This for the people out there that are very nervous about getting this process done. I had waited years longer than I should have which added to my nervousness. I was not at all wanting to do this but knew I needed to. The entire staff there made this so much easier than I thought was possible. They explained everything so well, were very kind and just made this process go great and when its time for my next one they will be the ones to do it and I will not be stressed out at all. Great job and thank you to the entire staff.

Everyone there was so polite and explained everything so well before and after the procedure. I was quiet nervous for days before due to this being my first procedure and the fact that I had been delaying it for years. They did a great job and the procedure was over before I knew it. Knowing how well they treat you and how the procedure is so easy I will not be so nervous the next time. I want to send my thanks to all of them.

Dr. Biyani is excellent. She is very knowledgeable and has a very very comforting way of explaining things. I would highly recommend that practice.

No one looks forward to a colonoscopy! However, it is a necessity after 50 as a proven colon cancer preventive measure.This medical group is extremely efficient, caring, and professional. They prepare their patients very well. They REMIND you! They send videos to educate their patients. And, dare I say, they give the necessary encouragement when you dont feel like going through with it!I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Brogan is truly one of the kindest doctors I have ever had. He takes his time and listens to any concerns. He also is very conscientious about keeping up with my overall health and making sure I have regular check ups and colonoscopies. In doing this he has helped me keep my Crohns disease under control. Im now able to live my best life! All his staff is very professional and friendly. I would like to add that his office is immaculate and well kept.

I had to have an endoscopic biopsy and Dr. Jon Walker was highly recommended. I could not have been happier with the care I received. Dr. Walker was kind, thorough in his explanation of the procedure, and came back to talk to me afterwards, which made me feel much better. I had a follow up with Dr. Walker nearly two weeks after my procedure and he seems to genuinely care about his patients and, again, took the time to talk to me - I didn’t feel rushed at all.

Front desk lady was the nicest person EVER!! MY NURSE was super nice. IV nurse wasnt the best at getting my IV in. She had to try on both arms. She was nice but I have IV anxiety so having to try twice made my anxiety high. Other than that everything was great and I would highly recommend this office. You need to wear a mask when you go even though it isnt noted on your paperwork so take one with you.

Dr. Nemer is super nice and very informative. She gives you her full attention and you do not feel rushed. She is very knowledgeable and it really feels like she cares.

Dr. Jon Walker is one of the best doctors around and should be emulated by others. He listens to his patients, making them feel he has all the time in the world for them, remembers patients names and history, and is always pleasant and efficient. He takes time to call his patients with test results even when it is after business hours. I highly recommend him to anyone! I feel very fortunate to have him as my gastroenterologist.

Everything was great...considering it was a colonoscopy. The prep procedure was improved since my last experience. Everyone was courteous and considerate. My only very slight complaint is that I dont recall being cautioned there could be after-effects of the procedure. Im on day 5 and still experiencing cramping, although it is lessening each day.

Couldnt get scheduled quite as quickly as I would have liked but these folks are great. My second time having a procedure with them and both times they were excellent.

Great except for the nurse who tried for ever to get the IV in. I have veins like pipelines and after 3 tries should have asked for help. Everyone was very nice, polite and professional.

Iv’e seen Dr. Walker on and off for years starting at OSU. I stopped seeing him for a bit as it wasn’t needed, but when I needed to see a GI specialist again I wouldn’t consider anyone else and found him at Ohio Gastro. I can’t say anything, but nice things about him and the practice. I wouldn’t consider any other doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and helpful.

I call the Dublin hospital gastrointestinal for an appointment for a colonoscopy at the end of July 2020,I was told to get a doctors referral , and they would call me ,back so I called my doctor they sent referral no response ever came.so I called my doctor two other times to make sure they sent a referral,doctor said they had sent one and tried to call 3 times no answer . I also tried to call 2 other times no answer ,IT is now October and I have never received a call and now I had to call another colon center.for colonoscopy. I do realize it’s the. Pandemic and we are all scared ,but a virus will not pass thru the phone lines. Lisa Shrider

Dr. Arlin and his Medical Secretary Valerie are the best. I have been seeing Dr. Arlin for about 15+ years and he is fantastic. Kind, pleasant, thorough and so smart! His medical secretary Valerie is always helpful and timely. I have never had any issues with them and would highly recommend them ! Wonderful!

Wife was referred to this organization for some services in 2015. Her PCP transferred her medical and insurance information to them. They submitted her claim with her maiden name and the name she goes by rather than using the official name registered with insurance. Two years later, after I had left my employer and was no longer covered by that insurance due to being outside the timely filing window, they came back at me and threatened (and eventually did) send me to collections. Scared and unsure what to do, not wanting this to stain my credit, I caved and paid them over $1200 out of pocket. The billing manager, Tracey, was never willing to help, she had to be dragged into calls with my insurance company against her will. She made her displeasure very well known through her attitude and snide remarks. She had the gall to call me rude and claimed to have gone above and beyond on this claim! Amazing! Stay away from this place! It is so poorly managed, they will come back at you years later and stick you with an out of pocket bill or collections. Youve been warned!

Very professional and the Dr very kind

Horrible experience with the doctor’s nurse. I never received any returned calls when I would leave messages. When I did finally get someone to take my call the nurse (Jenna) was extremely rude and made me feel like I was bothering her. As for Doctor Reddy and Doctor Lo, I was very impressed and pleased with both of them. Unfortunately, I will not go back to Ohio Gastroenterology Group because of their staff/nurse!!

Never signed up for text message alerts. They got my number as part of a referral and text EVERYDAY despite me having already made an appointment. When you call, its a 30min wait to speak to someone.

I have been to several doctors at Ohio Gastro. All have been great to work with.I have had several scopes and test done.All have been great on follow up and setting future appointments.

I had a colonoscopy done today and my whole experience was great. From my nurses Theresa and Abby to doctor Arlins treatment, time and compassion shown to my considering I was terrified. My last colonoscopy was 10 years ago and I avoid having another one because I was very scared. They changed that. Thank you!

Receptionist was extremely very VERY rude after they did not schedule me for a time sensitive infusion. It was their fault, and they do not call back ever for lab results so the patient has to call THEM to find out if something is wrong.Also, my appointment was scheduled for months and they call several days beforehand to make me reschedule my appointment and the next available one was for a month later. Absolutely ridiculous.Horrible customer care and concern.They will never return your calls and you will feel like a number instead of a patient at this facility.Go see a better physician

Extremely inconsiderate of their clients time. I had an appointment at 3:40. I got there 15 minutes early, and sat in a room and waited till 4:40 while listening to the doctor in the next room talk about guns and fads for 45 minutes. I eventually just got up and left.

Dr. Gable fixed a condition I have had for 2 years in 15 min when 5 other doctors couldn’t. He actually listened to me and spoke to me like a person and not a patient. Couldn’t be happier.

I previously rated this location a 5, based solely on the care Dr. Wenzke provided to me during the time I was his patient. He & his nurse at the time were absolutely wonderful. Wait times & front office staff, another story. That said, my care has gone downhill considerably the last few months since Dr. Wenzke is no longer there. After an ER visit, I was told I needed to see gastro for the problem. Told them I had a doc & Id call them. When I called Ohio Gastro for the ER follow-up, I was simply told Dr. Wenzke wasnt available but that Dr. Stechtshulte was, so I accepted & saw him. During the visit he didnt address either medication I was on that the ER provided me with & stated I needed an EGD done. I was called a few days later by his nurse to inform me I was scheduled for this at the Mount Carmel in Grove City with Dr. Brian Isler. Whatever, I understand they fit me in, so I took it even though I didnt know him at all. Post-procedure the Dr. offered no insight on the findings other than the fact there was no ulcer, & didnt say anything about follow-ups, meds, ect. After a week of waiting to hear from Dr. Stechtshulte, I called myself, requesting answers. He called me back directly, explained nothing remarkable was seen, but he wanted me to come in to discuss results anyhow (ploy to get more money?). I questioned the suggestion of an MRI that I saw on the results & he said we can do that if you want. Odd, no real input/direction. After scheduling this & having it done & hearing nothing again - I called & requested I ONLY be seen by Dr. Wenzke moving forward & since the problem wasnt going away, I wanted a follow-up. At this time I was then told Dr. Wenzke was no longer with the practice, so I passed on an appt with anyone else. My primary care doc set up a referral for me with another Gastro office & they called me requesting the copy of the EGD since it was never released to my PCP. I was told by Ohio Gastro Id either need to pay for this (why it wasnt posted to my portal is beyond me), or have it sent to my PCP directly (who would then have to fax it on to the new doc). I was also told Dr. Stechtshulte is no longer there when the records lady asked who my doctor was. Can this place keep ANY doctor or provide any solid continuity of care? Its ridiculous. Sadly theyre so well known in the area, theyre constantly used, but... do yourself a favor, get a referral to somewhere else.

I have put off having a colonoscopy for years mainly because of the prep. The prep is what it is. However the staff at Ohio gastro was amazing. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. In fact I require an egd and told my pcp that I wanted to return to Ohio gastro. I am not worried to return because I will be in good hands!

The Doctor was very nice and very concered about my problems. They got me right in and sceduled for my colonoscopy and upper GI and did both in the same day. The medicine for the colonoscopy could taste better but thats not thier fault. They were running a little behind schedule my procedure was an hour late. Worked in my favor i was still going to the bathroom up until they took me back. The patient care was very nice. I can call the secretary directly for my specific doctor she only works with him and his patients. They already called to schedule a follow up appt to make im doing ok. I would recomend them to anyone. All the nurses staff were kind and helpful. I was at the dublin office. With doctor Wenzke.

Horrible scheduling experience. It took 3 phone calls and 15 minutes on hold to schedule, then 15 minutes on hold to try and reschedule the appointment due to an error on their end. The intial pont of contact at the main number said it is not unusual to be on hold 25 minutes for scheduling.I will be going somewhere else.
