Dr. Tate is great very informative, and makes you comfortable with the service youre receiving! I couldnt give a full 5 star due to (the staff NOT Dr. Tate)1) My information being deleted 2) Staff asked me in front of others (in the waiting area) the reason for my visit 3) They (nurses running the covid area) were not familiar , or uncomfortable with administering the vaccine I actually need. 4) The type of vaccine I was receiving was stated loud enough for anyone walking by to hear. 5) Theres no privacy just a curtain.

I’ve been waiting to see a doctor for over an hour. No updates from nurses. I feel abandoned in here without customized care. I’ve messed up my schedule and that of a family member waiting on me. If I can avoid it, next time I will not be returning.

Very disappointed with the level of care that the Medical Center is now providing. The schedule seems to be packed with so many maintenance appointments, follow ups and yearly check ups that it gives the appearance of cattle being herded in and out of center ring at an auction. When attempting to make an appointment when actually sick, I was recently told the wait for my physician was over 2 months and that I should come into their Urgent Care. When asked which doctor was staffing Urgent Care, the scheduler stated that she could not give out that information. The previous 2 appointments that I had with my primary physician lasted less than 5 minutes each with the doctor having determined the cause of my visit and the course of treatment before ever setting foot in the room. On top of that the medication prescribed wasnt sent to my pharmacy. I have been a patient of the Medical Center for over a decade, but I no longer feel that my health and well being is their primary concern and will be attempting to get established with a new doctor.

Been here for almost two hours just to get a physical that was scheduled . Theres way better offices in Dublin.

Kudos to Dublin Medical for the superb job the staff has done with the covid vaccinations. Scheduling an appointment was extremely easy and there was no wait time once I arrived. The procedures were explained and I was given a chance to ask questions. My followup appointment for the second vaccine was scheduled that first day as well and went as smoothly as the initial appointment had. Dont really care for the provided Treatment given on particular symptoms. A NO time for this mess! Hurry in & Hurry out. Meds not sent to pharmacy several hours later. I use a pharmacy in Dublin and I live @ 30 min away. Almost in Truetlen County. Not a quick trip to town for us.

The doctors themselves do not even wear masks even during this time of the pandemic. The doctor I visited actually took off his mask while speaking with me in the room. The phlebotomists who are on duty are very young. I witnessed one of the young male phlebotomists actually toss a vile of blood that he had just taken from a patient up in the air before placing it in the appropriate container. This facility is okay for a quick appointment if you are unable to get to your family physician, however I would sincerely recommend that you use one of the better facilities that we have in Dublin to settle on a family doctor.

I waited over over two hours to see a Doctor for five minutes

I looked up what time they closed and it said 6pm. I rushed home from work to get my niece and get her there before 6. We got there at 5:45 and were informed they were already closed. Now we get to decide if she is sick enough to brave the ER or wait until morning. Change your time if you’re not going to stay open until 6!

The receptionist Erin was very cordial and informative. I look forward to seeing the doctor tomorrow!

They treat the patient and family rude and dont prescribe or refill the proper medications, nor do they correct much needed medications for the patient.

I have been going to the Medical Center for several years. I have not had any issues with the physicians. They are very thorough and will explain everything to you. Yes there are times I have had extended wait times, but this is a very busy office, so I can deal with waiting. I also have not had any issues with the staff that I have interacted with, but I have seen some reviews state they have had some bad experiences. Any testing that I have had done at the facility, the results are given to me in a timely manner. Overall a wonderful place to go to when you are in need of medical care.

They can’t do basic stuff like send your meds to the correct pharmacy!!! Then you have to spend weeks trying to correct their error because they make absolutely sure to send it to the most incompetent bunch of folks I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with, WALMART PHARMACY IN DUBLIN, GA!

Went in for headache, nausea, shortness of breath DUE TO BLOOD PRESSURE and they refused to see me, and told me to go to my car. They were planning on charging me full price for an office visit but refusing to actually let me in the office. Ive been going there for years.

Professional, efficient, organized, and knowledgeable.

They have great doctors but their secretaries Who make the appointments have the worst attitudes and are lazy; they transfer you without even listening to what you actually need; put you on hold without your consent; and are just plain rude when the customer doesn’t necessarily agree with them. They offer no further explanation other than very generic repetitive responses when a problem occurs. They’re terribly under trained. Need to send them back to training or hire a supervisor to monitor their conduct and give positive feedback weekly.

They have a sign that says if you haven’t been called back after 30 mins to let the front desk know. What a joke. I let them know and was still waiting after an hour. If you’re that busy, maybe you should be better at scheduling.

Waited for two hours after being checked in by a receptionist. Finally walked back up to the counter to get an estimated time of when I would see a doctor. The receptionist I saw had left and the next shift receptionist informed me she didnt check me in and all the regular doctors had left for the day. Wasted two hours of my time. Will never go back!

This place is a joke take off the whole day for an appointment cause your gonna b there all day waiting

Worst place ever dont waste your time I would not trust these people with your health care I had some blood tests done and one of them was for my cholesterol and I was not asked to fast so thats not how its supposed to go youre supposed to fast and then they prescribe medicine for me .
