Extremely bad experience with Dr. McHales office staff. I had been refereed by a Doctor to Dr. McHale for my eye surgery. Dr. McHale is a qualified Ophthalmologist. However his office staff is not polite. They are rude and my personal experience is extremely unpleasant and disappointing and I would like my appointment to be cancelled. Hopefully my concerned comments as a senior citizen will draw Dr. McHales attention.
