I have been to doctors about my double vision for over two years now with comments that basically I was making it up or my eyes were just tired . Yesterday i went to Dr Inger and the exam was so very focused and studied like I’ve never had before! A problem was discovered and I had an answer! I can highly recommend this medical team and feel anyone can get true diagnosis here. Thank God I found them!

Dr. Jordan is the very best! She is very personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a great pediatric ophthalmologist.

Dr Cassady is amazing! She’s been very honest and forthcoming every step of the way regarding my daughters eyesight. She is highly recommended!Staff is always very nice and willing to work with my personal work schedule.My only recommendation for the the office and this is purely from a comfort standpoint (nothing to do with staffing or office flow) is I would recommend a few bariatric chairs for larger patients/parents that may visit the office.

I have been to Pediatric ophthalmology with both my young children and have been very impressed with the level of care we have received. My son has had to have a procedure with Dr Inger and we have been so pleased with her bedside manner and level of success with the procedure. Highly recommend.

I couldnt be happier with this clinic. For the past two years Ive been going to nationwide childrens eye clinic. The wait times are unbelievable. Our last appointment was four and a half hours...with a toddler!. I decided then I would never return. I could not be happier with this choice. From the very start, everything went smoothly. The girl that took my call when I first scheduled was extremely helpful, patient and kind. I got reminder texts for my appointment. At the appointment, we just sat down in the lobby and they were calling us back to an exam room. There was no wait once we got there either. They immediately started the exam. Once my sons eyes were dilated, we went to our car to wait and they called us when it was time to come back in which was really nice. Once we got back to the exam room I figured there would be a wait to see the doctor as theyre always was at childrens. Not the case. The doctor came in immediately and did her part of the exam. We were in and out of the clinic for a comprehensive dilated eye exam in 2 hours. Very efficient clinic. They have an opticial clinic attached to their clinic which you can use if you want and they were also extremely helpful, friendly, and eyeglass prices were reasonable. Pediatric ophthalmology staff were all friendly, thorough, and mindful of privacy as well as safety during covid-19. I would definitely recommend this practice.

The physicians and staff at Pediatric Ophthalmology Associates are so friendly, caring, and helpful. Im an adult but was referred to Dr McGregor for an issue and she was wonderful to me. The medical staff working with her were very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. The different themed exam rooms were so awesome!!!

They were so wonderful with my nervous toddler. She loved the games! Jackson was able to make her laugh during a 2 hour appointment! :)

Professional and knowledgeable but not great at explaining things. Also, the Covid precautions are ridiculous, especially since everyone else has loosened up. We live 2 hours away and I would love my husband to be able to come with me and not sit in the car!

Everyone we dealt with was very kind and very professional. We have an autistic daughter who has been going there for years. We are so appreciative of everything they do for us.

It was great experience for my two kids. Dr Cassady is simply awesome very polite and very nice and patiently answering all our questions and support staffs also great. I strongly recommend.

Wait time wasn’t long , staff is really good with kids, they give the kids a prize before they leave and Dr Lang is amazing with my daughter that’s developmental delayed .

The Doctor was vary polite however the one of the ladies that checked us in the was very rude.

Worst place ever. You would think that they would know that toddlers are going to be difficult but when you talk to my 3 year old like they are 15 you clearly do not know how to work with toddlers. They show no patience. My daughter is 3 and is delayed and your going to get mad because she can’t understand??? Wow. Don’t take your kids here!!!!

Im not sure what these others reviewers are talking about. My son was diagnosed with Amblyopia over two years ago and has been seen by this office for two years. This is an EXTREMELY wonderful practice. They were hospitable throughout the entire diagnosis process and comforting to a 1.5 year old starting with his first pair of glasses and starting the patching process. For a first time mother who was going through a lot and for a child experiencing changes with vision and lots of doctors, all the staff was professional and child-friendly!!! The wait is sometimes long, but ALL doctors offices have a wait. Plus this office spends a long time with each patient and they make sure that the patient is comfortable and the bed-side manner is GREAT!!! If you are looking for a place to make your babies or small children feel comfortable during a somewhat scary time . . . this is the place to go!!! GREAT JOB!!!

Loved Dr Jordan. She found a nevus on my daughters eye that our previous optometrist missed 1 month before. My daughter also has a complicated case of misaligned eyes. Dr Jordan is very thorough is her assesment. She has done multiple tests pre surgery, which I am assuming is to gather data for surgery. I also appreciate the fact that she is discussing my daughters case with other doctors (with my permission), since my daughters case is complicated. I feel completely confident in Dr. Jordans skills and am very grateful. Yes, I have had to wait at the office(max 40 min) and go back a few times for testing but I dont care. It is worth it to get my daughter expert care.

We are so happy with the care we have received from this office Dr. McGregor is truly unbelievable. She is the complete package when it comes to a physician. She has done two surgeries on my oldest daughter, and will also be doing a surgery for me in the future for my double vision. Ive been coming to this office for several years now on a regular basis for both of my girls amblyopia. I could not be more happy with her. She is so kind and gentle with my girls, a vtop notch doctor, a rare find. I am sure that the long wait at this office contributes to the level of care that each patient is receiving versus being rushed out the door they are actually taking the time to diagnose and help your child. I cannot recommend them enough

I just received a call from a collector stating I never paid my bill with this office. The amount due was in reference to the free annual checkups for my twins ( which are free). Basically the back office failed to submit, or submitted their work incorrectly. I never received a statement, or bill. The best part, even after paying it, this event is still apart of my credit history. Lovely. The Drs may be good but their back office staff sucks!. That incompetence is a direct correlation to how these physicians run this organization. Beware consumers and shame on you POA.

They literally left my son without a lens Rx. For 2mths at the end of the school year!!!! My son had an accident and busted his glasses. Well, because we made a (mid year appointment) to check his vision as he failed the schools eye exam WITH the glasses they prescribed he wasn’t eligible for a new Rx. So they did not renew his Rx. and could not get new glasses made until they see him in JUNE! After school is out! Heartless practice IMHO.

I have been coming to these offices for 8 years. I always have to wait a half hour or more every time in the waiting room and in the room waiting to see the doctor

So much waiting to see the doctor it’s been 2 and half hours .. seems like only one doctor.

Very terrible place!was there for 2 and a half hours and they told me nothing was wrong with my daughters eye and checked her medical records from them that showed 4 things wrong.

Busy and long waits

Every staff member that helped us was kind and helpful. We had a wonderful experience and we are so grateful our neighbor recommended this office and Dr. Cassidy.
