Ive honestly never stepped foot in a more clean facility. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Whats more is some of the trainers have been in the fitness industry longer than Ive been alive. Theyre incredibly knowledgeable

One year ago today was my first training session at Good Bodies. Wow! What a difference a year makes.I committed (by telling a friend) that I would at least try a gym for 3 months but with great hesitation. Then in stepped Jack and his decision to match me up with Michael. That decision has changed my life. Michaels guidance, encouragement, patience and laughter have taken me to a level I never thought I would accomplish in this lifetime. As you both know, I am now a regular at the gym 2-3 times a week. Thats so weird to think, even now.The entire staff at Good Bodies has always been welcoming, encouraging and helpful every single time I walk through the doors. I truly can say I never felt that way at any gym even for one day.So I salute both of you for the fine establishment and personnel you have fostered and created over these years. For that I will be forever thankful. I now believe that a gym can be a positive experience and can empower me to be the best me I can be.

Before I discovered Good Bodies, the only way I could describe myself was broken. My back hurt, my knees hurt, and I used my hands to help me stand up from a chair. The Good Bodies trainers work with me personally, and give me exercises and modifications that are specific to my needs – no cookie cutter routines that are given to anyone who walks in the door. One of the many things that make Good Bodies stand out is that they always ask how I’m doing, and if anything is bothering me. Based on my response, they come up with a workout and/or modifications to meet my needs of that particular day. As a result, my aches and pains are fading, my confidence and strength are growing, and I feel a refreshing sense of accomplishment.Even in the group classes, it’s more like a personal training session than a class. The instructors carefully make sure that each person is doing the exercise correctly, and they give modifications where needed. The classes are small enough that this individual attention can be provided.I have also used their Bod Pod in conjunction with nutritional counseling, to scientifically determine how many calories my body needs, and my percentage of body fat and lean muscle. They break the calories down into exercise days and non-exercise days, and they recommend what percentages of those calories should come from which types of foods. I find this extremely helpful in planning my meals for the day, as well as monitoring my own fat loss and muscle gain.Good Bodies has the perfect combination of knowledgeable, nurturing, and caring professionals, and I highly recommend them!

I have trained at Good Bodies for over 10 years. Prior to that I belonged to several named gyms. I continue going to Good Bodies because of the trainers and the atmosphere. The trainers are experienced and know how to work with individuals at all different levels. They are great at tailoring the session to the clients needs. The atmosphere is both fun and motivating. Good Bodies is the perfect place for the person who wants to see real results.

Good Bodies is an excellent establishment. They have a very knowledgeable staff and they provide services with the highest levels of professionalism catering to your needs as a customer. Personally, I use their services for bod pod and found that even though I am just paying for bod pod services, Greg always sits down with me to discuss the results. He takes the time to understand what I am doing and tries to provide a useful external insight into my current diet and exercise plans. He is always very receptive, positive, and provides useful information within the bounds of his knowledge without being overly pushy. He is always positive. I have recommended them to several personal friends and I would do so to anyone here.

My husband and I have been working with Good Bodies trainers since before he was my husband and before Good Bodies moved to this location. They are like family--really healthy, helpful family! The trainers know what we we are capable of and push us to new goals and its always fun! Cant recommend Good Bodies enough.

I love Good Bodies. Great trainers, clean environment,and everything you need from general fitness to extensive rehab services. I also like the fact that they have personal changing rooms with everything you need. So no dragging towels, shampoo, etc. to the gym.

I have been training with GB off and on for over 20 years. I have always found the staff to be very knowledgeable and focused on the type and amount of exercise/training that is appropriate for me. This is particularly true of Jack Mougin who has coached me through periods of injury and recovery with personalized recommendations for training and exercise. The staff at GB is pleasant and friendly and the facility is spotlessly clean, thanks to the efforts of Jack and Greg who are both meticulous about such things.

Good Bodies is a unique business, in a category of its own; I would have given a higher rating, but 5 stars was the upper limit. A class act, run for over 20 years by fitness professionals who tailor routines to fit clients individual needs, this well-run and very clean fitness facility features high quality personnel, programs, and equipment. In addition to individualized personal training and group programs, Good Bodies also offers yoga, Pilates, massage therapy, and melt method classes. Complementing Good Bodies is a Muscle Activation Therapy group connected (next door). The world would be a better place if it had more businesses of this caliber.

The trainers are very attentive to their clients needs and goals. The overall atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable. The focus is on the individual whether you are new to working out or are looking to improve your PR. The facility is also extremely clean.

The gym is spotless and is frequently updated with new equipment.

I have been using Good Bodies personal trainers for over 10 years. I like the smaller, more intimate setting than the large gyms. Everyone is working with one of the personal trainers. Turnover of trainers is very low, so you always see the same people working. I have personally worked out with the same trainer for 10 years. There is a separate cardio room from the weight training rooms, with plenty of diverse cardio equipment for everyone. Ive never had to wait for a cardio machine. There are separate classrooms for classes, including yoga. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The trainers develop a specific regimen to meet your needs. I went through both a shoulder surgery and a broken ankle and each time, my trainer helped me recovered quickly. In addition to the fitness training and classes, they also provide excellent massage therapists, a nutritionist, and a BodPod machine to help measure your fitness level.
