Charged me with $447 for my annual visit. it was preventative. After multiple calls and messages to the hospital and insurance company, I gave up and ended up paying the amount. The issue is not just that they made me pay for preventative care, the treatment was below average. They just dont care about their patients.I wouldnt recommend .

Worst hospital I have ever been to. Charges too much with irresponsible doctors.

Great service, very competent high quality clinicians team and great customer service, including front desk, very happy with PAMF , surprised with other reviews. As for charges they charge what every one else does and sometimes even less. Any online question I had my physician responded very quickly, when she was on maternity leave any other practitioner was very good as well.

1 Star since i cant post without this 1 star, i am motivated to write based on the previous comment from Rafi,It happened for me the same #2, I was establishing my health history to the new doctor, she put all the codes and i got charged additional $225 on top of Annual check up which was covered by the insurance. I end up paying $225 at the end after having multiple calls to Insurance and PAMF customer service, i do not have much time to take it further, The customer service also so rude not in a situation to listen to us.Our family is opting out from this hospital because of this experience.

Facility is good. Lab work and processes are good. But doctors and their end of processes arent good. I see the doctor once or twice a year. He comes across as a robot with 0 personality. He pretends to care enough to ask me about my issues but if you tell them anything then he gets all worried about it being more than one visit. I dont understand the purpose of annual checkup if I cant really tell him whats wrong with me as thats not covered in the visit. I havent changed the doc as I am too lazy to do that. Probably its the same at other places too.

I have been going to this medical facility from last 5 years and i think i had enough to start writing reviews and warning others. Although some doctors are good but many are totally useless, specially the ones in walkin clinic. Lately the hospital gone real greedy with no predictability of much they are going to charge for normal day today issues like cough and cold. Here are few examples:1. My son visited same pediatrician in one month interval. Once for rash and once for cough and cold. They charge $225 for first visit and $329 for second.2. For my annual exam, they charge for 2 visits in 1 visit saying that i mentioned another problem in that visit (for which doctor didnt even treated me). If i cant even talk openly with my doctor on my health issues, whats the point of annual exam. The moment you mention any other issue, whether doctor prescribe any treatment or not, they will charge you for 2, 3, 4 or any number of visits in 1 visit.3. They charged full amount of a specialist to my wife, evenif a Nurse practitioner (NP) has saw her.4. They have bunch of Nurse practitioners (NPs), who see patients specially in walkin clinics, with not much expertise and they charge full like a doctor. My wife had to visit 3-4 times for a normal cough.5. PCPs are not available on all days and if you need to see them on a day when they are not available, you will be forced to see another doctor, who will charge you heavily for the issue, your PCP would have charged nominal.Overall PAMF is slowly became a useless place of no care and bunch of greedy people.
