Everyone was very professional, nice, and went out of their way to answer all of my questions. They all did a great job. It was a great experience.

Overall, it did help some. There is growth. The density is a lot less than I thought it would turn out. The right temple filled out very well, and was along expectations. The hairline does exist, but the left temple and back of scalp is very different in appearance. Also, the very obvious spot that was missed during procedure makes an already thin looking spot that much thinner.

The receptionist was friendly. Mr. Janusz was also friendly and engaging. The cost was significantly higher than I anticipated. I also didn’t consider that I would need to take Propecia for the rest of my life. And there is some potential for negative side effects.

If your losing your hair completely! Dont go to bosley do more research before you go to them! It seems like they care more about money, than the actual patients smh

This was my third procedure, very pleased with the way everything went the day of the procedure.

The staff was very accommodating. They asked me regularly if everything was okay and if I needed anything, a blanket drink to go to the restroom etc. I appreciate very much the concern and the willingness to adapt to whatever I needed at the time.

Well I hope the google reviews are not true because Bosley is a 2 star average on there. Also people say there transplanted hair fails. Now I’m skeptical not sure yet. People say there head looks the same a year later still bald. So hope my 2nd procedure lasts years and fills in over the year

I came for my consultation with limited time in my schedule and on a day when there wasn’t many people available due to the 4th of July holiday weekend. After first walking in, I met with Greg Janusz who immediately welcomed me and provided me an iPad to fill out my information. I appreciated the iPad since i stubbornly don’t like to wear my glasses and i was able to zoom in without having to put my glasses on. That made me excited to fill out my paperwork. Shortly after finishing, in less than 3 minutes, Greg was back to greet me. The whole visit Greg was very courteous and respectful, both to me and to my limited time schedule. He gave me a hair examination, took pictures, and discussed my options. He also showed my before and after photos and discussed pricing which i was happy to say between that and what was previously discussed, i left feeling hopeful. Overall I am very happy with Bosley and with Greg especially and plan to use their services in the near future.

Everything was fine until we got to the financing for 2500 or so grafts. I thought theprice was very high along with the interest rate. With a 740 credit score and roughly3K down I was still looking at 17.99%, dont think so..... Thanks but no thanks. I came homeand called a competitor and found that what was going to cost 13K at Bosley (with 2Kdiscount if done by May) was going to cost $8000.00, what would you do??

I don’t remember everyone’s name but the entire staff was great! Doc even sent me a text later in the day to see how I was feeling. Great experience 10/10 would do it again but hopefully won’t ever need to.

Although everyone was really, really nice, I very much appreciated Mikala, because the afternoon process was long and she kept me engaged in conversation and was quite amusing! I met the doctor at the initial conference and found him very knowledgeable and personable, which helped to put me at ease. He helped make me feel more confident about the process.

If you are seriously considering hair transplantation I would strongly recommend you schedule a consultation with Dr. Krenitsky and staff. The service they provide is excellent and the service is top notch. I am very pleased with my results and the care I received. Overall great experience, all of my expectations were met and exceeded.

I wish there were a refund process when the results do not show. I had confidence in this after doing my research, but am very disappointed after spending thousands of dollars to basically look the same as I started.

While the two operations I had didnt fully give back the hair that I lost (due to becoming bald), it did give me a set of hair that makes me look more normal. The doctor and nurses at Bosley were really nice and gracious. I appreciate all the work they did during the hair restoration operation. Also, Im thankful of the $2000+ discounts that were offered around the time of my operations (it helped me get more graphs for my operations).

The entire experience with Bosley was exceptional. No questions went unanswered. Every concern I had was addressed.

The surgery went good but Bosley won’t tell you about post procedure care. Also, hair transplantation is not recommended. The hair follicles start falling off after few months of growth. The new hair planted will interrupt the hair growth of existing follicles and even they start falling off. Many other places offer free laser treatment which Bosley is not offering. It is highly expensive when compared with other places offering same treatment. The PMP treatment which they recommend is also expensive. You can get the same treatment for a very low price. Overall, I would not suggest Bosley as it is very expensive, low results and also no laser treatment.

I am very disappointed in the results and this was a waste of time and money. I would not recommend Bosley to anyone.

Friday February 28 2pm 1 year appt in Columbus was confirmed. I drive 2 hours for the meeting, but was told they didnt have it on the calendar. I showed my confirmation email. She replied, Yes, we have been having a problem with appointments disappearing. I waited 20 minutes, receptionist indicated ...it should be another 10 minutes or so. I left and returned to Cleveland, another 2 hour drive. Very unprofessional. It appears you team believes their time is more valuable than mine. I DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE, as I cant click on the link to review your teams. I cant agree to something you do not divulge. Odd. Anyhow, No, I do not agree, despite you forcing the check-mark to submit survey.

I had SMP done here and my entire experience was great! The staff was all very helpful and professional. The results are exactly what I was hoping for and Dawn was amazing throughout the entire process.
