There are better people who take care of their patients.

I always get an appointment within the next day when I need one. The staff is friendly, and stephanie is super nice and willing to listen to your concerns.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences here! Friendly staff and people who really want to help! Glad I found this practice!

Best practice ever!

The staff is irritable and rude. Potential costs are not disclosed until after the fact. Risks with certain medical procedures are trivialized. You dont get the sense that this location cares about its patients health.
