I had been to several doctors about the symptoms I was experiencing. All of the doctors told me it was menopause. It wasnt until I met Dr. Terri that I found out the truth. Terri continued digging until she found the cancer culprit. Terri is a caring, deligent, and attentive doctor.

“You might have Lyme Disease” Lol- thats as far as you’ll get. I had thyroid issues for a few years without her saying anything because she doesn’t read any bodies blood tests. If you get your labs drawn with her she won’t tell you what anything means. I literally found other 3 years later that I had hashimotos. I diagnosed myself. I was then told to pick the thyroid med and also the dose because “your body will know when the number is spoken.” Aye...That’s about as far as I would ever get with her. Then referrals to all her dr. Friends. Find somebody else.

Absolutely terrified that Dr. Redford is still practicing medicine. Her office team is making All her decision including RX for you. My Family Dr. retired so she accepted me as a patient. Worst mistake. How she got though medical school was not in Kentucky!!

I would not recommend this physician to anyone. She orders tons of unnecessary testing. She doesnt listen to the patient or their concerns. She is mostly interested in writing referrals to expensive colleagues of hers.

I came in for a check up after having a 12 lb cyst removed from my ovary weeks before. She did not read my chart that was available to her. Another cyst was found on my pancreas and I was so scared and confused. She didnt even look at my stitches and when I asked about my pancreas she told me in the last scan nothing was found but then as I was reading my chart I saw that the test results were comprimized. I was in excuciating pain so it was very hard for me to lay still flat on my back. She also didnt know that cortical cysts were also apparent on my kidneys..she was teyitr to walk out the door as I tried to ask more questions but she was in an obvious hurry to get to her next patient. She sent me on my way letting me believe I had nothing to worry about because she was in a hurry and didnt have time to look at my chart. If you have anything more serious than a common cold you definitely should choose another doctor.

Dr. Riddiford takes the time to understand what her patients needs are. She actually LOOKS at you and listens to you and immediately puts your mind at ease. My daughter also goes to Dr. Riddiford and I credit her with saving my daughters life. She is an extremely intelligent, caring physician.

I Love Terri & her staff they are all so nice,& i dont mind all the testing because i love that she gets to the bottom of the problems. ❤

Excellent doctor! Gets to the bottom of issues rather than covering up by throwing drugs at every little thing.

Her medical assistants are extremely rude. They put me on hold for over an hour. One of the medical assistant was racist as well. She talk to you you are her kid
