He talks to you like you are a person not like you are just another face he will see that day.. He answers all of your questions before the procedure. I will use him again. He is my new go to. Try him. You will be glad you did..

Wait times were exceptionally long. On the morning of the actual procedure, (colonoscopy) waited an hour and half before leaving. Will take business elsewhere.

I used Dr. Grundfast and the procedure was fine. But the billing has been awful. I have left several messages on the office managers VM to return my call or take care of the situation as I left complete details. I mailed a letter to billing all to no avail. I finally got someone at the office Renee who said she would send Janet an email and that she was good about calling back. Three weeks later no call. Sending me a bill without processing insurance. It is June and my procedure was in January. I changed to Dr. Grundfast from the doctor i had been using in Macon, to be local. I hate to say I will never use again. This Dr is letting hourly employees cost him business.
