At first I felt that the office staff was amazing. Then it came time for my surgery to be paid for. Trying to deal with the billing lady Diane and my insurance, she was rude and very unprofessional with how she talked to me. My insurance pays everything except co-pays and here at this office I ended up paying way more because of how they coded the stuff. They don’t care to work with insurance, they just want your money right away. I will never recommend them to anyone

Absolutely awesome! I started seeing him in 2011. Hes always taken great care of me. His office staff is friendly and helpful. Patient health and satisfaction are their main priorities. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Shirk is a very nice cheerful person. He makes the environment as as it can be that youll never feel as you are in a clinic. He keeps you well informed about what have and what will be done that you will leave with a complete satisfaction. As for his stsff, they are so friendly to receive you with a big smile and do their best to keep you comfortable all the time.I went there for ear infection and the treatment and prescribed medicine were good enough to fastly remove the symptoms.

I had a great experience with Dr. Shirck, Dr. LaChance and all of the staff at the office! They were friendly, accommodating and very helpful throughout the visit. It was refreshing to have such a great patient/medical professional interaction and would visit nowhere else for ENT concerns in Central Ohio.
