At Riverside Animal Care, it is clear that they love your pet like their own. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions about my new puppy and offered great advice regarding her transition into a new home and her care. Could not recommend them more!

Everyone was wonderful with my two cats and their check up! They were helpful with the process of getting them into the office and back to my car. Everything was done efficiently, quickly and thoroughly. They knew how to calm my very nervous cat! They did a great job overall.

Dr. Chen is by far, the best vet Ive ever gone to. She is caring and empathetic with my cats Albus and Aberforth. We arent just another customer walking through the door. She cares about her patients and their owners. If you are an anxious pet owner I recommend seeing Dr. Chen. She always takes the time to answer any questions you may have and give you alternative recommendations for care if you arent sure of something. We know our boys are in good hands with Dr. Chen. 10 stars!

These veterinarians take care of our 3 dogs. They are professional and compassionate. We initially switched to them from VCA because we wanted a laparoscopic gastropexy for our standard poodle, and nobody at VCA was using this approach. RDAC continues to provide excellent care- we love them!

Dr. Graham is incredible! She is so patient, kind, and takes her time to listen to all of our concerns. Dr. Graham is a true asset to RACC. We are extremely thankful she continues to provide the care our dogs need as they live out the rest of their senior lives.

I absolutely love Dr. McGuffin and the staff. Dr. McGuffin is an incredible clinician, explains things well, and just knows his stuff. The staff are always kind to me, and more importantly, to my pets. They are not the least expensive in Columbus, but they are well worth the little bit of extra money!

We recently boarded our cat, Delia, with RACC. A few days before we were supposed to leave on vacation, she had a recurrence of a serious inner ear infection with vertigo so severe she could barely walk. Her condition was stable, but we were still very nervous about leaving her, as she was weak and on two daily medications (both pills). RACC was amazing with her! They made sure she had a safe place where she couldnt fall, they administered her medications with no issues, and they updated us on her care. We could not be happier with our experience, and we already have reservations to board Delia the next time were traveling. Highly recommended!!

Dr.Graham is hands down the best! My doh are my children and she is very thorough. I’ve had four different dogs and always remain going to her. She is top of the line ❤️

I brought my dog Stevie to Riverside Animal Care Center for the first time a few months ago to check a new growth on his toe after his regular vet was unable to see him for 2 weeks. The doctors at Riverside were able to perform an exam, aspirate, X-rays and blood work all within an hour and a half. Dr. Graham called me after hours with the unfortunate news that the mass was a melanoma and scheduled a toe amputation within a week. Throughout the course of his treatment, we have talked with every doctor on staff and they have always explained everything simply but thoroughly. The technicians and front desk staff are compassionate and capable. Our experience here has been exceptional and I will bring all of our future dogs here for care.

Dr. David McGuffin has been our many pets vet since 1987.His care for Daisy at this last appointment with her chronic kidney disease is on par with his excellent expertise. His prescribed medicine has improved her blood work and her well being. Always responsive and caring, always answering all questions and easing my concerns. and thus improving my capabilities.

I love Dr Graham and Dr Miner at this practice. I trust them with my pups. The whole staff is caring, kind, and responsive. You can tell they care for each animal they see and their owners! ♥️🐾

Einstein our corgidor became was very sick on Monday we called Riverside Animal Care Center & Dr Graham was able to see him. He was hospitalized until Wednesday & Dr Graham was wonderful. The staff took great care of Einstein & his on the road to recovery. Dr Graham kept us update to any changes in Einstein & his treatment. Plus the app is great is a great tool for us pet patients.

Dr. Chen was extremely thorough in trying to find out why my greyhound was peeing and drinking more than usual. I would definitely recommend her as a vet. I wish they would let owners in with their pets now that most people are vaccinated, but overall I feel like we are getting quality care.

We have been coming to Riverside for 20+ years. Their doctors and staff are exceptional. We would not go anywhere else.

They did a laparoscopic spay procedure on my dog. She was back to her normal self in 48 hours! They were very professional and helpful during the entire process, even though they are not our regular vet provider. They are one of the few groups that do laparoscopy. I recommend them highly.

Dr miner did a acl repair on my dog. He is completely healed now. They take really great care of my dog. Weve been coming for over 10 years.

We brought our Bernese Mountain dog here for a spay and gastropexy laparoscopically. Our local vet didn’t have the experience or equipment to do the surgery but Dr. McGuffin did! Coming from about an hour away, they accommodated us with an early appointment for checkup then surgery, and our dog was ready to go home at 2:30! We appreciated the calls to see how Bernie was coming along! The office and staff seemed caring, knowledgeable and professional. We were comfortable leaving our dog with them for surgery. We would highly recommend Riverside Animal Care Center!

This is a great place. Every time I visit everyone there makes me feel welcome and they do a great job with my cat Pineapple. They are great at communication, upfront about pricing and dont try to upsell me on things I dont need. I can really tell they care about animals and I love the special touches they add.

I trust the folks at Riverside with any emergency (my cat was treated for a urinary obstruction) for our pets. The staff are professional and I trust in the care that the vets provide. They explain everything and go through sensible options.Just took our new kitten for his first checkup. Every concern we had was addressed (from sleep schedule to losing baby teeth), which is just such a pleasurable experience! I have had amazing experiences with several doctors and all of the staff here. They are kind and attentive and really really listen to you! The doctors are thorough and explain WHY things work (or don’t), science is explained, not just telling you what to do! I feel respected and cared for, and my dog who is very jumpy and anxious around new things warmed up to this team of people. If you are feeling anxious at all about coming here, release those fears now, this is your place to bring your pet for extremely intentionally thoughtful care!

They are a very professional group and the business is run incredibly efficiently. I never question taking my pup there as they seem to be very caring and friendly.

I truly feel like the entire staff at this place cares about my two pups. No matter the reason for the visit, every time I have received a call within the 48 hours after the visit, just simply checking up on how the issue is going. My pup, Bentley, didn’t feel well this week, and they were AMAZING! They didn’t have any appointments left but told me to drop him off and they’d squeeze him in. The Doc called me 3 times to provide updates and made me feel like Bentley was the only patient and his top priority.

I could not believe how friendly and caring this office was for not only my fur baby “Bella” my Pomchi. But for me as the owner . I was concerned about not being able to go in with her for her appointment and when they brought her back to me after bloodwork and shots and exam , my baby acted like she just visited her favorite place. I expected her to be shaken and scared. Totally blew my mind. They stayed with her and it showed. They followed up with me the next day with results and prescribed her food that I knew she wouldn’t eat because she is so picky and low and behold she loved it. This was a God send . Thank you to all the staff for being so caring. You are clear across town for me , but worth it. I’ll see you next visit. Will never take my baby anywhere else. They were very reasonably priced as well. I’m so happy!

All of my dogs have been patients at Riverside and I wont take them anywhere else - the staff is amazing, caring and talented. My dogs love this place! They get so excited to go...some dogs dread going to the veterinarian but not mine. They’ve only had good experiences there as have I and I’m glad that they have had nothing but wonderful experiences.

Great doctors who really care about your pets. We have been taking dogs and cats to first Dr. Hansen (now retired) and now Dr. McGuffin for almost 20 years. The staff is also very good and helpful.

They took excellent care of our Riley. She is a very active dog and trying to keep her down to heal from a traditional spay seemed impossible! We heard about the lap spay, met with the doc, he answered all our questions and it seemed like the way to go. She was spayed through two tiny incisions. The doc himself called when she was out of surgery. The care team called the next day to check on her. Would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Mcguffin has helped us with our dog.He has been her most helpful vet in getting her through her illness. I can’t thank him enough.

Riverside has responded to Covid-19 by adding work for themselves to protect the customers and pets safety. They come out in the rain/snow to bring in the patient , spend as much time as needed on the phone with us and do it all with their usual courtesy, caring, and friendliness.

My dog was at medvet due to an emergency after hours and needed surgery following day. It was unsure when surgery would be done due to higher critical cases. Dr. McGuffin fit her into his full surgery schedule that day and she was able to come home that evening. He took the time to call and updated me and patiently answered all my questions. The front office and vets tech were also kind, easily accessible and answered all my questions. Thank you for helping a stressful time go smoothly!

I cant say enough great things about this vet office. We are not regular clients, we came specifically for my English Mastiff, Ruby, to get laproscopically spayed and to have gastropexy done. Ruby is an anxious, nervous big girl (135lbs), doesnt go places without her momma! When we pulled in after calling a vet tec came out to my car to review Rubys medical history, I was impressed with her thorough review of her chart sent over from her regular vet. She knew all of Rubys history and greeted Ruby in the car. Knowing Ruby was anxious the vet completing her procedure also came out to the parking lot to greet Ruby and to answer all of my questions. Even though Ruby was still anxious and difficult to get into the building, I felt great leaving her in their hands, even people I had just met.Every step of the way they went above and beyond. Ruby healed so quickly, fully recovered within 14 days. We went home with clear instructions and medications to care for Ruby for the next week. I cannot recommend this vet and procedure style enough for recovery! I am forever grateful for their kindness that day!

Dr Torchia is fantastic! She is the first vet that my cat has seen that hasn’t had to sedate her for routine procedures like labs, etc. My cat can be very sassy, so this alone speaks volumes about Dr Torchia’s & the wonderful techs handling of her during visits.

Dr. Miner is absolutely great. Our little guy gets the best care and we could not be happier

I really have liked the interaction Ive had with the doctors/vets but I think the staff could use some additional training. I had to purchase canned I/D for upset GI and they almost gave me L/D for liver disease. I also had inquired about a no bite flea preventative but ended up doing my own research and calling the drug mfg with my questions because I was not satisfied with the way they had answered my questions about the flea/tick prevention my dog was on. Last- I was almost given another clients medication and unless I had checked, I would have gone home with it. The staff has always been helpful and cheery but I do believe could use some general training. As far as facilities go, I like how they check you out in the room to minimize stress to animals in the waiting room. I do think there is a smell which is hard to avoid in a vet office.

We had no trouble scheduling our initial appointment, and the hours are very convenient! Selena, our Chiweenie, walks happily into the vet these days! Dr. Graham was wonderful at our first appointment, she answered all of my questions and reviewed Selenas history. After our appointment, we had trouble with Selena refusing to accept a new pet sitter coming into the house. I emailed Dr. Graham, she got back to me in a couple of days with some great tips, and now Selena is a perfect angel for her sitter. Highly recommend!!

I could not be happier with the service received by Riverside Animal Care. My six month old puppy stayed there days after getting spayed. I cannot express how great the staff was. This was the first time she had a been boarded. The staff was very willing to answer all questions about her time at the facility and even allowed me to call and check on her. They give you a report card at the end of the stay as well to tell you how your dog adapted to the environment. I would recommend this facility.

Just went for my first visit with my shy greyhound who is fresh off the race track. Hes a very timid fellow and needed a lot of care (deep ear cleaning, ear antibiotics, fecal exam, and three vaccines) and they were nothing but kind and supportive throughout the visit. Everyone was so helpful in outlining everything I need to do for his meds (and there were a lot of them) and extremely reasonably priced which was quite the cherry on top of an all around great experience.

I was recommended by a friend. I work & live downtown so making the trip to Dublin I was unsure about but I’m very glad I went with the recommendation!My cat had a urinary blockage...After a not so great experience at a vet ER I was feeling very lost, stressed and scared.I was given great customer service over the phone followed by great care by the techs and Dr. Graham. Since my first visit I’ve had to follow up a few times while my cat heals and each time we’ve been given awesome care! My work schedule isn’t very flexible but with the drop off option, the phone call updates and the later pick up, it’s been very helpful when trying to get the care your animal needs while also being loyal to your job. Thank you for never making me feel like you care more about money than my animals needs, for always being super friendly and helpful and for having Presley’s best interest in mind each time!

Staff is personable and responsive. I enjoy seeing the staff each time I visit. The Doctors are thorough and take the time to give your pet a detailed exam. Never have they rushed through an exam. Riverside Animal Hospital has an edge over many other veterinarians as they do a lot of things in house.

Dr. Gorby was very busy but still took the time with us. He is always patient and amazing with the animals. The hospital is always clean with no wait, and I appreciate that animals are immediately taken to private rooms with no one in the front. Makes it easier not to have other pets in the waiting room when Im bringing in my pets. I love this place.

I have been taking my dogs to Riverside Drive Animal Care Center for years now and have nothing but positive things to say. I have mostly worked with Dr. Gorby, who has been fantastic to work with. He is always willing to listen to my concerns and is patient with any questions I ask, taking the time to answer and make sure I understand what he is trying to convey. On the few occasions I had to stop in to see another vet there, they have been great to work with as well. Pretty much anytime I call or visit, everyone I have worked with is always friendly, helpful and positive. In addition, whenever I visit the facilities they are always clean and up to date, and any issue I have run into or service I have needed has been able to be taken care of at that location. This includes routine checkups, surgery, dental maintenance, pharmacy services, grooming services and boarding to name a few. If you are looking for a veterinarian in the area, I would definitely recommend them.

Wonderful all access, veterinarian office. We now have three labs, all very high maintenance, all totally cared for by the vets and staff.Our 18 month old black lab tore his claw. I called and was able to see Dr. Gorby the same day. The staff greeted Boone with love and attention. The procedure was fast and painless due to the extra peanut butter offered to take his mind off of the claw. As always the experience was great. Dr. took time to explain the procedure and took care of our puppy as it was his own.

My fiancé and I just adopted two new kitties from Colony Cats. One of them has a head tilt, so we were looking for a vet to address the issue and see what, if anything, was wrong with him. Riverside Drive Animal Care Center was able to see our kitties that same day. The staff was so friendly to our kitties- they got love from the technicians, doctors, and receptionists! They even have a sign that says “Welcome New Friends!” and the names of our cats were listed on their sign. When our kitties got there, they gave them treats and loved on them before taking them back to get checked out. I appreciated them taking the time to make sure my pets had a good experience at the vet. Dr. Miner was so kind and answered all of our questions. Since we are new pet owners, we had many. She gave us her undivided attention and never seemed bothered by our questions. She was professional and talked to us about all the possible reasons he might have a head tilit, as well as treatment options. We had medicine for our kitty which was leaking, and they put it in a new bottle for us. It was nice of them to go above and beyond our expectations. This place is friendly, clean, and welcoming. I can say with certainty that we will be back. Thank you for such a nice experience here. I would recommend it to anyone!

I love working at Riverside Drive Animal Care Center. I have been here for 8+ years and have all the support and encouragement to continue learning. There is never a dull moment and I couldnt ask for a better group of people to work with. My three cats and one dog have always been taken care of as though I were a client and not an employee. The clinic is always growing and trying to add new technology. I wouldnt want to work anywhere else.

I moved from Northeast Ohio with two elderly cats. Finding a new veterinarian is always a chore but the staff at Riverside Drive make my choice simple. The doctors and staff have all been caring and compassionate while being honest and professional. I recently had to euthanize my oldest cat. It was traumatic for me. But the process couldnt have been more comforting in my time of absolute grief. Hours are convenient and capabilities are great. Recommend A+

This office is fantastic. Everyone in the office is always kind and helpful. I always felt that each employee cared for the comfort of my pet and myself. Last year my dog went through a long process of physical and laser therapy for her hips. Dr. Gorby talked us through every step and made himself available at any time for questions. I felt very informed of her situation and progress at all times. When it was finally time to let go, they made it as comfortable as possible. I cannot express how appreciative I am for the experience that office provided through a really tough time. Thank you!

My appointment was for 1400 on 02/20 but was advised when I arrived that there had been several emergency cases and that they were running behind. Everybody working that day did an outstanding job and were very kind and apologized for the delay. The level of customer service was outstanding. I wish the staff at RiverSide could train my doctor and his staff on the proper way to treat people.

I visited riverside animal care center with a new kitten for the first time. The staff was very friendly and saw my kitten the same day. The office was clean, the staff professional, and pricing was reasonable. I will be using this vet office from now on, and highly recommend them to other pet owners!

Yesterday I brought my new puppy Mitch in for a routine physical. The entire staff was knowledgeable about puppy care. I am always impressed with the care that is given to my dogs, this time was over the top. Every questioned was answered, instructions on feeding, crate training, housebreaking and general care were given. Most of all time was given, I didnt feel rushed nor did Mitch. I love this place. One of the techs pointed out that I have been coming there since 1998, that is a testimony within itself! Thanks, Dr McGuffin and staff.

I had book a stay for my dogs and after visiting I decided I did not want to leave them there - the kannels were dirty and smelled very bad. I felt bad for the dogs that were staying thereThe worst part was that they charged me $50 for not cancelling before 48hs.

Some of the veterinarians here are worth their weight in gold. Others are just fine. Dr. McGuffin and Dr. Wisecup are fantastic--smart, dedicated, and very good at taking care of our cats. By and large, the staff is professional and competent, as well. The hours for the facility are convenient, too. The only complaint Id have is that compared to other vets in the area, this one is a little on the more expensive end of the scale--this is particularly bothersome when it comes to medications, where the markup for basic antibiotics (especially when they compound pills into flavored solutions without asking) can really feel excessive.But overall, the veterinarians and staff here are really good at their jobs and dedicated to getting and keeping your pets healthy.
