Dr Hanson has taken over for my previous physician and I’ve had a couple of interactions with him and have been completely satisfied.He makes sure all of your questions are answered with a great bedside manner. I recommend a close friend to him as his dr was retiring and he had a glowing review of him. Would recommend Dr Hanson to any of my friends and family.

I contacted this office to establish care with a PCP, they never called me back after taking my info and having to check with the physician who may have been accepting new patients. I never heard back and reached out to see if I could schedule an appointment. They then questioned me about having been prescribed painkillers in the past. I explained that I had recently had a C section. After realizing that they had screened me based on my medical history and were not going to contact me back, I had serious reservations about the quality of care that they would provide and have gone to another practice.

This place was amazing! Very organized and efficient.Dr McCallister was so friendly and easy to talk to. I was a nurse and she is very professional and covered everything and explained things well. I’m very impressed with her and would recommend her to anyone! Her nurse,Mary, was so nice too and helpful. The man at the checkout/check in window knew his job as well. Very pleased and know we’ll get great care!

I thought I had left a review for Dr Kloda and his staff about a year ago when I started seeing him but it must have been another site so this is either an update or a new review.I can not express how grateful I am to Dr Kloda and his staff for being so competent, thorough, kind, professional yet very down to earth & understanding etc. His nurse, office manager, office staff and Dr Kloda all are 5 stars.I started seeing Dr Kloda in September of 2020 and to this day I dont have one single complaint. Dr Kloda and his staff are always prompt getting my prescriptions sent over to the pharmacy. Dr Kloda did blood work on me and its the most extensive blood work I have ever had. I had gastric bypass so I know that that blood work is extensive but Dr Kloda did much more and picked up on some things that Ive been dealing with, with my previous physician, for the two years prior to seeing Dr Kloda. I have so much respect for Dr Kloda for so many reasons including him sending me to specialists if he thinks a situation could use another pair of eyes from a specialist. Been going to COPC Dublin Internal medicine as my regular doctor for maybe 3 years. This office has done a very good job they are organized, they have friendly doctors and staff, and an online portal for test results, provide annual vaccinations etc. This office has done a great job for meeting my primary care needs, and I’m sure will continue to do so in the future.

When you arrive at parking lot you call to let them know you are there. A nurse comes outside to fetch you. She takes your temperature and you then proceed to reception. Then you go to an examination room. Dr Kloda was prompt. He asked a series of questions and also answered my questions. Very professional, but also very friendly.

I am very unhappy about how Dr Neha Kumar in COPC in Dublin treats her patients. I had done my blood work for wellness visit, after 10 days received a bill of $ 70/ from my insurance company for Vitamin D testing which medical association considers as not required during wellness visits. Same thing happened with my son also which I ended up paying out of pocket.I am suffering from severe shoulder pain, she referred to X-ray clinic not covered under my plan. I went to different facility which is in- network, immediately next day they sent my report to Dr Neha Kumar’s office but it was not uploaded in my portal. When I called the office after waiting patiently for 3-4 days office representative (Pam) told me as it is not under the same group they did not bother to upload in my portal. No diagnosis was done by Dr Neha Kumar even after several days past when I am having sleepless nights in pain. Looks like her only focus is to make money by referrals only instead of offering care and help to her patients. I urge the COPC of Dublin to look into the matter how patients are taken care in the facility where money should not be the only focus.

A heart defect was discovered And eventually through Surgery was taken care of. The thoroughness of the an initial exam by my doctor is what led to the discovery of the heart defect.
